Beach House

Brilliant

Have been looking at the Beach House II in Manos for this July. The brochure says you need a torch when returning in the dark, is this true? Also how far is it from the resort centre? The map in the brochure shows it at the far end of the salt flats is that correct?

About the safe. They have safety deposit boxes at the nearby (40yds) Paradise apartments that can be used as these are also Manos.

You can hire a fan from Viki and Spiros at the Virago bar. They are cheaper than the shops and supermarkets that all hire them.

These apartments are very well kept and have an excellent location, close enough to walk everywhere but far enough that you dont get disturbed at all at night.

Oh dear! Just back from our second visit, tried to book for 3 weeks in July 2003 and nothing available. Have had to return to Paradise which means an extra 5 metres to sea - better start exercising now! Thanks for the air beds Dot - we passed them on when we left. As for those numpties in Beach House II, appt 13, who caused Spiro such angst, - try Blackpool, Disney World or Costa Del Lager in future - you'll feel really at home !

OK so I've never been to the Beach House I stayed in the Paradise just around the corner but we have just booked the Beach House for three weeks from the 18th July next year. so hope to see of you there.

FANTASTIC. The best location we have come across, and we have been in five in Alykes. Thirty seconds from the door to the beach, 33 seconds to the sea. Just booked for next year. Such a pity that MANOS would not accept a booking for 4 weeks and we have had to settle for three. Hope Steve & Rachel make it back again next year - we really enjoyed your company.
