Hi to all at friends bar thanks for making our holiday really special what a lovely hard working couple that really go to a great deal of trouble to get to know you personally they were also fantastic with our to children Thanks again Yannis , Despina ,Memis and all the staff

  We spent 14 great days in Tsilivi in June 08 we enjoyed the great atmostphere created by Yannis Despina and Ilias in Friends Bar, met some great people there too who all agreed it was the best bar in Tsilivi. They supply entertainment of some sort every night, from Greek Traditional dancing to live music and quizes and even bingo. This friendliness is not about the Euro it is genuine, they really care about the holidaymakers who use the bar and will bend over backwards to help you. If you want a good night get into Friends I am sure you will enjoy it

We had a great time here, the staff were very fun and welcoming. Cheap cocktails and great live music, especially Wayne & Kev & Dave (shipwrecked)

this was my first holiday abroad and friends bar made my holiday!!!!!

Friends bar was by far the most fun u will have in a bar in tsilivi, yannis always made a great effort to make you smile and it always worked and nice quiz too .... WE WON!!! if you read this yannis and the guys thankyou and see you soon hopefully

BEST BAR

Ever going to tsilivi, go to Friends...its the best bar in all the town! It really made our holiday, all the staff are really friendly, they've always got a smile for you, rem your name and on a good day what you usually drink, lol. And they all must be knacked, as they dont close till you leave, we had many a night in there till 7, 8 am...the beer and cocktails are cheap, bathrooms are clean and great for us ladies! The food is great and very reasonable priced. And the entertainment is great, whether its footy, the band night, quiz and kareoke, its always a good laugh! Yanis really puts his heart and soul into the place and it really shows, plus yanis is soo nice - my fellas a diabetic and we had to buy him a new blood glucose tester, only prob was it was in greek, Yanis took the time out of his very busy day to sit down read it and explain how to use it, I mean how nice of him to do that, thanks yanis, and his wife is soo glam, gorgous and friendly too!! As are all the staff, I just cant wait to book next years hols to go back there!

WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM TSILIVI AND WERE REALLY EXCITED TO MEET UP AGAIN WITH YANNI AND THE GANG WHO WE ORIGINALLY MET AT PLANOS BAY.

This was our favourite bar by far...we had fantastic evenings here, the team are so friendly!! Entertainment and table service are fabulous - best in Tsilivi. Thanks all.

Had another fab holiday in september,made all that much better by YANNIS remembering our wedding anniversary and laying on a cake etc for the occasion. would highly recommend this bar for daytime eats/night time entertainment.......thanks again guys,yannis/thespina/ilyah/andreas.....heineken dont make bars....but if they did...... YAMMAS dudes.....THA XANARTHO.

Friends Bar  the name says it all, Yannis always makes you feel welcome & always remembers your name .Called in everyday on way back from the beach and it was the last stop b 4 heading back to our appartment at night.Food was lovely recomend the pizzas & omelettes. Cheers to all who call in 4 a drink.

Friends Bar is the Best Bar....ever,    We went to Planos Bay in 2004 and had a wicked time.  We stayed at Planos again this year but went to the Friends Bar every night.  Yianni, Thespina, Ilia, Dennis, Antreas & Andy are the best, their cocktails are to die for, ask for the Chocolate Desire, if you like chocolate you'll love this one.   They always make you feel welcome and will entertain you till the cows come home, which is usually after the Beach Party, LOL.   We are all going again next year, all 20 of us!!!!  If you don't visit the Friends Bar when in Tsilivi, you really have missed out. We miss them all sooooo much,   but it makes us want to save even harder for next year, and we need lots of dosh to pay for our bar bills !!!!!!.   Heres to 2007, Zante here we come........................

hi we went to the friends bar every night because i loved it there it was great on the last night of are holiday i bought i hat and t - shirt  and i got my hat signed by every1 that worked there like ILIA DESPINA ANDREAS  YANNIS i will misss them all espaicaly andreas because i like a lot

I have just come back from two weeks in Tsilivi and went in here twice on the night time expecting loads after reading the site. The first night was quite lively and very welcoming, Yannis is a fab dancer! The bar staff  and waiting staff are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. The second night was not so lively, perhaps because there was less people in there was less enthusiasm, all in all it was ok, i would try it again next year.

Hiya i went to Zante 2 years ago and we stayed at the planos bay apartments and had a great time with Yannis and the gang! We are staying there again this year from the 9th of July and i was wondering how far away the friends bar is away from Planos bay? Also are they running Planos bay bar this year? thanx Kirsty xXxX

hey what a great bar yannis &thespina and of course dont forget andreas make your hols even better if you wanta good laugh this is the place to go cant recommed it highly enough try it yourselfs you wont be dissapointed

We ended up in this bar quite alot but the cocktails wern't up to scratch, they were watered down with fruit juice so you didn't taste the alcohol much!!!

Well we came home on the 18th May after spending a fantastic week with Yannis,Thespina, Illias and Andreas. The new bar is so much bigger than the previous one and they are also doing breakfasts and snacks. Which are superb.

never found 'friends' till second visit to tsiv last year,but seeing as theyre movin closer to admirals,

there will be no end of fun come may 7th......cant wait!!!

Yiannis was great. All night he said "Andy Pandy drank Lots of brandy and get very Randy" which was a bit of an embarrasment but FUN. Highly reccommended for a dirnk in here.

Returned from Tsilivi in September (yeah we know a bit late with our comments). Friends bar is fantastic. We have known Yannis, Thespina, Ilias and the children for a number of years and they are wonderful people The fun is never ending in FriendsWe met some marvellous people as we normally do with Dianne, Bob, Chris and Dave being only 4 and the Cooper family who were great. Rach and Paul if you read this sorry we missed you, see you next year The only bar you need in Tsilivi is Friends.Good Luck with the new bar will see you on 11th May 2006.

Fab time to be had here dont miss it unless you not game for a laugh.

Drinks are superb you only get the real stuff in this bar abd plenty in your glass   nice one guys

We only went here a couple of times early in the evening, but enjoyed it very much on each occasion.  Staff were friendly, free crisps, and films / football to watch on a large screen.  Cocktails were beautiful, spirits nice and strong!  Seemed slightly more expensive than most other bars, but the drinks seemed stronger so fair enough!  Would definitely go again.

What a fantastic bar to visit. We went on our third night and never went anywhere else after that. We partied every night and had a ball.

Yannis, Despina and Ilias are amazing. There enthusiasm and energy is out of this world.  We never once felt like strangers as there was always a warm friendly welcome waiting for us.

We loved friends bar and every night that we went, we always had something to laugh about!! They always give you famous peoples names, like I was Sharron Stone! So funny!! And I think Illiyas did a striptease everynight and the kareoke which was really entertaining!! It always has a good atmosphere in this bar. They also make really good cocktails, if you just tell them what flavour you like they can come up with their own cocktail for you! It's great! I recommend this bar to anyone who goes to Tsilivi!!

does anyone know how long it takes to get to the Friends bar from Tsilivi beach hotel and apartments? on foot or if needs be in a Taxi? if so post on here thanks kim z

Friends Bar was deffinatly the best bar in tsilivi...as well as the 2 brothers. The bar staff in friends were so nice n funny n ace! we had lock in's nearly every nyt

iilyas was deffinatly one of the funniest people i have ever met! he doesnt care he just says anything! he rules!

we miss all the staff very much they were a pleasure to meet and we hope to go back some tym and see them all again!!

Had a lovely time in the Friends bar. Yannis and his wife were very friendly and the cocktails were yummy! Didn't get back there as often as we would have liked because it was a bit far from where we were staying, but it was great. It's their first season and I know they will do well.

An amazing bar, definately the best in Tsilivi. If you go to Tsilivi on holiday make sure you check this out, you'll be made to feel so welcome whether you go once or many times!
