Denise Beach Hotel

This will be our third visit and our third time staying in Denise beach apartments the first time we stayed was six years ago and we where so impressed by what the apartments ane where they are situated we decided as we could only get a week off work together last year we would return to Zante.  I am so sorry we couldnt have gone for two weeks as  we met up with some fab couples, Mark and Yvonne. H .Mo and Laura, and Delia and Hubby ( who gave me the best leaving present a girl could ask for) no not that    A BOTTLE OF JACK DANIELS. We have now booked to go back for two weeks the end of June 07 where we have arranged to meet up with H, Mo and Laura. If you want a hol that is  relaxing in the day and only a short walk away from the vibrant night life look no further than Denise  Beach and Zante  Julie and Derry  xxxx

just got back from 2 weeks , first week was lovely a few places in laganas shut but that was ok

2nd week Hotal shutting down around us ..bar closed at 5pm every night till thursday then it was closed permanitly ( good job we was self catering as restarant closed aswell )  most of sunbeds  put away

we was made to feel we wasnt welcome by staff as all they wanted to do was shut the place up

wont be going back

Just came back from the Denise Beach & the reason you don't here any comments about this place is because the people who book there want to go back themselves !!

My boyfirend and I stayed at the denise beach apartments last September in the new building we had an apartment which was very spacious we were a bit worried as we had read reviews that the rooms were like cells! The room were cleaned EVERY day and fresh towels were left out if needed. The pool area was a bit of a dissapointment as most of the sunbeds were in shade by midday but the beach is very close so not too much of a problem.

We went to Denise Beach end of June 2005 the weather was brilliant, only had one cool day, but still warm enough to sit in swim wear!  Apartments are basic,but very clean the staff are very friendly, especially Yanis and Andreas the bar tenders!  It was a nice place to eat for simple meals such as breakfast or lunch, but the best eating places on a night were on the beach front, especially Blue Sea (locals eat there as well) wide menu choice, well presented and delicious.  It is family run and they welcome you.  Michaels about half way up 'the strip' is a great place for a full english at only 4.50 euros.

Enjoy your hols, noone staying at Denise Beach won't have great time, its fantastic!!

i love the hotel, its sooooo amazin i miss yannis (jonny) ldz e'z gr8. its onli like a10 min walk 2 th bars n clubs its fab. goin agen in july cnt wait 2 c all th staff agen, luv em all

Myself and my hubbie have just got back from the Denise Beach.19/09/05.

Brilliant stayed here three times now and have booked again in September and June next year, had a scream with Yanni (johnny) the barman in fact a crowd of us enjoyed it sooo much we decided all to book at the same time, if you aint happy with your apartment Johnny is the one to tell, we've never had any problems as we always book the Seaview duplex ones :)

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to you. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main strip and the only route in down the beach which can be a bit of a nightmare when it gets dark. The hotel and staff are great.

I AM LOOKING AT GOING TO THESE APARTMENTS OCT '05' BUT I AM CONCERNED HOW FAR WALKING IT IS FROM THE MAIN STRIP AS I AM AN AMPUTEE AND HAVE SOME WALKING DIFFICULTIES, ALSO I WANTED TO KNOW IF IT WAS VERY WINDY AT THIS TIME OF YEAR AND IF NEARLY EVERYTHING IS SHUT DOWN FOR THE END OF THE SEASON. I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF ANYONE COULD HELP, THANKS

really really nice place great place to go on holiday, went on the 14 june 2004 for 14 nights nightlife really busy. hotel is greet really friendly staff and great to walk down steps straight onto beech, and not fair to all nightlife jst few minutes walk.
going back again on 14th oct 2004. well worth doing the cruise around island for the day and going to nanas horses great fun and mad laugh. f1 go-karting is good fun to look out for number and they come and pick u up and bring u back, its near airport.

I am going to Denise Beach Apartments on 2nd September for 2 weeks.I read some peoples comments on studios for 2 not very nice and like prison cells although comments were for 2003.Please can anyone tell me if these are ok now,also if they have cooking facilities kettle,toaster etc. Thanks

Think our apartment is one to sleep four - any idea what these like? also air conditioning? safety etc? ( no reports of break in's i hope)?

Hi there. Is this near the centre - all the good pubs and dancings? Im going with my boyfriend this weekend for 2 weeks - any other couple's aged 20's+ going about this time?

We have just come back. Fantastic holiday. You musat eat at Odyssey and the Italian opposite, and also Mambo on the beach. Brilliant food and service! Paul's english bar on the mainstrip has good food and shows British comedies and latest films out. Will definitely go back! If you like jazz funk music, go to Cheers bar on the beach, and say hello to Peter and the black kittens!

We stayed in the Denise beach in April and had a great time. Jonny-boy in the pool bar and Tassos in the seaside bar were excellent. Vaya in reception was extremely pleasant and helpfull. The apartment was very clean and was all that could be required. We will certainly be going back there.

We are going in July could someone tell me if there are kettles in the one bed apartments?
