Just returned from our second stay with George Kiki and their beautiful family. My husband and i travelled with our 17 month daughter and we had a wonderful holiday. The family made us feel so welcome and couldnt do enough to keep us and our daughter happy. The food that they serve is great and very reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and service always comes with a smile. We will be visiting again and would reccomend them to anyone staying in Zante

just back from my 16th visit celibrated my 65th there with 15 friends and family we had the the place to ourselves how cool is that.george& kiki are as ever the consumate hosts,.

Just returned from a weeks holiday at Aspassia Studios.  What a great holiday, George Kiki and family were so welcoming nothing was too much trouble  for them.  The apartments are clean and comfortable, food was excellent. Would definately recommend these apartments.

im looking at trying to book aspassia but cant find it on any sight i understand they are not with any travel agents

 Just returned from two weeks at Aspassia Studios. What can we say wonderful wonderful place! Spent many holidays in Tsilivi always having a great time but George Kiki and their lovely family made our holiday so perfect. Nothing too much trouble and always making us feel welcome. Apartments are so clean with all the extras that make a holiday kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer and plenty of hot water for showers. We felt part of their family. George is a legend with his jokes!

We have just had the best 3 weeks holiday with george & kiki the whole family are a joy to be with and both george & kiki are excellant chefs we  would recommend anyone who wants a great time with great people go to Aspassia Studios   I forgot to say they now have hairdryers in the room ladies you know how important that is especially tothe men whenit comes to weight of the case.

These family run Studios are situated in a superb location in an unspoilt area of Tsilivi. Situated only 50 metres from the beach and within 5 minutes walk to all local amenities including bars, pubs, restaurants, disco and nightclub. The complex is split into two sections, only one of which will house our guests.

Room facilities

All studios have 2 single beds with the possibility of an additional bed for a third person •21 inch flat screen Television and Dvd player • Large balcony or terrace

• Shower room with continious hot water & wc • Kitchen suitable for the preparation of light snacks with 2 electric rings, toaster, electric kettle, Fridge & Sink unit • Iron & Ironing board •  Linen & towel change twice a week, daily maid service except Sunday • Safety deposit box available.

Great place, location and people.  George, Kiki and their children are great and operating since 1985, he is in a superb location being close to all amenities and life (if you want it) or just chill out by the great pool accompanied by a cool drink from the bar.

Excellent place to stay,very friendly and the hospitality is unbelievable.This is our 5th time at Aspassia Studios and it will not be the last.

George and Kiki are like our family in Greece and it is like home from home,our 3 children love coming here and have a brilliant time and are always sad to leave!!!!  Book early to avoid dissapointment,we have not left yet and we are going to book as soon as we get back for 2008.

wendy & myself have travelled to many of greece.s lovely island,s, but we have never been looked after so well as kiki and george did when we spent 1 week at aspassia studios ,great food ,great pool, and only a stone,s throw from a great beach ,also try freddys bar on the beach good service (nice people).

 Having just spent two fantastic weeks at the Aspassia with George & Kiki I also can highly reccomend a stay there for anyone who is looking for a peacefull and relaxing holiday. A better pair of hosts than George & Kiki would be very hard to find on the island, The meals they serve up are the best you could ask for, Sunday lunch is the best I have had abroad for many years.Although I'm not one two go somewhere twice I would definitely go back to visit George & Kiki in the future.

If you are looking for one of the most relaxing and peaceful places to spend some time then go and visit George, Kiki, Aspassia, Costas and Thassos at the Aspassia Studios, not forgetting the kittens, canaries and finches!  Our two weeks passed so quickly and yet we never did much more than laze around in the sun, sleep and eat.  George and Kiki looked after us so well and you mustn't miss the Sunday Roast and Thursday BBQ.  We couldn't rate this 'oasis' more highly and will certainly return.
