  We have been back at work for two weeks now and i can say it is crap.

We went on a girley week and had a great time, the staff are all so friendly so we would like to say a great big thank you Takis, Lorenzo, Dennis, Francheska. If you get the chance go on the Costa's Greek Night we had a great time. Just like to say hi to the Waites & friends from Carlisle and thanks for putting up with us.

Holiday blues have now set in!!  Back to work, back to reality!!

We were at Costas for two weeks from 8^th-23^rd June and we really were so impressed!  The apartments were clean and very spacious. The food was excellent (especially Friday night barbeques ) and all very fairly priced!

The staff are so friendly. We had so much fun!! Hello to Denis, Takis, Lorenzo, Steph and George! (oh and George, we loved your Super Bingo!!) And a special hello to Francesca and Tristan! (Well done Tristan for passing your exams – keep up the hard work!)

Just to set the record straight and confirm the football results in the England v. Greece match – ENGLAND WON 5 : 4.  (Hope Denis has stopped being so grumpy about it now!!).

We have met some really lovely people and made some great friends. (Hello to: Chris and Kerry, Hayley, Laura and Vicky, Paul and Kerry, and Mark, Lorraine, Sam and Rachel (sexy bum!!) ) We hope to be able to stay in touch! Lets see if our holiday reunion comes together!! We will certainly be returning next year! (and it can’t come quick enough – we’ve only been back 4 days!!).

We had an excellent holiday and for the first time two weeks wasn’t enough and we would have quite happily stayed for another two!!

Just wanted to say thanks for a great holiday really enjoyed it, its really crap to be home and back to work!!! Say hi to everyone for me: Takis, dennis, Lorenzo, Francessca, Trisitan, Stef and the whole Costa family!!! You made us feel really welcome!! and Trisitan well done in your exams!! We knew you could do it.

Had a fab time at the Costas.  The apartments were clean, spacious and all the staff were friendly.  It is a brilliant location for all sorts of people to stay, particularly families.

The location of the apartments is just right as it is a short walk away from the main road and about 10-15 mins walk to the beach.  I was fortunate enough to see a turtle when out on a pedalo as it is mating/nesting season so it was well worth a visit.

Atmosphere at the bar in the evenings is very nice and relaxed.  There is no pressure from any of the staff to join in with activities and the apartments is lucky enough to attract a friendly type of guests making it easy to mingle. (Or you can teach the parrot some new words!)

The main street consists of various bars and restaurants and while there is plenty of variety it is not too busy.

I strongly recommend the Costas Apartments to anyone and Kalamaki overall was lovely.

Costa's Pool Bar is great, The apartments are very basic but ok. There was 14 of us who went away we all got home yesterday 19th June 2006, we all really enjoyed it! The staff were lovely, especially Takis, He is well fit!! He made the best cocktail ive tasted, its called Sex on the bar, so if you like cocktail's you have gotta try it!! He was a good footballer aswell, but hey Takis if your reading this, our England lads did beat you Greek lads 5-4 in that footie match!! Dennis was really nice aswell, Thanks for my CD Dennis Franchesca was really nice and George he is sooooooooo nice, always asking if your ok, he was really caring!

Well im back to reality now, at work, wish i was back at Costa's. The greek night and the BBQ was really good.

Hey! I had an amazing time last year on holiday at Costas. Hopefully (fingers crossed) that me and my friend are able to go this year, she has never been abroad so i told her that this is the best place to start. We will be going in October if we manage to save up and book it lol! So I hope to see everyone and if there is anyone going to be there from about age 17 + then we could maybe hang out!

15 days til we come back guys!!! Have missed you all loads and I actually can't wait to be back! Have decided not to drink any alcohol while the football is on cos me and my dad will only end up crying again  Well will see you very soon! Love you all x (man I hate that picture )

I went to Costa apartments with my mum,dad and niece Sophie in August 2005. My parents have been a couple of times before and said how great it was,so I had to see it for myself. It was the best holiday that I have ever been on. Everybody was lovely and we had endless fun. Cant wait to go again. Thankyou to everybody at Costas for making our holiday so special.

Hello my name is Christina Panayiotou i am 18 years of age and most importantly i am Greek. It was my first time i have been to costas appartments and we were put into costas 1 which was fantastic.  The food is great and the greek atmosphere felt home for me.  The rooms are clean and the cleaners clean the rooms every two days which was also fantastic.  The local people of Zakynthos were also very kind and the seaside is only a 10 minute walk from costas.  It was just what i needed to get away from all the trouble in the UK!!  Well the greek nites were brilliant and the dancers make you get up to dance greek which was familiar for me because i am greek myself.  The people behind the bar were also very welcoming and persuaded my family to come back this August, we are definately comin back this August but we will be spendin our time mostly at the beach as the guys always used to chat me up and the denis always used to talk dirty to me and my cousin, so be careful girls. All in all if u are thinkin of goin to costas appartments for a hol do so but make sure u take a kettle with u.  Greece is da best!!!!!!!

My friends and I will be visiting 'Costa Apartments' this September.On our booking information it states that we'l be in 'Costas 2',I have read alot of bad reports from visiters saying that they had to be moved to 'Costas 1' when originally booked in 'Costas 2'and it wasn't very nice.Can you tell me what the differance is between 'Costas 1 and 2'?And should we expect to be moved?

We went to costas two years ago just by chance on a late bookinga and we have been back each year since i would recommend it to anyone and cant wait till next year to go again!

Hi there, my Girlfriend, myself and her three kids recently returned from a week`s holiday at the Costa`s appartments, it was a fantastic holiday , the accomodation and entertainment is second to none and well worth it, if considering a place to holiday you will not go wrong by booking at Costas.....

I went to the Costas in June-July, we also were put in the Costas 1 when we booked Costas 2! We told our reps but nothing was done. We also had to pay over 40Euros for a faulty fan when we could have got one a lot cheaper...but as it states on the wall, ' only fans hired from Costas can be used in the rooms...due to health and safety and being tested'. We know in fact that it was never tested as it never had a sticker on and this is a legal requirement. We also found an ants nest in the appartments and blood on the bed when we got there.

I've just got back from Costas n all i can say is that it was perfect! I had a great time there n i will be definatly going there again. Greek night was good fun n the "show" at the end was quite entertaining!

we have just returned from a holiday in the costas apartments in kalamaki, they we of an averqge standard, although the music at the pool bar got a bit too much when it was still going at 2am, it was impossible for my 2 children to sleep. i would like to know if anyone had a problem with accommodation that was booked we booked costas 2 but was put in costas 1 if so how was your problem resolved?

Staying at the costas from the 31st July for 2 weeks glad to see good comments about them! We are two early thirties with a 9 year old son and would love to know more about the costas and where is good to go on an evening etc Also what is the heat like on an evening in the apartments Many Thanks!

THIS IS THE REAL LADIES NIGHT JULY 2005,

we stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was fine we had a night flight an you have to be out of your room by 12 midday so we payed 35 euros to keep the room till midnight we had to move rooms as our room was needed we were moved to costas 1 a studio it was a quite  small but it was clean all the rooms looked ok to usthere was a double an single bed athe kitchen bit was in the same room an a bathroom with shower in it.

just got back takis janice kim an dennis brilliant people.costas was a great place to stay the rooms the pools the meals the bar spot on.met some lovely people pauline dominic clive jean amy steve to name a few.we have 2 children 9 an 15 not much 4 the kids to do but once they made friends they didnt want to come home.dont miss greek nite an sunday lunch beautiful.theres loads of bars an places to eat there all good.down under bar great there mad in there venue cocktail bar is ok if you have younger kids karaoke every night the only bad thing about the holiday was the airport on the way home apart from that brilliant would go back.

But looking on this site (which is excellant), there are 2 different boards, one for Costas Apartments (Highly rated) and the other for Costas Studio (not looking good...) Absolutely brilliant, just arrived back, you cannot go wrong by staying at Costas.

 Takis, Dennis and Kim made our holiday for us, hope that Janice is recovering from her op because she ensured that my wife's birthday on Greek Night with the most fantastic cake and bubbly was a complete surprise for her.

Ladies Nite is a laugh with Suzy the barman, we joined in dressed as the 3 most ugliest women you've ever seen.

We have just come back from the Costas, our first impressions were that they were brilliant, clean and we had a really nice view from the appartment.

We stayed at Costas Apartments last year and we are going back this year.  We've never gone anywhere twice on holiday before, so that has to tell you something.

I keep reading all these comments and am just wondering what age group these apartments are mostly used by - we have a 17 year old daughter, a 14 year old son and a seven (today) year old daughter we are both 40. Is is suitable for us all? and what condition are the apartments in as a read one comment that didnt make me feel too sure!!

hi, just got back from Kalamaki zante, we couldnt get into costa's this year so we took a late deal and stopped at the white house, had such a good time. The white house is very basic but we had no problems there. Its not far from Costa's at all if you know where the mermaids is theres a turning just before there next to the hermes car place its round the back of there. Had a absolutly fantastic time, it was great to see them all again.

It was brilliant!!! The family were great, especially Dennis my Greek lover, and Takis my sex bomb! This has to be the best place in the whole of Greece, maybe even the world! I'm coming back next year and I want to ride on dennis's black motorbike this time!!!Greek night was amazing, and the guys were all a laugh (laughing with not at...honest!)

hi, we stayed at costas last yr it was fab! we r hoping 2 go in 3 weeks but havnt booked up yet, we would love 2 stay at costas but evry tour operator is saying it is booked. we've been recommended to the white house apts but from the reviews it seems pretty damn crap! is this far away from costas? & i'm wondering is it really worth it? can any1 help? do u know if costas have any rooms? or does dennis or the family have e-mail access at costas? can any1 recommend us anywhere to stay for a cheap late deal? or r we just asking to much! (well me dani really!) lol! please help us x

Well what can i say it was the best holiday i have ever had. Iv bin once before which i loved but not as much as this year. I met so many people, who are Kevin (miss ya sooooo much), Ciaran (luv ya), Megan, Chloe, Isla, Joey, Pez, Becky, Sean and loads more. Tassos you will not belove how gorgeous u r same to Takis. you should definatly stick with costas appartments. you will be in for a holiday of a life time, it is great. the family are really nice and welcoming. it is a beautiful resort and has some great things to do. it is about a 10 minute walk from the beach and the shops and resturants are just around the corner.
your very lucky 2 be going there hopefully we will b goin bak sometime.

we stayed at costas appartments in june 2004,there was about 15 of us! when we arrived to our destination and got into our rooms we were a bit shocked to find what we had come to! when we got there the weather was horrible absolutly tipping it down! the rest of the hols it was brill got great tans! after arriving we went to sleep for a while waking up refreshed as we had been awake for roughly 24hrs!! we went to costas whilst the euro 2004 was on the atmosphere was fab everyone cheering for each other! we had a fab time and we meet some great people. especially the family who run the place! when it came time to leave 2 weeks later in the early hours of the morning everyone stayed up with us to see us go with their tissues in toe!!! cant wait to return for another fab hol and hope to see everyone again soon!! xx PS: we hope 'the venue' pub has sorted its stairs out now & got a hand rail as dani fell down them and had to go to hospital! how slippy are they really!!

We have booked to go on holiday this year at Costas Appartments in Kalamki. But the reports are very varied about what to expect - one site describes a noisy, dirty complex that makes us very worried, particularly as we have 3 quite small children! We have even thought about trying to change accommodation! It would help to know what other families have thought who have visited there recently, to help us determine whether to go or not. We have visited the Greek Islands several times and are not in the slightest bit concerned about basic accommodation and facilities - but do very much want a family based appartment.

hi, costas apartments was great, costas family realy nice. kieran our son loved the donkey and all the other animals, apart from the pain in the a**e cockadoodles that wake you up at 3 in the morning. stacey & maureen & maryjane & liz loved takis, they thought wee tasos was a wee creep. i will go back again to the same apartments, but only if they do something about that damn airport. make sure you go to the mairmaid restaurant & red peppers and also honk kong restaurant for the green thai curry, it was superb. grabagrana pub was our spot for 2 4 1 drinks.

Kathy, the queen of Zante has a few comments.
1) not every1 is thick. In London they have metal railings at the road side.What if they weren't there would every1 run into the road and play with the traffic? accidents happen,I just hope that the dude took out insurence.
2) As well as a chest infection,do you have one foot to walk on! 30 minutes, what? why the hell was you walking to.

myself and my husband stayed at costa appts what a hell hole the appts stink of damp the bedding is filthy and mold on the walls i know they say it gets humid ! yeah well sorry i got a chest infection and needed antibiotics the place is the pits ,glass in the pool several small children cut them selfs and one poor guy split his head open on the path to the appts and needed stitches cos they had not put a rubber carpet down to stop people falling over ,but you should have seen them move when this guy fell and cracked his head i wish i had took my video camera !health and saftey whats that ? well apart from the appts the holiday was fine but plenty off people felt they had got a bum deal at the costas very poor accomadation oh yeah 10 min to the beach as the crow flies if you have small kids get a car more like 30 mins im not a whinger but the place should be renamed falwty towers what a dump!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

the whole holiday was a blast. cant wait till nxt year.

Stayed at Costas this October, very nice family run establishment. Family was great, very welcoming, Janice assistant manager was very informative yet slightly unprofessional, constantly moaning about other guests.
Greek night is a must, no question about it. Be warned you will not get away with staying in your seat; trust me you will be dancing!
Location was great; 2 minutes walk onto the main strip and 5 minutes from the beach. Surprisingly quiet considering the proximity of the strip and airport, not once disturbed by noise.
If you like animals you will be ok there are chickens, a donkey, a dog....!!!

Hello, for all of you going to the Costas I promise you will have a great time. I stayed there a few weeks ago and had a great time. Even those some scottish people made far to much noise. The family are lovely. I will return again.
I came with my 16yr old daughter who had the eyes for Tasso's and Takkis, but she is not silly. The boys will be boys. Great lads. There young of course they are going to enjoy themselves. But girls you need to grow up. Tasso's has said he is going in the army. Takkis I think is seeing one of the Thomas cook reps. Thats what it looked liked anyway. (but think he has a greek girlfriend) Nice girl so girls I don't think so. Dennis is dennis smiles when he wants to. So in all they are great lads but girls if you even get a kiss they do it to all the girls.

costasis lovely, and the pool is really nice. The apartments are newly built, they have not been there many years. To be honest, you are bout the same distanmce from the beach and bars staying at costas as you are at atonis.

this message is for carla butler ive just seen your message my husband was rang at work today to say we would not be staying at the antonis neither what has happenend ? do you know what was told about it ? we was gonna stay in a studio but i dont know what costas is like i have walked past it in may and i looked tired and washing everywhere like a refugee camp !! what do you know about the accomadation

we have just been told hat the antonis has closed ......bit short notice as we are flying out next week we have also been told that we are now staying at the costas .....further away from the beach and resort centre , thomas cokk are not going to offer any compensation as they dem the costas to be of higher quality than the antonis (it is also where are lot of reps live)

stayed at the costa bar most nites the greek nite is fab dennis does a fire act and takis is a hit with all the girls young and old.it has like a mini farm with deer goats all sorts of birds and of course zina the dog.talk to danny he feeds them all.they make there own wine which you must try,would go back just to see dennis.janis is brillant will help you wot ever way she can.they all speak very good english and scottish so u wont be stuck.
say hello to granny she sits at her house in the evenings,pool is fab just jump in.there is a donkey to make sure he is in the shade he likes apples and carrots.do go to geeek nite not to be missed the boys strip

kalamaki was the best holiday ever.Costas apartments were also lovely and room 206 was the best. tacius and tassos were really lovely and fit and dennis was sweet.
got bak a week ago and really wanna go bak. i miss every1 and made some great new friends.(liz).

the best nite was the greek nite on wednesday when me n tacuis danced on table it was so fun.
if u go out 2 eat anywhere i recommend parathon.people were so friendly and funny and we ate there almost every nite.

Just come back from Kalamaki having had the best holiday ever. Tsakas,Tsasso and Dennis were great fun. A special Thanks to Janice who is brilliant next September cant come quick enough. Been back a week since staying at Costas. Had an amazing two weeks there and planning to go bac already. Wouldn't complain about a thing. One of the best hols ive had ever! Everyone was so friendly especially Takis, Dennis and not forgetting Tassos! Hope to cu all next year! Nikki xx

you come along the main strip, where Sofias is, and there is a turning opposite sofias.. turn down there, go past Plubis and about 20 or so metres from Plubis, Costas pool bar is on the left, and the apartments on the right..

We only booked our holiday on the Saturday and left on Thursday. I have been to Greece many times but years ago, but I have to admit this was the best holiday ever. All the crew at Costa's were so friendly especially Janice (without you no perfect day). But the amount of new friends we met, Glyn and Debra Charlotte and Connor. John & Karen and big brother Sean, what a wonderful bunch of people they really made our holiday special and one which will never be forgotten. The island it's self is so lovely and I hope it never changes. We are going back in August next year and will hopefully meet up with Glyn and Debra again.
Thanks for a wonderful holiday to all at Costa's, you were all brillient.

First time in Zante and we loved every minute of it. We only booked our holiday 4 days before we left, so we didn't know what to expect. We had one of the best holidays ever. Ciaran met so many great friends, infact we hardly every seen him, if he wasn't at the pool table he was in the pool!!. Some of his friends were Cain, Josh, Sean (who was also really good at pool), Joey, Charlotte, Connor, Jordan, another Connor, Adam, Kevin, Kellie, Katy, Matt, Kelsie, Megan, Madison, Aaron and Calum, Craig, Neil and Lauren. It would be great to go back again as it was brilliant place to have a holiday in Greece. Everyone was really friendly at Costas Pool Bar.

hey i jus got bck from costas appartment it is our 5th time in kalamaki and 4th in there appartments, when i was there imet some great friends they were joey charlotte connor isla chloe becky cain josh kiren a litlle about all of them joey is like my little sis she is really funny and always up for a laugh her parents were great they were my 3rd parents and id love to see them agen sometime charlotte and connor i met 4 years ago in greece it was kinda scary to meet them agen but after the first days it was ok there parents are really kool they were like my second mom and dad they all looked afterme very well lol isla is a good frend i got on with her qiute well her bro is a really kool guy and his mate is really kool too chloe is jus chloe becky is agen a really good frend cain and josh well there brothers and joey fancyed cain really badly on the holiday i think that they wud make a good couple (lol) kiren is kool really good at pool hes very skilful and scotish ilike scotish ppl they have really kool accents sorry to the ppl that i aint metioned but i hope to c u all agen soon thnaks for the holiday it was good hey takis hey tasos hey dennis and rest of family and frends from sean

Just returned from another fantastic holiday at Costas - 6th year running. Met some fantastic people again - John, Karen & Sean, Nick, Claire & Joey - all friends now for life.
Janice is a real tonic - Ricky the karaoke king still sounds good!
Am so glad Costas has remained relatively untouched by the commercial world - just how a greek holiday should be.
Great to see Dennis, Takis, Thassos, Adriana & Costa again.
Will definately be back in 2005!

Hi there we hope to be staying at the Costas Apartments in Kalamaki a two bedroom. Do they have a seperate lounge? Or is it just the bedrooms and a small kitchen and are the balconies shared? Does anyone konw where the new waterpark is in Zante and is it a good one?

Costa's apartments is a fantastic place to go for young and old alike. The introduction of a children's pool this year has made it even better for families with young'uns! I have just returned from there (on Euro 2004 final day - I was gutted!). It was the 3rd time me and my wife have been although this was our 1st holiday with our young son (turned 1 the week before we left). He loved it! He got lots of attention from the family (probably because we know them very well) and was never out of the pool. The place has such a friendly atmosphere and is a great place to meet new people. We met a honeymooning couple from Newcastle, Craig and Adele, who are top people that we keep in touch with, as well as our good friends Kerry and Ann whom we holiday with.( You may have seen Kerry before - big welshman who looks like he has been in the sun for years!). On returning to Costa's year after year, you notice the same faces returning as well - this gives you an indication of how good the place is!
Whilst in Kalamaki, you must go to Michelo's Taverna. I had the best meal ever there on this last holiday. All the Greeks go to eat there as well. Also pop in to see Dennis at the Sugar Reef restaurant - he was the world cocktail making champion a few years ago, and the food served there is excellent!

Was Sarah the girl you are on about that stayed? If so she was seeing Tassos and stayed for an extra two weeks she visited in October for a week with her mum but dont think she went back. Wasn't goona work out long term!
