Cheesy but a cracking laugh. It usually closes at about 4am, it's worth staying until the end for the slow dance with your missus or the pissed bird you've managed to pull. If you've been recently, you'll know what I mean ;)
The bar was okay, but the club was bobbins. Full of blokes on the pull. Not good, for me anyway.
First time I went in here I was leathered and enjoyed it. The second time I felt some scrawny greek (I assume) blokes hand in my pocket trying to pick pocket me (yes he got punched HARD), I saw him trying it on someone else again later. I didn't go in there again.
Nope, this isn't the place opposite Viva bar, you're thinking about the reptile bar that has free internet access. Cyberland is further down, get to the end where Banana bar and TheReptile place are and turn right, then just follow the road round and you'll see Cyberland on your right further round. Cyberland is nice clean and quiet, you can always get a computer, the connection speeds are good and the computers are well looked after. They also have MSN instant messenger installed too.
Banana bar is nice, the staff are friendly but unfortunatley I only went in there a few times as it was too close to our pool bar apartments where we'd have our first and last quiet drinks. One thing I have to say though is that me and my friends didn't have a better cocktail all holiday. These chaps make brilliant cocktails. Oh and the Cornish PR gal was a sweetie, sorry I had to keep fobbing you off with different excuses everyday (My mate was that runner chap with the big legs).
great bar, rough as f**k but great fun. the barmen and the dj obviously enjoy working there. very sexy scottish girly handing out the shots too, nice bum ;-) i was there on the 18-30 night where one chap got more than he bargined for in the dentists chair.
Expensive. Avoid, unless you're desperate for a pint of Guinness (I had two in two weeks) €5 each.
I went in there three times and never heard any hard rock music, only soft rock. My friends went there one night and had a good mosh though. I missed it all. My mate almost fell in love with a Greek girl (he never spoke too) who always seemed to be there. Shame it's not a)Further down the main drag and... b)A bit smaller, it's far too big to create any sort of atmosphere. The waitress girly was quite friendly though.
great bar always busy, sarah the pr was always friendly too. the cocktails were a little too strong for my liking but i'm just a p***y.
