Doctors Surgery

Dr Stamenkovic in Agassi ( oposite the Hotel Palmyra) was very helpfull, wife and sister both had to visit him during our holiday so would recommend.

Used chemist twice, pharmacist spoke excellent english and knew exactly what I wanted.

used chemist twice staff & owner spook good english, cheap prices on most things however insect stuff was bit high priced so take it with you instead.

we diddnt use the doctors but we did use the chemist for medication for mostquitoe bites for gel and tablets it cost us 15 euros ((about £12))  in uk you expect to pay about £4

Got very ill day before going home, when to see Dr Anna at Doctors in town facing magic mushroom, she was brilliant, put me on IV drip and gave me some injections, went back later that night for another injection, she even rang my insurance and sorted it out over the phone, all I had to pay was the excess which was 35.00, would definatley recommend.

Dr Sam is brilliant, I had to visit him 5 times during our holiday due to problems with my blood. 

i got ill on the wednesday and had to be rushed to the hospital- as it was an emergency i did not have to pay. yet the next day i still felt ill and one of my mates was concerned and took me to see the emergency

I had to visit the chemist becasue i lost my voice for the first 3 days of my holiday, the lady there was very helpful and knew exactly what to give me. After taking some throat spray and some herbal throat sweets, my voice was back in no time!.

Very helpful and understanding of your illness.

We had to visit the chemist ,i had fallen and hurt my arm .  The swelling in my hand was quite bad , but i was checked over and given  cream and painkillers wow that did the trick.  Great patience with me as i don't make a good patient. Visit if u need to.

Following a scooter crash my boyfriend sought treatment at the Doctors Surgery in Hotel Castello in Argassi (opposite Magic Mushroom pub). He was very thorough and dished out loads of pills. Had to go to the Xray hospital in Zante town and he organised a taxi for us. Very efficient. Luckily the insurance covered us for the visits to him - we just have to claim for xrays and prescriptions. A+++++

i came to argassi with my mum and my best friend, all three of us got ill, me the most i had to go to see the doctor across the road from 'magic mushroom' bar several times. He was really really nice and i didnt feel too embarrased when he had to examine me. and when it came to paying we did not have insurance so he charged us only £17 per visit when really it should have been £30-£40 per visit and he said if we could not afford it we didnt have to pay, but of course we did pay because he was soooo good to us. He also has a lovely wife and son who is just 2 and a half awwwwwwwwwwwww. But dont go to the chemist opposite the 'STARS' resteraunt because the man rips tourists off trust me, alot of people know it, you are ALOT better off going into the town for a chemist.

After being severly bitten by mosquito's, even after using mozzie repellant, anti mozzie candles etc, i had a total of 24 different bites on my body, the wife was in second place with about 14 bites, we decided to take advice from the chemist. Was given antibiotic and anti inflamatory cream ( Fusiden ). Noticable results after 24 hours. This cream is a must if anybody does get bitten, dont be shy, seek advice from the chemist, he is excellent.
Thank u very much for helping our stay in Argassi very pleasant, when after being bitten so much, it could have been a disaster.

Dr George was great!!! Ihad an eye infection when I got some sand stuck behind my contact lense and hesorted me out straightaway. he was really lovely and explained everything he did

would reccomend to anyone on the island

We to had the misfortune of visiting George twice nice man great with the kids and took the time with us, plenty of follow up appointments - a bit unsure about his diagnosis but like they say when in Greece.

We had to visit the doctors opposite the Palmyra hotel on the way up to the Admiral's. My 6yr old son got elbowed in the mouth while playing water polo which resulted in him having 7 stitches in his mouth. George the doc was absolutely brilliant with him, telling him how brave he was the whole time he was stitching him up! We had to get a prescription from the chemists and he explained everything in detail and spoke very good english. Again when we went back for the stitches out he was very gentle, always asking if Josh was ok! Lovely man, would recommend to anyone! we were there mid-August!

Doctor's surgery on road up to 24 hour pancake place. Doctor was very friendly and had no problems answering any questions you might have about medication. Had to get an injection but he was was very patient and explained it all.

My 6 yr old daughter was feeling the effects of the sun as temp 116' doctor very pleasant even though she had to have a steroid injection ,the surgery was opposite tiffanys in Argassi. Shortly after my daughter was 100% and back to playing in the pool.She soon forgot her experience!!

the chemists was very good as i had a throat infection and antibiotics were prescribed with out even having to see a doctor. they worked but were expensive so be prepared to pay if you want the cure!!

Doctor's surgery above Pharmacy on road towards Zante Town past Mouse House. Lady doctor very friendly - needed Doctor to prescribe antibiotics for an ear infection - Doctor's visit costs £60. Had to go back a second time for certificate for fit for flying. Cost another £60 but did allow us to jump the queues at the Airport rather than queue in the hot sun for 2 hours.

can anyone tell me if there is a vet in Argassi or nearby resort in Zante
