Villa Denise Apartments - (Accommodation in Argassi)

Andy &

Spent two weeks at Villa Denise, Dennis is the loveliest person ever! We had a room with a view over the pool and have no complaints about any noise. Location is excellent.
Watch out for that melon....! Going loco down in Acapulco..

Afrodite - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &  (20 July 2006)

Food was disappointing wouldn't recommend.

Big Plate - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &  (20 July 2006)

Food was ok, plate smashing added bit of extra entertainment. Ladeez, watch out for the slime ball outside!

Castaways - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &  (20 July 2006)

We ate here on our first night based on the reviews on this website and it really is 10/10. We went back a couple of times over the two weeks we were out there and always had a lovely meal. On our last night we both had the fillet steak which was worth every euro, cooked to perfection! Staff were very friendly and the pr not too pushy. Would definitely recommend

Courser - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &  (20 July 2006)

Absolutely gorgeous meal, we didn't have the set menu so can't comment on that but the spring rolls were nice and the satay was superb. Staff very polite. Sometimes when  you have chinese abroad it just doesn't meet the mark but this was nicer than some chinese restaurants in London!

Ethnic - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &

Was quite excited about eating here after reading the reviews but came away disappointed. I had the spare ribs and the meat was certainly very spare. The garlic bread with cheese was a burger bun with a slice of processed square cheese. Atmosphere nice as were staff but sorry I wouldn't go back

Green Frog - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &

We ate here a couple of times during our stay, food was good, staff were nice but the thing that makes it really worthwhile is the crazy guy on karaoke night! Quiz night was also good. Definitely worth at least one visit for your hols.

Papillon - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &

The food at Papillon is delicious. The best pizza in Argassi without a doubt and cannot fault the other food on the menu we tried - chicken curry, pasta, crepes .. it's making my mouth water now! The staff were lovely, no one pushy outside trying to drag you in, the food speaks for itself. 11/10

Double - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &

We didn't ever make it into this restaurant mainly because of the comments below, yes he is an annoying little man that literally drags people in on the streets, he was shouting at us so much one night about eating "down the road" that my partner had to shout "shut up" not that it had a real effect! Avoid him if you can..

Premier - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &  (20 July 2006)

The guy outside is lovely, despite me shouting at the waiter "it's disgusting" about my pizza (which it was) he still said hello and shook Andy's hand every night when we went past. To be honest, we didn't go in on the best day, England had lost their world cup match against Portugal, I'd had a bit to drink and just wanted a decent pizza however saying that for me to complain about food after a few beers it must have been quite bad because usually I'll eat anything?! The owner was really nice and didn't charge me which makes me think that they are ok. Sorry premier maybe we should have given you another chance but I was too embarrassed to go back in

Snack Academy - (Restaurants in Argassi)

Andy &

One of the best places in Argassi! We went there every day for breakfast because they made the best banana and chocolate pancakes! Andy ate them every single day.... no. 7 please! The staff are awesome, very polite and friendly. The other food is great too and reasonably priced. Milkshakes are a must to try too! The place is spotlessly clean and a trip to Argassi wouldn't be complete without a trip to both the Academy's

Beer Academy - (Bars in Argassi)

Andy &

Our favourite bar in Argassi, staff are lovely and beer very reasonably priced. We watched the world cup games there and it was a great atmosphere. Girls outside were always on hand to provide drinks and always smiling despite the heat and how busy it was. A great place to chill out day or night
