La Bamba

Before I say anything, abi would like to apologise to the dj for squirting him in the eye with an unknown substance  hope he has recovered...... on a lighter note, La bamba is the perfect place to go when your hammered n just want to make a prat of yourself! We kinda did that a lot... got some amusin photos though! The girls behind the bar wer wkd and would always get involved and make sure your havin a gr8 time, wish we wer back their wid yas!

p.s ask to sing the djs version of summer lovin  !!!

La Bamba rocks!!!! I Lost count of how many times we emptied the bar with our version of Tarzan Boy by Baltimore (Get it if you haven't heard it) Dressed as either Elvis, or Superheroes!!! Didn't get a chance to say byeeee to the HOT barmaids, Chloe and Claire or the DJ, they all were a good laugh and if they read this - i guess byee

was here in  1997, it as excellent then, now that michael { the owner } has upgraded it to a fun pub with a lot of 18 to 30s going in every nite, and the dj, he only plays what he wants to, this has gone downhill for me, and we wont be going in there anymore, music, ambience,staff,not very good, it is a no no for us from now on

areet mukkas harvey here,  la bamba massive. 9 and half weeks of propping up the front bar may 5th till july 9th, u will regonise me,  shot of doom is the way forward.. all the staff who was there keith the b*****d, geoff, mikey now at-spot, curby, joe, aaron, charlotte, emily, darren,  and of course the 3 main men mikey, spiros and costa all legends,  gutted to be back home but 2 ill to be out there plus finacial commitments back home meant i had to come home,

la bamba was the best bar in lagana!! we loved it keith and geoff were great barmen and we will miss yous  hope yous wont forget us too quickly but the holiday was great best holiday ever, pitty we never got the chance to try doom but owel dont think we culd hav managed that  have a great time the rest of the summer!!!

We loved La Bamba, got pulled in on our first night by the pr guy dressed as a sailor (who we then spoke to everynight - he left the day we did ) and went in every night after that!!! We found it was a good place to start or end your night, having a drink while sat outside.

Advice for anyone who goes: Get the STRAWBERRY BANSHEE to drink! Tastes like strawberry milkshake, so u might not be able to handle more than one with the sickiness! lol!

Oh, and the kareoke was fun too!

Life back at home is quite obviously crap in comparison to Zante! We all have the holiday blues!!! Still dancing around to the Baywatch theme tune, just isn't the same doing it here though.

Quite liked it in La Bamba, not quite as good as the others I have reviewed but on the right night it's great. plus one of the only Karaoke bars which gives it an edge, on the right night it's buzzing, and I saw my hot Bradford guys in there quite afew nights.

La Bamba was wicked. We went in September and it was quiet, but still had great time. I hear that Zante was very quiet at the end of this year (different to previous years)....but still enjoyed it. The atmosphere was the same as other years that iv been there. Think its all changing next year anyway, so i made the most of the kareoke this year!Hello to all at La Bamba.x

Unfortunatly me and my lads attempted the kareoke..always a mistake. Only disappointment i had in la bamba was finding out the fit chick on kareoke was with one of the managers...Big hello to her. La Bamba bar was excellent, everyone was really friendly, the bar men were fit and lots of free shots. Cocker if u ever read this, we love u. x

La Bamba is definitely the best Karaoke bar in Laganas, granted its the only one we went to but i'm sure its the best! The first time we went here was on our bar crawl and it was great! Everybody got up and did a bit of karaoke, the Grays boys did a very good rendition of Angels! Try the Blue Hawaiian cocktail, its v nice!
