we ate here one night and what a big mistake. The service was apalling. Waited over an hour for the meal and when it arrived it was very plain.

doubt the place will still be there in july. We just came back and it appears to be up for sale.

from what I've seen, since this place opened it always seems pretty dead. I don't think this is the place for a nightclub anyway - too many families.

nobody ever gives the morning breakfasts a mention on here and in particular the chap who works there during the morning. Kiriakos (apologies for spelling) is a star and is over worked and underpaid.

think I have to put this down as my favourite place to eat. The pastistada and beef yuvetsi are amazing

looking to possibly book for these apartments next year. Never booked privately so a bit concerned about paying deposit etc. Can anyone advise me of the procedure.

can anyone give me any advice on paying a deposit by bank transfer and are there any guarantees in place.

thanks lisa - look forward to hearing your reviews. We looked at the place whilst there this year and it seemed really nice. Next year will be our 6th so we wanted to try something different -tried the admiral this year (what a mistake). When you go, make sure you pop into the souvenir shop in front of the studios. The couple who run it are so nice and friendly.

Interesting to see that my comments about the admiral have been removed. My opinion about the place was that it was like butlins abroad. Surely I am entitled to my opinion and more importantly, I thought the purpose of this board was to give people an idea about the place. If I was looking now at the comments about the Admiral it would appear that the place is faultless - clearly misleading.

I have to disagree with Ms Wick's comments. Majestic is one of the best places to eat - however, judging by the rest of her comments, it seems she has a real downer on tsilivi.

I think the real issue here is do we really want a nightclub in Tsilivi which has always been marketed as a family resort. Answers on a postcard........
