Thanks for a great time yet again this year. We really enjoyed ourselves.
It was great to see Johnny and Eve, Janet and Kevin again.
As usual we had a great laugh with everyone. It was always a fantastic way to finish off every night and not too far to stagger back to our hotel.

Anybody who hasn't yet been down to the Iguana you should get down and meet these guy's. Had some good cooked English breakfasts here.  Staff friendly as usual.  This was our usual meeting point for our nights out.  back home after 2 wonderful weeks.

Babis - The villa was great. Thank you for arranging the taxi for us. It got us to the airport in plenty of time.

  Hi you guys, once again we will be paying a few visits to this bar.  The guys are very friendly and always have a smile for you.  This is usually the last port of call for us, as our hotel is just around the corner.  See you all in about 5 weeks time.

Had a quiet drink in here. Lovely place to sit and watch the world go by with a cold Mythos.

Hello I have just got home from zante today and what a fantastic time i had especially in the Iguana bar i helped Harris an Spiros out a few times with the Karoke. This is definatly the best bar in the whole of Zante without doubt .

I will be back next year to work Harris has asked me to and i am really looking forward to it .

Thanks again Harris, Spiros, Christina, Angela and Spiros you are all legends.

We had another great time at the Iguana this year.(Jul 29 - Aug 12) Spiros & Harris remembered us as soon as we walked in. Met up with loads of people from last year.This is definitely the best bar in Kalamaki. Spiros makes the best cocktails and Harris is a great host. It was like walking into our local only the views from the bar are better than the views form our local back home. Already planning our holiday for next year and will definitely include a visit or six to the Iguana.

We were sad to say goodbye   Felt like we were leaving our friends behind.
Looking forward to seeing Spiros, Harris, Angela, Christina and Sophia again.

hiya Spiros and Harris!  we had a wicked time in zante and in the iguana bar  thanks for the free drinks and the free games of pool! miss u guys. hopefully see you next year!

my partner Brad and i stayed at dennys inn hotel last september and although we were not too impressed with the hotel we were very pleased to be able to pop back into the iguana bar and see our friends Harris Spiros and the rest of the staff. these people are very friendly and they make sure you have a good time in the bar. the food is of a high standard and it is quite cheap too, the salads are especially nice as are the gyros. we had many a late night there and had plenty of laughs there too. the cocktails there are very nice too but beware they can at times be very strong if Spiros makes them. Harris is a really lovely bloke and he is forever trying to get you to send over some kind of football stuff, as we know when he got us to send him a liverpool football the other year, quite painfull for us seeing as we are chelsea fans.

Best bar we went to in Kalamaki! Family friendly, great food for the price and the karaoke was always a great laugh ! Spiros and Harris = best barmen on the island...Thanks Guys!

we went to this bar a couple of times in our holiday and i thought it was quite good. the bar wasnt far at all from where we were staying (the Ionion blue) so it was easy to get to. also, it is on the road that leads down to the beach so is good for if you want to have a drink after coming up from the beach as there are no other bars around this area.

We drank here whilst we were on holiday in September.  Staff very friendly.  We had a breakfast here one morning and it was very nice.  Hopefully we will see you the guys again in the future.

This bar  is realy good, especialy if you want to watch sky Sports and the latest Films, A big hello to Spiro and Babis! see you all next year  

If you want to get away from the hustle & bustle of the strip - head for Iguana.  Large comfy seats to sink into, great views of the countryside & plenty screens to watch the footy - and pinball for the kids. Thanks to all staff.

Hi Harris, Speros, and all who work at the Iguana Bar,we all had the best holiday ever you are all very freindly.We enjoyed the company John Steve Woody and Pirate enjoyed the sport it was great especially when you had the Newcastle match on well done Harris.It is also great for the kids plenty to do and the food is fab all cooked by a lovely lady called Georgina,also Angela and her sister were lovely freinds to our kids Stan,Ash,Jaime.Harris we will be back to see you all soon enjoy the rest of the season best wishes to you all.

YES JOHN YOUR RIGHT,ITS JUST THAT THE SAME FAMILY OWN THEM BOTH,AND THE FRIENDLY OLD MAN AND HIS WIFE WHO HAVE THE BEACH SHOP,ACROSS FROM THE VILLAS,WHERE YOU CAN SIT IN THE SHADE AND HAVE A COLD BEER OR FRUIT AND CHILL OUT,  BLISS !!! IT SHOULD BE MENTIONED ON THIS SITE.   REGARDS.

Thanks for the help, but unfortunately, they're not the one's! The villa's I am looking for are small (Ground floor only) and made of stone with approx 4 in total.. They look as if they are someones house! There is a sign outside which has a phone number and states 'Villa's for rent'.Do not believe that they will have a web site so am banking on someone knowing the number to call them!

Luke,the villas you are refering to are called Tasos Villas,just go on the just zante website under kalamaki appartments and you can book direct,hope this helps you out.

Just returned from Kalamaki and am trying to find information on the villa's which are just past the Iguana bar. They are available to rent and state ask at the Iguana bar for details (They're just past it on the way to the beach and made of stone) however, I forgot to ask. If anyone could get information or any way to contact the right person with regards to renting one for next year it would be hugely appreciated!! Thanks!!

went to the iguana bar in june it was absoultly fantastic harris spiross and tassos were the best laugh ever learnt a lot of tricks for back in the uk thanks to spiross harris was a great laugh and the unexpected picture was funny u will find out wen u get to no them . oh yeah and the foods great especially the chicken fillet with rice and chips trust me !!!!!!

wel wel wel wat can i say part from this bar is faboloso!!!!! speiros and harris are great guys!! the 1st nite i was there i managed to get behind the bar! lol drink a iguana special cocktail before u go out and ul up and dancin all nite still dnt know wat goes in that (its a secret) but the staff are friendly and drop ded georus! it was out local whilst we was out there! and i loved every minute of my time which i spent in there!! see you next year guys mwah x 

Thanks dad for putting that picture of me on! This bar is one of the best in kalamaki! It is great for cocktails, T.V. , and football at 2.00am! Spiro showed us some tricks that he can do and we were all shocked! well done spiro!     I well recomend the Iguana bar to any age group! I wish that i was there now    see you all next year from kirsty (aged 14)

This was our first time in Zante, and thanks to Harris, Thassos and Spiros we all had a great time. We will be going back next year and intend to visit them. It was my 13 year old sons favourite place as they showed great movies and Thassos played him at pool ( watch out he's a shark). Harris has a great personallity and his English is excellent, ( Frank don't expect everyone to speak English after all you are a visitor you should try and learn some Greek as they really appreciate it when you try). Thanks to Harris for the Star Wars DVD.

iguana bar has brill music and lovely staff. it is our fourth time visiting and we meet with guy's everytime. we'll b back in sept as u know, for 2 weeks of fun, gemma not coming sorry harris. can't wait to c u guys, "turkey" , "pink pigs".

Just spent a week in Kalamaki (4th-11th july 05) and had the best time. Went to Iguana bar every night and really loved it. Spiros not only makes the best cocktails but is really good at other things to!!!!!!!!! Spiros, Harris and Tassos made us laugh every night, we didnt want to come home after a week and could have stayed much longer. Will definately be going back.

We had great time there, the best place to enjoy delicious gyros and cold cocktails(only 2.50 euro)! They have many big TVs with the latest movies! Harris, Tassos and the barman Spiros made us laugh all the time with their tricks! Spiros makes the best cocktails.....and more...!!! Just 100m from the beach.
