Good hotel, clean and tidy and ok for our needs. Staff are friendly and helpful 

The Sarakina up the lane from the Pallas is about the best near to it. Hope this helps you

Does anyone know which hotels are near the Pallas. we have had a double booking for one of our rooms and need one near by.

just got from pallas hotel after 2weeks enjoyed every minute of the hotel was lovley and the staff u cant fault them very friendly also rooms ok kept very clean would recomend to anyone and not far from laganas stretch 5mins walk to the bars and clubs would recomend relax bar top comedian and cheap cant wait to go again

Just stayed for 2 weeks at the Pallas Hotel, had a great time the owners go out the way to help you have a great time...
We booked on the hotel web site and the flights too on their web site. We saved about £400 for 4 adults compared to booking with Thomas Cook. Well worth a visit for couples or families.

15 minute walk to the beach, but just far enough from the hussle and bussle!  A MUST IS TO GO OUT ON A GLASS BOTTOMED BOAT TO SEE THE SEA TURTLES about 15 Euros each

Got back from the Pallas about a month ago, had a great time as usual.

we stopped at the pallas in June 2007 and found all the staff

only 2 weeks to go now cant wait to stay at pallas hotel heard some really good reviews on the hotel been zante loads of times i love it but never stayed at pallas and looking forward to seeing george at chevys bar and akis at cavo dor bar at kalamaki anyway see u soon pallas hotel bring it on chow for now

Definitely the friendliest hotel on Zante, thanks to the magnificent efforts of the whole Xenos family and their hard-working staff. The whole place is kept spotless and the atmosphere is just great, especially in the new bar where the two Dimitris plus Jim and Marian keep everyone happy. Excellent food is served all day and night. A great hotel and one which has an incredible number of repeat guests. We will be back!

13 of us just back and for the 11 newcomers, all have said they will be back. Cannot find one fault with this hotel as everyone is greeted with pleasure on arrival and sadness on departure. I have added a picture of the new bar just completed, for regulars to see before they arrive again. Special thanks to the whole Xenos family from Pearl and myself for the wedding present they gave us on our last day, thanks again

me n ma lass were in laganas in october 2006 stayed for 2 weeks at the pallas n it was grate.we met alot of young couples who were staing at the perkies n the hotel was rank .durin our stay at the pallas we were treated very well with all the staff.hopefully be back soon had some laughs in relax bar.bobby n shay r brilliant.

exceptionally the best on the resort of laganas. good value for money, paid £149 from leeds/brad airport 28th sept to 5 oct.  the views from room 119 were excellent.  could see mountians, olive trees, wildlife & peaceful (except when the wildlife c**k crowed & set off the dogs lol).....

The Pallas has an excellent location, being an easy five-minute stroll from one end of the strip. It has a lovely pool and the whole place is kept spotless with the rooms cleaned six times a week.

Where to start??

Very impressed when we turned up in the middle of the night... oh how things changed!  The room was clean although we were stuck at the back of the hotel on the ground floor despite requesting a second floor room with pool view and balcony.  There were these black millepede type creatures in our room  when we turned up and on the corridor outside our room and being two girls we were a bit grossed out by them.  We managed to miss our rep meeting but as I had been to Laganas twice before I didn't really mind that too much.  The pool was ok, very clean and at least it was a chlorine pool, not like many pools in Laganas. 

The room was cleaned every night and this is where the clincher comes!  On our last day my friend and myself vacated the apartment by 12pm as instructed.  When it came to getting changed ready to go out that night my friend realised she had accidentally left her belt in the room.  When enquiring with the witch of a receptionist (beware of her!) about it she was told that anything left in the room the maid assumes is a present to her.  My friend practically laughed in her face thinking she was joking but apparently not.  THE MAIDS ARE THIEVES!!    This would not happen in England (or anywhere else in the world or Laganas probably)!  Eventually the witch had to call the maid at home and get her to drop it off to the hotel before we left which she done in the end.  Still, not very happy about the service here though!

I am now on a one woman campaign to get this hotel to wake up and smell the coffee!  You can't treat your guests like this, they come on holiday to relax, not to be stolen off of, ripped off with the food and stranded in the middle of some olive groves with no entertainment!

Hey Leanne, so you both been there before? ive been looking for reviews on the net and its seems ok, not sure how far it is from the main strip tho.

Me and my fella are going on the 21st, 11:30pm flight from Gatwick! I think it will still be pretty mad, my mate went in Oct last year and said it was still pretty busy! We are staying in the Pallas too!

Karras appartments very popular with the Irish - good clean fun atmosphere - 3 of my friends stayed there and had the best time.  The pool bar is brilliant with Taki at the helm and George and Zula following.  Brilliant atmosphere, plus he never kicks you out of bar he stays standing until you fall down lol.

The Pallas is the best place to stay in Laganas!! The family who own it are brilliant and are soo nice they will do anything for you!! My friend and i stayed there for 2 weeks - jus home now and realy want to go bk!!! Wouldnt stay anywhere else!!! Its realy realy clean and the food is v nice!!! Walkin distance to the strip (v important) only bout 5 mins!!!
