Dannas Studios

We arrived (3 adults) to find that we had 2 repaired beds which when I turned the matress because it was so flat I actually recieved splinters from the unplaned wood, my wife ended up sleeping on a camp bed for two weeks, the doors did not close, and the shower was slippery and dangerous, the lady may be very nice but the place, and Kosmar stinks.

There is a restaurant opening next to Dannas, but it was till getting built when I was there about 4 weeks ago. It is generally quiet down that end of Tsilivi but still plenty of good bars (especially Kalivi bar next door) and restaurants.

We stayed at Dannas in yr. 2000 it was a very nice place to stay. It is a 10 minute stroll into Tsilivi main town but lots of shops, restaurants and bars on the way or a cheap taxi fare home. Directly opposite and next to Dannas are restaurants but these are fairly quiet, and close at about 10:30PM. Dannas herself lives on the complex and is a really, nice kind lady. Inside the rooms it is fully-conitioned so nice and cool at night. I would rate Dannas a 9/10.

we have just been informed that a restaraunt has been opened next to Dannas, can anyone advise what it is like and How near is it????? we are there in july/aug. thanks

does anyone know if there is anyone that will take me fishing off a boat in zante?? just drop a line if anyone has a contact will be there in late july (21)

we are going to tsilivi in august 02 and we are staying at the dannas apartments.my son has diabetes so i am concerned about keeping his insulin cold,are the fridges good? also any other diabetes holiday makers can give me info on how they manage aboard as this is our first time

There are loads of places in Tsilivi where you can hire mountain bikes, some of which are close to the Dannas Apartments.

WE STAYED AT DANNAS APARTMENTS IN 1999.THIS WAS OUR FIRST HOLIDAY TO GREECE,THE WHOLE HOLIDAY WAS GREAT.THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY CLEAN AND TIDY.THERE IS NO POOL BUT WE FOUND YOU DID NOT NEED ONE AS YOU COULD USE THE SMALLER BEACH 1 MINUTE AWAY, INFACT WE NEVER WENT NEAR A POOL IN THE WHOLE TWO WEEKS.WHEN YOU GO INTO THE CENTRE IT WOULD BE QUICKER TO GO ALONG THE BEACH BY 10MINS.WE HAVE ALSO BEEN TO CORFU AND LESVOS,BUT TSILIVI HAS BEEN THE BEST SO FAR.THAT IS WHY WE ARE GOING BACK IN 20003. IF YOU HAVE BOOKED FOR THE DANNAS I KNOW YOU WILL LOVE IT AND WILL WANT TO COME BACK.

I havn't stayed in these apartments but know that they are really nice. The owners of Dennis, Dannas and the bar inbetween (Kaliva) are all related so its a really good atmosphere around there. These apartments are about 10-15 walk from the town centre, but right on the beach. You can also make use of one of the hotel pools nearby although you can virtually use any pool in Tsilivi because nobody minds, its just like one big happy family.

could anyone please tell me where the dannas studios are in tsilivi . we have been 4 times to tsilivi but can't recall passing these studios . many thanks

we are staying at the dannas studios and apts in june 24th and only noticed two comments about these studios, any more views would be appreciated

it was a good place to stay until a big hotel was built next door, there is a good english run taverna across the road

We stayed at the Dannas Apartments in October 2001 and we really enjoyed it. Its a good ten minute stroll to the main centre but the location is good if you like peace and quiet, it's a bit like staying in a family home, the owner Danna is very friendly and obviously takes great pride in her property. I can highly recommend these apartments.
