good bar, great staff, cheap drinks and good food from their snack academy across road. well worth a visit
can't fault it, was made to feel realy welcome by neil. good selection of cheap drinks and food. Sunday lunch well worth it at 6 euros. we went in about 9 nights of our holiday and realy enjoyed it. entertainment excellent too. true brits bar!!!
used cash machine at outside best supermarket/store, it's on main road junction. commision free and esy to use, very quick. one thing i will say is be carefull as we were follwed by two males after using cash machine felt bit uneasy and stopped in a close by shop, looked directly at them and they walked off backtowards the cash machine again. one of the people was running the tattoo stall opposite the cash machine.
5-19th october 2006used chemist twice staff & owner spook good english, cheap prices on most things however insect stuff was bit high priced so take it with you instead.
supermarket opposite snack academy was offering best rate of 1.47 when rest offered 143-1.46.
went mid october so not many people around hence been able to go onto rides without Q's. we went by car from Argassi and it's easy to find as it was sign posted. only fault found was pools at end of slides are not very deep as they cater for the swimmers and non swimmers etc and you can hit bottom with your feet quite easy.
food not very good, more than us complained as over heard others complaining while there, its just not quality at all and you get what you pay for.
overall an average service, flight going was ok and comming back was ok so no real problems there, we paid for driver to collect us on transfer and it cost bout an extra £30, not sure would do it again though.
we booked as a last minute and paid bout £600 for us two for two weeks in diana palace in argassi, if i had paid full price i would be compaining my head off by now as hotel was rubbish. it's not lowest of low but is below average, there were lots of faults with room and the main one being lack of clean bedding etc. we had bedding and towels with fake tan on them & once with blood on bedding. should not get this with four star even if it's a greek 4 star. dont go on info or pics about this hotel that is provided by airtours as rooms are not same as pictures, in fact far from pictures.
the rep at hotel was not the worlds best, however it was end of season and i dont think he was interested as he had probebly hit targets etc.
check-in at manchester was good though, staff very helpfull and we used the new computer check-in and it took 7 minutes from us getting out of car to handing over cases. the new system scans passports and does an automatic check-in this way. while lots of people were in Q with rest of other few hundred we were on our way into duty free.not going to say much bout it as previous comments say it all, overall very small, mucky dump.
nothing to write home about as far as food, however service and price were ok. won't go there again though as it was the food that was real let down and at end of day thats why we went in.
food off and differs to menu as our food was served on a so called bed of rice to which could not understand why as we did not have curry etc, they also own 24-7 snack bar across road and that the same just no good at all. the guy who stands outside peters is such a pain and we had it all time as our hotel was across road.
can't fault it, worth a visit. we went for breakfast few times over aour 2 weeks and got quality food and service at all times. a must is waffles as there yum yum.
we went here most nights of our holidays as it was great food, service at all times, well worth a visit and we will be there again.
Not saying much as cant find much if anything good to say.
