Had a great time here.  Great value for money and friendly welcoming bar staff.  Wife loved Sakis's cocktails!    Well done guys!

Visited the Iguana quite a few times during our holiday.  The staff are always friendly, drink very good and reasonably priced and my husband enjoyed the sport that they show on their big t.v.s.  Would highly recommend it to those of you wanting a good night out in friendly and comfortable surroundings.  Cant wait to go back next year!!

In here a couple of times and really enjoyed it!  Friendly staff and great music.  I'd recommend this to people.

I was a Rep in Alykanas this year, and I heard that it will be re-opening in the Winter and will be in full flow in Summer 2005. Lets hope it is.. Great Bar!

I WAS A HOLIDAY REP IN ALYKANAS AND FOUND IGUANA BAR ON MY VERY FIRST DAY DIDNT MAKE IT HOME UNTILL 7AM!!! ITS A FANTASTIC FUN LOVIN PLACE TO GO, I MADE FRIEND WITH SAKIS HE IS A GREAT GUY AND ALWAYS TRIED TO KEEP UP WITH ME ON MY FAVOURITE DRINK SUBMARINE!! I WILL BE REVISITING IN JULY AS I AM MISSING ALL MY GREEK FRIENDS SUCH AS SAKIS, IT WILL BE A SHAME IGUANA WONT BE REOPENING, IF YOU'RE READING THIS SAKIS....HELLO XXX

Sadly it sounds as though the Iguana Bar won't be reopening. Sakis says once the license comes through (it's still shut) he will be selling it. It's a shame 'cos the holiday won't be the same without having a cocktail with Sakis and a game of pool for the kids!!

Great bar with friendly bar staff, always made to feel welcome and was a great night out. Recently refurbished with huge screen tv's showing sky tv and air conditioning! give it a try i hightly reccoment it.

well it was ok whilst it was open!!!!!!!!! It shut down on 16th June with a sign on the door saying "Open again soon". We spoke to Sakis and he said he "needed a signature".

Iggie still as good as ever - loved the refurbishment.

This is another great bar, Very trendy now that Sakis has changed the lay out, In the evening it tends to get cold, Sakis has Put double glazing in, whether it was too condense the noise but you dont feel so cold in the evenings here. He plays great music is good fun with the customers and this place has ambience.

Very friendly staff who speak very good English (probably because they are English!! Nice atmosphere and great venue for sitting back on a hot afternoon, with an Amstel and watching the sport. Bravo

One of my favourite bars in Alikanas. Plays really cool music and serves scrumptious cocktails.

Fabulous holiday had by all at the Valais. Family were lovely and the hotel was great-loved the pool!

we go here every year at least 10 times during the fortnight. good music, and cocktails (make sure Sakis makes them). the kids love the pool table and pinball machine. the only downside is the 1.50 euros to play pool when it was actually free last year.

Hello to Sakis, this is a fab bar, lots of music and very lively indeed!!!! The drinks aren't bad either, would like to see more men and less girlies working there...! See you end of May. 'YAMMAS'

This is the best bar on the island. Sakis is mental. I hope hes still alive. Don't let him drive u anywhere tho - even just to the Mill Bar. Hes also good at frisbeeing trays at people when they think they can run his bar.

the iguana bar is brilliant, the bar owner, sakis is a very good friend, and this bar is an example of how friendly the greeks are!!! so sakis if your reading,hello!!!

Went there once and the Pina Colada tasted non-alcoholic and the Margarita was just salt water. We couldn't finish our drinks and soon left. The people are friendly but the drinks are foul - sorry!

we go almost every night we are in Alikanas. the cocktails are great but only if Sakis (the owner) makes them. my kids would spend all night playing pool if they could in there. Can't wait to be back in June 2002. (visit number 7 to Alikanas)

They have really nice barmen and it's really pleasant there..
