we have been back from zante a few weeks now. badly missing it - especially you neil - your hot  xx come on everyone lets admit it - he is the bestest dj ever. the holiday wouldn't have been the same without him!! will definetely be back next year to live it up - we miss you all at the irish bar.

We had a great time at this bar and only got to it by the second week  But we went every night after that - the musics fab, the prices are good for the middle of the strip and the staff are a pure laugh, lovin you all

Never really bothered coming in here the last few times we ave been to laganas but really enjoyed it this year! Was nice to see Gav behind the bar (used to work in Plus last year) and he makes Mad Murphy's wot it is, loved the cherry bakewells mmm! A nice environment 2 chill out and get pissed!!! its an irish theme'd bar (slight difference) anyway if wasnt to let english people in there would be about 25 people in there and its a business! you want a bar full of irish people then stay in f'ing Ireland you muppet!!!

13 Lads from Carlisle just came back from Zante and this was one of our best bars we were in, the music,atmosphere and birds were quality.

Hello to all in Mad Murphy's, esp Gav, Tom (even though he left when we were there) and paul! Well i suppose the DJ aswell even though he was not to good with Irish songs! But he did let Roma sing!! All the Tyrone & Armagh gals had a ball for the 2 weeks that we were out (11th Aug- 25Aug 2006)! Sorry we did not get up on the last nite to say good bye!!! P.s thanks to Gavin for the tea & hobnobbs!!!!!

had the time off my life in here wth one of the bar girls, gonna miss my fav dance parnter  hehe the dj was cool, buged him everynight for 2 or 3 songs, mostly oasis, was there for one week 3rd august till the 10th, was only place i looked forward to going each night! oh and the irish chicks werent to bad either, hehe love ya all from the kent boys xx

At first not my kind a place! But once ur in there god its amazing! Best atmosphere everyones happy and everyone loves to dance. I have a fondness for Irish people now particulary Irish girls, never met such nice welcoming people. Real good place!

me and my mate are going out to zante in october and are just wanting to know what the nightlife is like at this time of year. we went in july and it was busy all the time but is it still like this in october? is it still lively? if anyone knows would they please let me know. thankyou

Mad murphys - my favourite place !!!! Top music, drink prices are fairly cheap. One of the best places to go if you like cheesy music and some indie music. Top notch place. I love it and I miss it !!!! ...........

I went to Laganas with my daughter in May/June 2006, we found Mad Murphys to be a great place with friendly bar staff, a great atmosphere and a DJ with the best smile on the island .  I would definately recommend a visit.

Hey People mad murphys is one of the best bars to go to. The staff were so friendly and made everyone feel so welcome, the atmosphere was brilliant, they played indie tunes if requested which was fantastic as np where else does really and it was lively! Just want to say dave im missing ya darling hope you do come back in july and come see me, we do have a bet on and i never miss out on a bet!! Emma and Dave the best PR's in laganas. Dave  was with my mate and i played pool with emma drunk as skunks till 3 in the morn!!you won em, well done!!

Me and my friends went to mad murphys most nights had the best time, just the kind of place to get hammered and have a carry on. The DJ, Carl is mad he doesn't care what he says so dont be offended easily.  Thanks to Neil for giving me the perfect end to my holiday.  Hopefully see you soon babe x

Mad murphys best bar...best staff . Every1 in there was english..dnt fink so, a worked here and a wasn't english I can assure u. People vommiting may not be the irsh way but it certainly IS the laganas way!!!!!!!! By the sounds of it am glad u only came once... this is for all the staff thank u for the past 4 months will be bk next year... sean x

You should be complimented when people come to Mad Murphys to indulge in some Irish Culture (Guiness, Jamesons, etc).  As i work behind the bar at Mad Murphys (and happen to be english), i think EVERYONE has the right to be in the bar - and enjoy theirselves.  One of our mottos is - 'Their are no strangers in this bar - just friends who have never met'....  So calm down darling... and learn to enjoy yourself.

i loved mad murphys we went nearly every night on our 2 week holiday

been back home now for 2 weeks and missing it there so much

1 of me & my sisters favourate bars, we ran a mock in there a few nights it was klass! a mixture of irish music and 2 drunk geordie mental lasses is a grrreat combination! we even starten the odd conga or two, cheers to anyone who joined on!

i dont mind he called me worse than poo then still asked for our numbers haha.

Mad Murphy's was one of Karlies Angel's fave bars!! We'd start off there most nights and would usually come back later on when it got more packed. I highly reccomend an 'erect nipple' cocktail and at 3euros you can't go wrong!

The friendly atmosphere coupled with great staff and music made our holiday very memorable!!

my best bits of my holiday were in murphys, i love the place! les made us all feel welcome n sean made ali's holiday something she would never forget. i only came back on sunday and already i miss camp dave n the dj was the best! girls we have left our fifes finest mark on the tolilets! miss everyone this place is well worth a visit!

think the dj got pissed off tho coz we always asked for oasis or anything other than the pop s**te he always played.
