just got back from the Admiral and loved it!  the drinks r so cheap!  about 3 euros 4 alcohol and 1.50 for soft drinks!  air conditionin is available bt there r no hairdryers!  wud recommend the holiday 2 any1!!!!

hi all, we stayed at the admirals from the 29.05.05 - 12.06.05 and it was the best two weeks ever and that was all down to the great staff that worked there. steph, sam, karl, darren tina, claire and cherly thank you so much for such a great holiday. you might remember us we are the group from ireland and ann and anto got married and you gave us a great party after with the king of karoke the one and only martin....

went june 2 till june 16 all the scouse staff are boss. SAM is a boss singer and dancer, KARL is propa georgeous, DARREN s nice and all the other staff including STEPH, CHERYL, NIKKI and the rest of the crew r boss. the factory and artamis are boss bars to go to and the magic mushroom is good but we heard bad stories. cant wait to go next year hope all staff are the same. love the SCOUCERS leanne, ashley and the twins(EVERYONE  MUST TRY  ONE OF THE BARMANS SPECIAL COCKTAILS)

Hey All, i was at the Admiral for two weeks last June and had an amazing time, mostly due to Paul and Sam.  I came with my girlfriend Hayley and her two sons Luke and Scott.  Heard lots about this robbery, never thought Brian was like that he was a top bloke!!  I've heard Pauls not back this year which is a big shame, does anyone know what he's up to?  Hi Sam, you might remember me, i got engaged whilst i was there last year and you sang 'I swear' while we slow danced.........Aaaawww. It didn't last anyhow, all good things come to an end!!!

In my opinion, the Admiral is a very child friendly hotel, plenty of activities for the children most days.  Our room did not have air con, but we took a travel fan with us which was used all the time.

going to the admiral in agassi 03/07/05 does anyone know if the rooms have air con and what will the weather be like also is it child friendly

its also easy to get a taxi to laganas at night, cost about 13 euros but you agree on the pirce before taking you to your destonation.

emily -  argassi is the closest resort to zante town ans doesnt take long, about 45 minutes,

the admiral is lovely apartments and great staff, any idea who is working there 2005? went there last season and should be back this season, recomend this to everyone, emma xxx

Just back from a week in Argassi..Admirals was the livest resort by a long shot...fun of kids and lilos in the pool but we just escaped to the pool by the beachs for a bitta peace!! they drive like lunactics in greece, was nearly run over twice ( and i was sober!!!) Argassi is a cool spot, not as tacky as Lagunas, and Admials is a good location too!! Well woth it!

How long is the walk to Zante town, and Laganas. Is it easy to get a taxi to Laganas at night? thanxs

they drive like nutters! to put it bluntly. the main roads are not that bad but it takes u a while to get something that we would class as a main road. the majority look like country lanes!!

Going to Argassi in August ,thinking of hiring a car , anyone know what the roads are like and how they drive over there, also which are the best hire places .

 hi deb no it aint high on the hill u dont even really recognise its on a hill trust me my mams terribly afraid of heights and she wouldnt stay there if it woz high its the others that are high. the nightlife woz really good wen i went the club down the road woz good not sure wot it woz called fink it woz the factory but not to sure im goin bk in sept wiv my boyfriend it is great i love it there there is quite a few pubs and clubs that are good not sure wot there called but i no there near the hotel sum where quite a few on main road near beach. hope that helps you

I have been to the Admiral twice and i would highly recommend it to anyone, the staff are alsway friendly and my 4 year old son loved Michael and Nikki. I would like to say hello to Nikki or anyone that knows her and i hope she liked the photos we left her last year of my son, she wanted to adopt him when we were there, i hope she is doing well and would love to hear from her as she had the address on the back of the photo we left.

Hi Eddi Emma just to let you know that nikki wont be there this year she is attending college now in athens so she can start running her own hotel. I speak to sam and nikki every other day and they are both fine. Sam is coming over to see us in the next couple of weeks so i will get her to drop you a line.

Got back on the 29th Oct after a week in the admiral hotel, Argassi, went with my dad and brother and must say it was brilliant. Argassi itself is a lovely place and the people couldn't do more to help. The entertainment was first class, especially the greek night! Sam and Paul were great at their jobs, and maria and nicky were very friendly. At the end of the season many places are closing down, but the popular restaurants stay open. We took a tour of the Island, and took boats out to see the caves, only 10euros each. Food is excellent, and cleanliness in hotel is a good standard. Great for families in mid seasons, although can imagine nightlife is great in high season for party lovers. All in All a wicked holiday....would revisit!!!

Admiral was GREAT!!!14 of us went best time ever!cried when we came home.Watch out for paul if ya get the chanch u shud throw him in the pool cuz if he gets the chance hell push u in...we cudnt get him in!the guy at 24/7 is a really cool guy he has some really funny phases go buy some ice-cream n make him happy also peter at tiffianys is funny when he waves his arms about when he see u!!everyone is so friendly!!the redlion bar is the best karaoke down there rules and the breakfast are nice there!!IF ANYONE SAY ANYTHING BAD ABOUT THIS PLACE OR ABOUT THE HOTEL THEY RETARDS AND CAN ANSWER TO ME THE GAYBOYS ADMIRAL AND ARGASSI IS THE BEST!!!!ROOM 108 IS THE BEST!!

Not the kind of place you would go to if you want a relaxing quite family holiday. Appartments were very poor standard, we were stuck in the studio annex to start with which was absolutely disgusting - dirty and very poorly maintained. Were moved to another which was bigger but not much better. The entertainment went on until the wee hours and the cleaners knock on the door to clean the appartments any time from 8am onwards. The resort of Argassi is nothing but cheap tourist shops selling nothing but tat. The appartments and resort on the whole is alright if you are a sun worshiping boozer who wants to party all night and sleep all day. The only good part of the island is turtle beach which we escaped to daily using the apartment as a base.. Didnt cook in it and was so dirty that never even emptied our suitcases. Were infested with ants and lizards and on the 3 days there were bad thunder storms our apartment flooded - we were blamed originally by the receptionist for not closing the doors properly but it was coming in a hole in the wall. Lower apartments have drains running past them each morning and slimey and disgusting - the oil leak and the river of oil that flowed down the open drains past the apartment one morning were a surprise too. Very poorly maintained inside and out.

We stayed in the admirals for 2 weeks in september, it was fantastic, can't wait to go back! Great entertainment (they're all nutters!!) the kids were kept busy all the time and the place was spotless. Would definately recommend it for families with kids.

was any1 there between the 15th-22nd october, if so does any1 remember me n my mates....molly, polly, eddie emma n emilus emma, we were the one's pissed trying to do the char char slide, n getting every1 to come to the factory, if you do remember us id just like to say hello!

the admiral was in a fantastic location me n my mates managed to loose inches off our theighs!

we arrived back 22 october i found it hard to sleep because the entertainment next to the appartments went on into the early hours which is fine if you can have a lying but you woke up at 8 by the maids and after 2 weeks i was knackered.most of the staff were good except nikki at reception boy was she a miserable bull.yanni made up for her didn't you manwell you make great tea.glad to have met molly and polly. iwouldn't go back very noisy

this was the best holiday i have ever had, i can recomend it to any one that wants a good time! the admiral is such a great place to stay in and the staff are so friendly, and i thought nicky, sam and paul were so great. me and my friends met the best people in the world and we all love yannie, no faults at all.

I only just arrived home yesterday and im already missing the staff at the admiral.(me n my mates fancied paul), we thought yanni was really funny and sweat... he makes a great coffee! i found the entertainment really good and i liked the fact that the bar was open 24/7. Although i found the kids nights boring i really enjoyed the kareoke, quizes(we won a free meal and champaigne!), greek nights and eat all you want buffets. I thought the location was brilliant, it was a 2 minute walk from our favourite club 'the factory' and our favourite resturant 'castaways' {--- deffinately eat there! The food at the admiral snack bar was yummmmmm aswell... i deffo recommend these appartments if you young and like stayin out late but if your lookin for an early night then you'll be going to the wrong place.

just arrived back at 4.30pm from admiral apartments!

the hotel was situated in a great place it wasnt to far to walk from the "factory club"! the room was a good size for two people to share. We found that the maids were very noisey in the mornings, and didnt give the apartment a good clean! the maids didnt clean our toilet bin for 3 days, apart from that we had a good view from our balcony!

the majority of staff were friendly, beth the rep seemed very nice and was always cheerful, paul was nice looking, and nicky and sam never smiled! our favourite member of staff was Manwell (yanni, u were a amazing and extremeley friendly even when we strolled in at 7am in the morning! oh yanni that was the best cup of tea!

castaways was the best restauarnt, we tried tiffany's and it was vile and we came out starving so we went to 24/7!

the admiral staff was not as friendly to us as maybe they was to others this could be to do with the fact that we was not alcholics.
sam never smiled and seemed to be a miserable b***h, this could be to do with the fact that the c**t boss of hers with glasses was a right w**ker to her and others.
the admiral is idael for familes if you like entertainment the admiral offers plenty of that.
the rooms are quite small but clean.
the greek night and kained and able night are good for entertainment kained and able was crap the food is good value for money.
peter from tiffanys will never leave you alone no matter what you say to him and 24/7 also do the same constantly on at you too come in.
our trvel rep dawn was the best rep ever you could come across she was great entertainment and very good and friendly.
as for droning on she far from droned on she was straight to the point.
alot of people stared on this holiday for whatever reason i do not know over friendly too each other and fake is what alot came accross as.
the trips i reccomeend are cruise round the island, blue caves and to hire a car.
the cruise aronud the island do not go on the delphini and wear suitable foot wear for visiting the ship wreak prferably ones you can swim in not flip flops or sandels because the beach is more of a stone island abit like olympia rocks every where and you cannot stand up on it bare foot.
ionin is best place to hire a car spring tours for cruise round the island and cavo grosso for rest of trips the more trips you book she gives you a discount and on most kids go free.
the best time to vist is october but only for first week as the second week the weather changed dramatically we went from the 3rd to 17th of october.
the best supermarket we found was dolphin.
the food most restaurants are resonable.
the tropicanaa bar has a cinema which is graet if you dont like crappy kained and able all you need to do is buy a drink.

Just back from the Admiral.Good basic accomodation near bars etc. Went to the boring welcome meeting where the rep droned on & on about herself & the trips that you could go on to get her commission. Failed to mention lots of things including the lovely Kalamaki Beach (near Crystal Beach Hotel in Kalamaki).9 euros in a taxi from Argassi or a 1 hour and half walk.

Also used the sunbeds in apartments near beach as quieter. Cava D ora & Antonis Apartments in Kalamaki also have nice pools that you are welcome to use.

hello!we arrived back on the 3rd of october, having stayed at the admiral for 2 weeks. we had a great time, and i would recommend it to families and couples. the staff are all lovely and make you feel very welcome and they are very child friendly as well, they were always giving my little boy (alfie) cuddles.
the apartments are not very spacious but very clean and we had maid service every day, and bedding changes every other.

Came back to good old Brum Friday 24th after a week at Admirals, fantastic location just away from the main drag.

We were luckily I guess as we had a room for 4 for the 2 of us so not cramped but can imagine with 4 it would be cosy !! Rooms were cleaned almost every day with fresh towels and sheets.

Entertainment & Bar Stff staff worked really hard to make sure those there enjoyed themeselves, although I will admit we were more spectators rather than participators !!! It was quite amusing watching the Fun 4 - Emma, Mark, Lee & Amy enjoy themselves !! They probably won't even know our names but we were there every night cheering them on !!!

Anyway Admiral is a great place for anyone wanting fun & sun !!!

Throughly recommended and a bargain for £260 each !!

Paul, wot can I say, you were fantastic again (except from the bed hi-jacking incident!lol, only kidding). Was great seeing you again and meeting your wee mum. She's so gr8! Thats were you get ur huge, lovely smile from!
Watched Dodgeball when I got home, and thought of you. Hope ya think of me when yer listening to Clubland :-) Anyways hope you keep yer promise to come thru, coz ur ALWAYS welcome anytime, and it'd be great to see you again!

Just back from the admiral appartments a very basic room a bit on the small side but if your just going with your partner ok. Rooms very clean, cleaned daily .The staff in the hotel were great Maria Nikki alway smile and are ready to help paul was great .All the reasturants in the town that we went to were great tiffanys was good .Go to the Beer academy the bar man there dennis was great the beach was not that good but if you go down, there is small snack bars there that have a pool and sun beds you can use for 6 euros for the day cant remmember the name of the one that we went to but it was yellow and is owned by a man called george good food at a good price (try the saganaki)

We arrived back from Zante on Sunday having stayed for 2 weeks. Appartments were small and basic but very clean. Staff were friendly and Paul is a complete nutter!(but fantastic). Its a great place for people to stay with young families as they are constantly entertained. The location of the appartments is ideal as to access anywhere is just a short walk, no need for taxi's. Have to mention the Pheonix and the Big Plate, both very good places to eat out, also the Factory, which is like a club pub, very lively and good fun.
Word of advice, don't buy any sun lotion before you go or most toiletries, its cheaper out there. I would also like to mention our rep from Olympic Holidays, Jason, he was great, full of information, very helpful.
All in all a brilliant place to stay, clean, friendly and good fun.

hia its chelsey. I thought the admiral was a good hotel. It was always kept clean and the staff were lovely especially paul who is a great laugh and so funny. Two downsides were that most of the rooms had no air con and were very small and they say the beach is lovely. WHAT BEACH!! its all pebble and stick thin but being round our pool made up for it.
