I just like to say this is the 2nd year of going to Zanteand to the red lion they are brill people, the food is great, Alan must be on speed ecause he runs round and they all look after you so well, we will be back next year

the red lion is a fantastic pub!! yannis the boss is a great guy and very friendly!! harry the sexy barman  is also great, enjoyed our nights on the beach !! antonio, sam and charlie... the rest of the crew are also fabby!! missing things over there sooo much  but i will be back to see yous all again!!!

me n my m8s loved red lion! we went ion nearly every night! harry is a great barman,hes always dancing like crazy wen es pooring the drinks,we ad gr8 laffs wiv him especially wiv my m8  hehe.the boss there is gr8,es so sweet,n really friendly,kept giving us free drinks and shots,we luved it,will av 2 put the pics up wen they developed

i just got back from tsilivi, but only just..

i went out twice at the pub and it was great, especially the security guy there, i dont know his name, but he was really really hot!!

anyway.. its a recommendation to all to go there, its a bit quiet thats a shame... but on saturdays, its crowded..
great music, great shots.

We loved to call in at the Red Lion for drinks. Our kids loved it too as there was somewhere to play. Here our other halfs think they're a couple of delboys out on the town in Tsilivi.  Christos & Nickos.

Had a great time here with my family , great kiddies play area , just what we were looking for , definately return !!!!

Had a fab time even though it was quiet.  Alan makes a great Long Island Iced Tea!!!!

Nice food and a good play area for the kids , good beer in here too , ice cold ............... !!!

we use to get up every morning with a bad hangover slip my bikin and karl his shorts and t shirt on go to the red lion have the worldest best egg and bacon barm  with a pint in the sun great people so friendly and happy loved you all xxxxx

Great for a game of pool and a cocktail. Also I left my shades in here and they kept them for me. Spot on!

we amanged to roll out of there at 5 or 6 in the morning quite easilly. if anyone decides to go in there give yanis, dimitris and the gorgous jimmy a big kiss.

Hello to Yannis, Louisa and family and also a big hello to Alan. Thanks for the great food and service we received again this year. Food was fantastic especially the beef casserole and pizza's. What great kids who didn't seem to mind lending a hand when needed. Hope to see you all again either later this year or next year. Alan thanks for all your help (you and Chris were very kind to us, even though we didn't take up your offer we really did appreciate it). Why isn't the Thorn bar on this web site????

The food is excellent, my favouate being Pinapple Chicken. Always cooked well and good amount. Our children loved it, the youngest cried when we said we wasn't going there. Louise is a lovely person, always having time to talk. Alan is a great guy, in between running about he'll just stop dead and have a chat, always trying to please. After the end of the holiday you would have thought we had known them years.

I'm really looking forward to visiting The Red Lion again this year. I can not fail to recommended the restaurant  ideal for young fanilies and couples. The food and service  are excellent, we look forward to visiting one of Tsilivi's most popular and friendly restaurant again this year.

we have been going to greece for over 10 years and have always enjoyed the food and company at the red lion louise has always got time for the customer even when rushed off her feet a pleasure to know all of you see you soon 12 may cant wait

We went here on the recommendation of this site, but were sadly disappointed. Compared to the other pubs and resturants we had visited, the service was appalling and the food very bland. This was the worst meal we had during our holiday. The waitress was surly almost to the point of rudeness. Our food was luke warm, when it finally arrived and my daughters meat ball were so dry she couldn,t get a fork in them!!. Would NEVER recommend here.

helooo our yang and lovely Dj Panos you play the f*** good music but (tell somthing to your boss cos we anderstand him wen you wose playing your good set colections he wos telling you to chengit and we diden't like that and i know cos i'm english nobade like that your boss like)anyway kip going like that you the best DJ we ever see there at Tsilivi i tok aboute you to the planet bar and he set he goona take you working for him next year we wish you the best hop to see you ther next year DJ panos we love you and miss you soooooooo much .......

I really loved this bar especially the owner who looked like Jack Nicholson. I really liked Panos as well the bar man he was hunky. The DJ was amazing and really lifted the roof with his Now 53 collection

Been to tsilivi 3 times now and this was the first time i went to the red lion.
Service was really poor and the food took forever with the order being mixed up and others getting the wrong thing.
The waitress was very lazy and had a bad attitude, preferring to just pile cutlery at one end of the table for us to get ourselves and making us pass the food up the table.
To finish they marked the bill up wrong also and there was an extra 11 euros added.

Won't be going back there

it woz ace!!! the karaoke woz great with free entry n prizes and we went every nite. great play area 2 and pool tables. best pub around. wud definately go 2 zante just 2 go there again

Great cocktails, some nice people, don't know why anyone wouldn't like it. Think people need to make up their own minds.

Replying to the message left in August by Julie Davies, don't know which pub you were writing about, but it can't have been the Red Lion. Yiannis has been the owner of it for the last four years that I have been there. I was in there last night and he's still there. Have just got home after a fantastic week in Tsilivi. Propped up the bar in the Red Lion everynight. Always got a great welcome. Can't wait to go back next June.

Food was slow to arrive, ordered white wine and got apple juice, and food served by young lady who carried all trays on her shoulder letting her hair trail into your meal. Other than that, it was quite good. Good sized play area, but they had a 'Waltzer Seat' which could be spun quite fast, and while we were there several of the younger children tried to get on when it was moving and got quite a bumb.
OK for kids, if you have them, but there are other places better suited for couples/younger people.
