We just spent 2 weeks in Tsilivi and this is one of the few restaurants we ate in more than once. The surroundings are fabulous! Eating dinner and drinking wine by the sea can't be beaten. We also had breakfast there a couple of times and didn't have any complaints about ANYTHING The service, the food and the prices were excellent.

Wonderful location right on the seafront, good food, reasonably priced, slightly erratic service, the waitress kept disappearing and seemed rather vague and forgetful, but perhaps she was just having a bad day. Have to say she was very pleasant when you could find her. Would still recommend as we enjoyed leisurely meal listening to the sounds of the sea, can't be bad!!

This is a lovely restarant beautifully situated right by the sea.
Large and airy with a menus to suite every pocket,the owner/manager Tassos and his team will make you very welcome indeed.
We always visit this place as it is a definite favourite but not always ready for opening at the very start of the tourist season:Tassos-we missed you this year!
Certainly a spot to be recommended however due to its good food,reasonable prices and lovely location.

Have any of the Marinos family who run the Taverna Tsilivi and Korali got internet access? If so it would be great to hear from them. My name used to be Tracy Seymour.

Have been friends with Tassos and family, who also own the Taverna Tsilivi since I was 14 and I am now 25! My family and I only go to these 2 restaurants as they are the best! Tassos used to do an amazing club sandwich, hope he still does because we're coming back next year with my daughter! Anyone going there this year please say hi for me!

One of our favourites, not because of the price but the location, it's fantastic set just off the beach with views across Kefalonia and the mainland, what a setting especially when getting dark. The food is excellant and so is the price, we came back twice, and even enjoyed a last day lunch with my wife (without kids) before returing, superb.

Full blown Taverna on the beach, at end of road opposite Mediteranee. Sister establishement to Tsilivi Taverna. Same menu but perhaps a few sous cheaper. Superb location on the beach. Airy and no traffic noise. Those on a budget might appreciate their daily 'packsge deal, with starter and wine bundled in with the cost of a main meal (varies each day).

Do yourself a favour and visit this most scenic and romantically situated Greek restaurant which is right by the sea.We have visited Tassos and staff for 4 years now and have become friends.The food is excellent and the evening ambience is perfection.Think Shirley Valentine at the water's edge having her wine and you too can experience this most welcoming atmosphere.Ahhh bliss..wake me when it's time to go there again won't you?

Don't know why it's called Korali Snack Bar - it's a proper restaurant and one of the best ones we went to. Great location right on the beach. Friendly waiters and not bad grub either.

Full restaurant menu as well as snacks. One of our favourite places. Full at lunchtime, pretty empty in the evening - worth the walk.
