We had breakfast here most mornings and enjoyed them thoroughly.  Only €3.50 each with coffee.  We were particularly impressed by the blonde waitress who always made us welcome.

After reading the comments below we visited Ilision several times and it was exactly as described.  Good, well presented food in a lovely setting.  And slightly lower in price than many other restaurants. We recommend it highly.

We were in the Timotheos for 2 weeks from 31 8 06.  The apartment was comfortable & had plenty drawers & storage space. Cooking facilities were fine - 2 electric rings, a kettle and enough pots, pans, cutlery & dishes. There's a security box in the apartment for which there is a 25 Euro charge for 2 weeks.

Timotheos is just off the main street behind & under the same ownership as Stars Taverna.  Residents get a 10% reduction at Stars and we ate there several times.  The food there is great.

The pool is well maintained & clean & has a separate shallow section for kids.  It was well used while we were there.  The pool bar is well stocked and open all day till late and the lads on the bar – Kris and Martin – were great, can't do enough for you.

During our stay there was a Greek night which was excellent.  We had a belly dancer and a male Greek dancer (see Amy's photo's below) and a Greek meal.   After they danced they got us up to have a go with varying degrees of success.  It was a super night.  There was also a quiz each week organised by Kris which was a lot of fun.  If you want the anwers text me.

As you can see from the photo's the studios look good and are kept in good order.  Anastasia & Andreas, the owners, are real nice people and very helpful.  We can thoroughly recommend the Timotheos.

Just back on 14th. Thanks for making us welcome Kev.  We were at the Tropicana mostly in the afternoon so didn't see you too often.  Give our regards to the lady who looks after the bar in the daytime.  She was real friendly.  And that big soft "guard dog".  All the best.

Excellent facilities and very friendly & helpful staff.  I checked my emails there most days for two weeks and was always surprised how little it cost, even with a cola or water.

The reviews were so bad we just had to try Peter's.  I had a good meal and my wife had the best spaghetti bolognese of those she had in Argassi.  Service was fine.  No complaints at all.  We had passed the restaurant many times and I found a polite reply to Peter was enough to get him to leave us alone.  I saw a number of  people being rude to him and not unnaturaly he gave as good as he got.
Don't follow the herd like a sheep, make up your own mind.

We had a good meal here and the setting was nice but the head waiter kept barking orders at his staff even when he was right next to you.  Apart from that good food and a pleasant experience. Can't remember anything about the price so it must have been OK.

Don't recognise the place from the last few comments below.  We had a very good meal and the setting is beautiful.  White covers on the tables and chairs.  Sounds odd but it was perfect.  A wedding there would be superb. Service was good without being intrusive. If I return to Argassi I'll be back at the Venetsiana.

Great food, great service and a great price.  We had three meals ar Stars.  Andreas and his team make sure you enjoy eating there.  The Stifado was excellent.

We drank here most nights.  The staff are friendly and everything is quite relaxed.  Suited us for a bit of relaxation after dinner.
