i stopped at calliniga 4 a couple of weeks ago its very basic but still nice we didnt want too come home.go and see the turtlesat carretta its about 15 euros each well worth it.best places too eat are popeyes/zevs/majestic and erlys.erlys is opposite enigma nightclub up the other end.sometimes it may look quiet but dont be fooled the food is gorgeous.and you get some free melon afterwards-bargain
Hi me and my girlfriend are going to the Calliniga 4 apartments in August and just wanted to ask anyone what it is like in block 4 because havent heard it mentioned on here! So some personal experiences would be grate to hear! Thanks
Just some general advice on Zante, it will be our first time when we go in September, we usually go to Corfu but thought we would try another island and we have heard that Zante is really lovely.Where are the best places to visit etc and where do you go to swim with the turtles.
We are going to the Callinica apartments in September, we have never been to Zante before and are really looking forward to it. Can anyone give me any ideas on the best place to eat, drink and generally be merry. Also does anyone know what the weather is like in Zante in September,is it usually hot.
i stayed in the callinga apartments in early june 2005, the roms were clean and tidied everyday. local beach was not very good, but i would recomend that you hire a car and travel aroung the island and many of the bays, especially keri bay are very beautiful. also hire a boat if you get the chance as i was lucky enough to see the wonderful turtles and got to swim with them and touch them. an experience i will hold onto for the rest of my life!!!

Hi Lindsay, yes the main beach is very shallow. However, if you go to the far end of the beach (planos area) just past the little harbour (which you will see by looking to your left if you are standing on the main beach). Walk around the side of the little cliff and there is a stretch of beach there which is deeper. Loads of rocky areas too. We walk past there every morning to go to the main beach and i have seen snorkelers here on a few ocassions. My kids love this part of the beach because all the bigger fish come to the surface, and there are lots of things for them to explore. But we don't tend to bathe here, basically because the water gets quite deep, and my kids are only just learning to swim.
hi looking for some info on the calliniga apartments! i know there are four blocks but can any one let me know how many apartments are in each block? would be so grateful.
Hi Lindsay
Big Know-All here! We hired bikes last year and enjoyed it greatly.
The hire shop we used was halfway into town from Calliniga, on the right-hand side past Manos Grill. Would avoid Sat and Sun for cycling though as there are too many large coaches about on those days.
Sorry , I know nothing about snorkelling.
Maureen
Thank you Maureen and Russ for your comments, i really appreciate it. I have now booked my holiday to Callinica 4 for the 3rd of July. I believe that a holiday is what you make of it and like you said Maureen the ingrediants are all there. i am glad that there are safety deposit available. i have heard that the sea is shallow does this meen that it is not good for snorkeling? thanks again for your help!
The four Calliniga apartments are reasonably closely grouped around the pool which serves them. They are sited on a hill about 5 mins walk from the edge of tsilivi town - planos end. We stayed there in May 2004 and would describe them as basic but perfectly okay. The people who run them are extremely keen to make your holiday happy. Any problems you may have, speak to Cheryl for a prompt resolution.
There was a safety deposit box within the wardrobe in our room with key supplied on payment of a nominal charge. We had no complaints about the standard of cleanliness but then we don't make a big mess!
Some people do not seem to realise what "self-catering" means to judge by the comments on this site. They also fail to read the brochures which all point out that the plumbing on the Greek Islands requires that toilet tissue etc. is not flushed away but retained in a basket for disposal.[I always take baby nappy-disposal bags for use on holiday: these can be perfumed and are very cheap.]
There is no reason Lindsay why you cannot have a good holiday. It is up to you - the ingredients are all there
We stayed at Calliniga 3 beginning Aug 04 for 2 weeks. We found the apartment basic but clean, you couldn’t really cook in it but who wants to when you can eat out so cheaply. There were safety deposit boxes in our room available for hire and definitely recommended. It had a balcony and was right by the pool which was great and not at all noisy at night, mind you I was at the bar until quite late myself. Not to be missed are Dennis’s special cocktails usually dished up on the house which was really nice. Nicos and Dennis behind the bar were more than helpful and put right the minor bits that were wrong eg the maid left no clean sheets on one occasion, Sheryl (Scottish I think), the wife of Nicos did the cooking, she was only there for a short period of our stay as she was visiting her homeland, but was very friendly. These guys along with Spiros owned Calliniga and knew me and my family on first name terms in no time. Spiros (another Spiros and related) in the shop was great and I hope all went well with his new arrival that was due after we departed. He even got in my brand of cigar (hamlet). The other clients (campers) were also good, quite a community spirit developed, every one got to know every one else. The town was a short walk 10 mins max with loads of eating places including Indian Chinese Greek English, the whole hog (pardon the pun) in fact. Beach was ok, a bit narrow, me being used to Cornwall but ok, rent out a bed its the best option. One bit of advice, if you don’t do anything elso do the speed boat trip with Spiros (another one) you will see him blaring his horn on return from his trip 6 or 7 ish at night. He leaves from the harbour and only takes 24 passengers. We did both his trips one to the ship wreck and the other to the turtles. It was 30 euros each but worth every penny or whatever those sub divisions of a euro are called, I actually got to swim along side a turtle (keep Florida who wants to swim with a dolphin anyway) I will conclude saying that I really enjoyed my holiday so did my wife Kim and daughter Sheryl so much so we have booked to go back this July
Hi me and my boyfriend are hoping to visit calliniga 4 at the beginning of july and was just wondering if there are safety deposit boxes in the rooms? would really appreciate any information on this apartment, i am a bit worried abot the cleansiness of the rooms. also where is calliniga situated in respect to the other calliniga apartments, thanks
3 girls arrived Sun morning after travelling through the night to find a dirty tiny room with 2 single beds!!! After making our first complaint we had our table removed and a camp bed put in place - we were like sardines!! The pans were dirty, there was not enough cutlery - but they did provide 2 plastic forks!! On the whole basic and a huge disappointment - the poor rep did a great job and got us moved the next moring. Everyone on our flight who went there complained and a number were removed. If you don't mind no space, dirt and a poor view - this is the place is for you!!!!!
After we were moved we had a fantastic hol!!!!
we have just returned from calliniga appartments and we was in block 3 and the rooms were very basic but we only used them to slleep in anyway so it didn't matter. we enjoyed staying by the pool on the last day and we loved the breakfasts that were served in the mornings the bar and the shop staff were very friendly and we met loads of lovely people there. it was a nice little town which was just up the road from the appartments. the food was luvley and we had a graet time we will be also visiting there again next year because we had a great time and enjoyed the company ant the staff in all the bars and restuarants
Returned on Sunday from Callinica 2. The appartment was basic but spotlessly clean and the maid service was brilliant.
We were ground level overlooking the pool and bar and were not disturbed by noise from either until the mid Sunday morning when we were woken by new arrivals screaming in the pool at 7am!!! The pool does not open until 9am and there is a sign to tell you this but they totally disregarded this. Luckily I was relaxed from a week there already, so refrained from losing my rag with them but I would not have been so restrained if it had happened again.
The only other slight negative was if people arrived in the block late [3.30am, sometimes] and they put on the corridor light, then the light flooded into our appartment as the doors have glass panels and woke us up. A blind would be a good idea please.
The pool, bar and supermarket are excellent and all the staff are great. My son can vouch for the Greek Kinder eggs.
Some wonderful restaurants - Manos was our favourite - great atmosphere and service. Also the Family Restaurant was very friendly.
If you are heading to Bouka Beach, then Foody's supermarket do great sandwiches and hot chicken for lunch.
We wouldn't hesitate in returning.
Thanks to all for making our holiday so enjoyable.
Came back last week from 2 glorious weeks in the Callinica 2 - Apartment was exceptionally clean with everything we needed and the hospitality couldn't have been better. Spiros, Cheryl, Nicos, Loiuse and Dennis couldn't do enough to help us.
Evening drinks were good fun and the Kareoke was wicked - Sharon, the B52's will live on in my heart for a long time.
Best regards to some really nice people we met - Adrian, Sharon, Nicole, Jodie Layla, Mike, Isobel, Sam, Craig, Ann and Graham - let's do it again sometime shall we (at the Callanica of course - it was so good, we will definately return)
Our family (2adults, 3 kids) have just returned from 14 days at the Callinica apartments. Absolutely superb ! We were in apartment 19 overlooking the pool, very modern, spacious, clean and all mod cons. Cheryl,Louise, Nicos, Dennis, Spiros who run the place are the best bunch you could hope to meet.Poolside bar and refreshments excellent,B-B-Q/Karaoke night a cracker !! Special thanks to: Mike "baggy trousers" & Isobel,Sam,Craig/ Ann and "Uncle Graham" and his sunshine club. Phil "Yogi - park ranger" Andrea, Cath, Rob for making our holiday absolutely brilliant.what a place, what a great time !!
My boyfriend and I recently stayed in Callinica 2 for 1 week and found it to be a great base for our holiday. We weren't expecting a lot, but it had a good balcony and a great sea view. The apartment was a good size and, although it was basic, we were happy with it. I would recommend it, as it is only a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Tsilivi, and is very close to a cluster of bars and restaurants (Planos). The beach is lovely and we walked along Bouka Beach to Tsilivi, which is a lovely way to get from A to B.
It was great
Excellent and friendly staff
I had a two week stay in the calliniga II apartments and left on 25/07/04. The were basic and clean. The bathroom was functional with a good shower. The kitchen was very small but adequate because who cooks on holiday? The hotel up the road was actually nosiy than the calliniga bar but the noise reduced at night. The calliniga bar stayed open as long as you wanted but turned the music down at night (I did not get disturbed when I had an early night). Calliniga II was also a brilliant place to see the friday night fireworks from the beach party at midnight. The apartments were excellantly positioned - a short walk from a nice cove, near to the main beach, away from the noise of town but an easy walk in. The rooms were basic but had all you needed! The bins were changed everyday, sheets and towels every 2days.Any problems were sorted out quickly. A SPECIAL MENTION TO THE THREE BROTHERS - Denis is a sweetheart who will go out of his way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Nicos speaks good english and is the friendliest guy you will ever meet. Both made the stay extra special but be careful of their special cocktails because they are lethal :)
I returned from holiday on sunday 25/08/04. I stayed in Calliniga II, it was basic and clean. The bathroom was nice and functional, the kitchen was very small but who cooks when they are on holiday? The bins were change every day. If you had any problems the owners were more than helpful and assisted you ASAP. The hotel up the road was noisy during the day but quiet at night. The calliniga bar stays open as long as it has customers but turns down the music, I was not disturbed when I had earlier nights. The apartments are brilliant distance from town away from the noise but an easy distance to walk for a meal and drinks. From calliniga II you also get a good view of the fireworks from the beach party that happens every friday night. I MUST MAKE A SPECIAL MENTION TO THE THREE BROTHERS WHO OWN THE COMPLEX AND SHOP. DENIS IS A SWEETHEART, WORKS HARD BAND WILL DO HIS BEST TO MAKE YOUR STAY THE BEST IT CAN BE. NICOS SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH AND IS ONE OF THE FRIENDLIEST MEN YOU WILL EVER MEET. DENIS AND NICOS ADDED EXTRA PLEASURE TO THE HOLIDAY BUT WATCH OUT FOR THEIR SPECIAL COCKTAILS BECAUSE THEIR LETHAL!
we have just returned from a two week stay in callinica 2 apartments and could not have hoped for better, yes the rooms are basic but what more do you need when you are going on holiday. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again next year
the reason that the cousin at the supermarket was allowed to extend peoples stay in the rooms is because he is not with libra he is with a different company altogether. It is libra that states the time people have to leave their rooms. I was staying there at the same time and the room that nicos's fiance (louise) said we could use (in a very nice manner) was very suitable! my stay there was the best holiday i've ever had
We have just come back from calliniga 4 apartments and were pleasantly surprised after reading all the previous comments! I thought the housekeepers did a wicked job with our very untidy room and although we were right next door to the bar, all music is off at 1am and we found it very quiet. The pool was nice and all the staff really friendly, especially as they kept findin our lost belongings! The only thing was the shops were fairly expensive but i think that was a general tsilivi thing! I have stayed in many different places in greece and i find accomodation pretty much the same, yeah it is basic but at the end of the day your're just there to base yourself and to sleep, i think english people moan too much because at the end of the day your holiday is what you make it, obviously its not on if the apartment is unsafe in any way but greek accomodation is pretty basic. Tsivili itself is nice and loads of different taverna's, the one on the corner by calliniga is great, plus nemesis and la fiora, found zante quite expensive though, and don't bother with any of the rep's trips, they're a lot cheaper elsewhere! The only problem we had is we hate football and even there where we thought we could escape it,it was rammed down our throats!!!!
it is a lovely island though and we had beautiful weather, most of the time, and all the locals are really lovely and its hard not to have a nice relaxin time!!
We have just returned from 2 weeks holiday at this accomodation. We were in (I think!) Calliniga 2, the block directly behind the block situated directly onto the pool. The room was a fair size, sheets and towels changed 2ce weekly although they were rather threadbare and had seen better days , shower curtain in the bathroom. Safe deposit boxes in the wardrobe, and air conditioning or fans were available. We were glad that our block was not directly pool side as this would have been quite noisy with music from the bar (all day and quite late at night) The accomodation cat had recently had kittens and although not a cat lover myself they were very entertaining. As already stated on this site the blocks are owned by three greek brothers (one of whom also owns the supermarket) and they are all charming and helpful. The English lady , Cheryl I think, is also very pleasant and helpful. As the accomodation is slightly out of the main drive , it is just a very short walk to the tavernas and bars, but far enough away to not be bothered by noise from these. We would recommend Stamnes taverna for both quality of food and service.
The only major flaw appeared on the final day of the holiday. The time to vacate the room was an amazingly early 9am and when you are on a night flight this gives a long day of trailing around like a nomad! On asking Nikos' fiance if we could retain the room ( and obviously being willing to pay extra for this)were advised in an aggressive manner that 'All the rooms were booked and we could use the toilet at the pool during the day' This was before she had even checked which block we were staying in and also despite the fact the 2 other couples had been granted extentions earlier by the supermarket owner. I accept that it was perfectly possible that rooms were fully booked , but the attitude was well over the top and quite strikingly different from the attitude of the greek owners. On rreflection the outcome of our request could well have been different had we asked any of the others running the accomodation (including the cats!) Perhaps a change of attitude here would be helpful, as every-one else was delightful
We stayed at Calliniga 4 for one week. The toilet bin wasn't emptied for 3 days, the sheets were changed once and so was the towels. We have been to the greek islands many times and know that accommodation is basic... but never this basic!
On the good side, the pool and bar area was excellent. Cheryl and Denis are really friendly. The location is good as you are away from the noise but its only a short walk if you want it.
Best bar Utopia, best breakfast Popeyes, best meal Nemesis and Manos.
we had a really wonderful holiday; appartemnets very clean, maid service daily. The location is superb, with fantastic views. The pool is very big, clean and well maintained. There is is an extensive bar menu, which is great value and very tasty. The owners of the complex Denis, Nikos, Cheryl and Louise are very friendly and will help you with anything you need. Tsilivi has a fantastic beach, very safe for children as it is very shallow. You can now see photos of callinica and book direct on www.zantenet.info
We stayed at the calliniga 2 'dive' for our honeymoon, big mistake iv seen better squats!!! we requested a double bed when booking from golded ticket holidays' new york, paris, peckham!!! and cost over £700 for the week, the room was square with 2 old beds which looked like the came out of a skip!!. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS SXXT HOLE. but tsilivi is great loveley beaches and really friendly people cheap food and drink and i will return, but not to the calliniga
We stayed at Callinica 3 for two weeks in August.Bit of a walk up a hill to the base of the stairs then a further trek depending on what floor you are on. They are basic but clean. Maid service every day. We were on the top floor, great views and the opportunity to benifit from any cool breeze that might happen along. The sun rises through the balcony doors which gives you a nice shady area in the afternoon/evening when you have been in the sun all day. Pool is very nice place to cool off although it got a bit cloudy towards the end of the first week (it was soon rectified). The pool area is cleaned twice a day. Although all the other residents were British there was still a tendancy for sunbeds to be 'reserved' by use of a beech towl. This is obviously not the preserve of German visitors only! Staff are very friendly. The appartments laid on entertainment on a couple of nights a week. A live band on Monday nights and Kareoke on Wednesdays. We did not attend any so cannot comment but others had good things to say. Bar food is good value, plenty of restaurants only a few mins walk away in Tsilivi itself. (I recommend 'The Garden' which is the first one on the right hand side as you walk into Tsilivi). It is a family run business, good food at reasonable prices and excellent friendly service. It is frequented by many Greeks so that must be good sign. Callinica (which is how the locals spell it) is in a perfect location, close enough to walk into the main town but far enough away to be quiet. When you arrive a Callinica you will be given the opportunity to hire a fan and a safe deposit box, they cost 10 euros a week each but well worth the expense. We took plug in mosquito repellant for the rooms, if used acording to instructions you can open your doors just before going to bed and leave them open all night. We did not get bitten once and it was very very hot whilst we were there. In all a great holiday. We will be going back next year.
we stayed in Callinica 3 and it was lovely. The maid came every day, and even did our dishes! The view from the top floor is fantastic, well worth the very small walk up a not very steep hill. Pool area was faultless, always very clean and loads of space. Bar area was great, food was nice and good value. Location is just the right distance from town/beach/nightlife. We would definitley recommend going here to anyone who is considering it.
What are the studios like in Callinica || & |||??Has anyone visited them since the last comments??
After reading the comments about the apartments, we were really looking forward to going. Unfortunatly, we were rather disappointed. We stayed in block 3 which was at the top of the hill on the right. The rooms were very basic and too small for three beds - we all had bruises on our legs to prove it. Calliniga 2 seemed to be the best apartments, they were cleaner, bigger and had a bath.
Be careful when changing money at the bar and the shop on the main road, the exchange rate seemed to be £1 is equal to 1 euro, plus the shop charged commission.
The breakfast(plus toast and coffee) at the bar was brilliant - 5 euros for the full monty.
The resort of Tsilivi was great, there was a wide selection of places to eat and drink. It was a good half hour walk to the main center of the resort, which was alot more lively.
You must try "Mano's Grill", excellent food, garlic bread starter you'd die for, but a killer the next day.
Hiring a car is a good idea, but don,t do it through the reps. It can be up to 40 euros dearer for the same deal. Travel up to the top of the island and see the Blue caves by boat for 5 euros. Travel down past Vassilikos and see where the turtles nest.
We would go again, but hang on abit until they improved the airport - it is not Manchester.
Just got back from a 2 week stay in Calliniga apartments. We stayed in Calliniga 11, for the price we paid for our hol we were really happy with the standards at this resort. Our apartment was basic but really clean, with maid service every day. The towels and sheets were changed every other day or so..although I would advise you to take your own towels too, as they were a bit on the small side!
The pool was always very clean and there were plenty of sunbeds left throught the day- fab when you've got a hangover and dont leave your bed til the afternoon! The pool side food was really good value for money and lots to choose from. We didnt really spend much time at the bar in the evenings but they did put on quite a bit of entertainment, although the karaoke nights are a bit of a pain if you want an early night! The beach, bars and restaurants are all about 10 mins walk away, but the bar staff are always happy to order taxi's if you need one.
Overall we had a really good time here and really enjoyed our hol!
We spent two weeks at the Calliniga Apartments in May of this year. We booked through TV Travel Shop and did not pay very much, so we didn't expect a lot. We arrived at the apartments and were pleasantly suprised, we stayed in block 2 which was very basic but very clean and thats the main thing. The only down side was the matresses on the beds were very thin, old, and rather uncomfortable, not for those with a bad back! The rooms were cleaned every day whilst we were there, bins changed every day and towels every other.
Cheryl (the owner) is fantastic and full of useful information, Louise is also lovely and really friendly, good luck to her and her new Greek life!
The pool area was very clean and very quiet during the day, poolside food is excellent and plentiful. The apartments are ideally based a 10 minute walk from the town, just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, only trouble is the local dogs bark all night so take your ear-plugs if you want some sleep!
Overall we had a fantastic time, the weather was brilliant (35+ degrees every day) and i would recommend it to anyone.
We have just got back from these apartments and stayed in the Callinica III, if you can go in Callinica II as Cheryl is the owner of this block and it is much better than the others and newer and the rooms are large and airy. The staff are tremendous and really make you welcome especially Cheryl, Louise, Dennis and Nick. The food at the bar is great and the pool area smashing. There is safety deposit boxes in all blocks. Please be aware in our block III the towels were not changed regularly and we had to keep asking for more and only ever got small hand towels, but see Cheryl at the bar and she will get the owners of the other blocks to bring you some. Other than that it was a fantastic holiday all around and the complex itself was just far enough away from the centre (about 10 minutes) walk into the main buzzing area for some peace at night. Great place we will be going back
Most things about these apartments was good - lovely people who run it. Food at the pool bar was smashing. Pool area was good - plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Cleanliness was very good - rooms cleaned everyday and clean linen mid week. Only complaint was the music!! It was on all day everyday - and no where to escape!! We were in Calligina 4 which is along side the bar and it got very noisy at times. Having said that we had a great holiday!!!! (Weather was fantastic 35deg most days!!)
Hi,Has anyone been to these Apartments since the last review ?.
Please e-mail deatails, and comments.
Thanks, Kev
I stayed in Callinigia apartments twice this year. They are lovely. The pool is great and children have their own area if they are very little. Adults can stay in the deep end. the bar is friendly and the owners are extremely accomodating. Cheryl is from England so is a good source of information but Denis, Nikos and Spiros all speak good english. so does Sam! To be polite, learn a few greek words. The apartments are just far enough to avoid the mass tourism but near enough to enjoy it as well. Denis is an absoloute gem and works too hard, but if you catch him on a good day he will sit with you and tell you stories. Remember that Zante suffered an enormous earthquake so if it isn't very 'greek' in architecture most of it has been destroyed. You will have a great time and make many friends for life.
I spent a week at the Calliniga appartments in early September and whilst I did enjoy my holiday was very disappointed with the standard of the accommodation. I had read the reviews on this site before booking my holiday and was expecting great things!! Firstly the pool and bar area are good. The pool was a good size and as it wasn't high season when I visited there was plently of space. The bar served food and drinks all day and arranged some entertainments for evenings. My disappointment was really with the appartment itself. Our sheets, pillow cases and towels were all dirty and thread-bare. The floors were all dirty when we arrived and despite being mopped with cold water mid-week didn't improve. It was clear that at least the appartment above had their floors swept as the dirt was deposited straight over their balcony direcly onto ours! The bathrooms were unpleasant but I don't know if greek plumbing is to blame here. Evertime we used the shower, unknown substances floated out of the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor!!
We have just got back from 2 weeks here and had a great time. The apartments were big and airy. The only thing I would say spoilt my holiday was when on the first week a truck came to empty the drains!! The smell was awful!! Luckily we hired a fan for the 2nd week and closed all doors. Apart from that everything was good. Staff nice and friendly, we will definately be visiting again. Cheers Sam, hope to see you next year ( the mad scot who took the photo of you sprawled across the bonnet of your car)!!
email address jo_blair14@hotmail.com if you know what Caliniga block 2 and facilities is like!
We liked it very much here. The rooms were large, airy and clean. The shower/bath had a curtain as well, so that was a bonus! Re: safety deposit boxes, in Callingia 2 they are in the actual rooms. In the other blocks, I gather there are none, but there is a shop down the road a bit towards Tsilivi that rents the boxes.
how safe is it for two girls going alone we are both 28 years old .and are the streets and taxi safe at night. thanks
Re my last message. If you know if there are safety deposit boxes please email me at kayamandauk@yahoo.co.uk
My boyfriend and I are staying in the Calliniga Apartments III in August and was wondering if anyone can tell me if there are safety deposit boxes in the apartments.

A MUST TO SEE!!!!!! Charley and Lynn (Twist Karaoke) at the Level Bar, Best Bar in the immediate location, also pop next door to MANO'S GRILL for the best food in town ( Very Cheap )
Sam's a star, Doctor Dennis can cure anything with his magic potions !! The bar does the best English Breakfast around...and we tried a few.. Ask Sam for a sample of Ursus (Red Vodka) - very nice...thats if theres any left since we drank them dry !! Pool's bl**dy freezing Both beach and town are about 10mins walk. Excellent time had by all !! : ) Paul & Amanda Ellison 2-16/09/01

Are there bars and tavernas near to the apartments?
this was the best holiday ever. Sam and dennis were great. The rooms were brilliant. The whole place was excellent. Thanks 4 the great holiday every1 : )
Located just beyond the end of the main street with great onsite facilities. Dennis and Sam behind the bar top gents. Lovely airy rooms and seaviews if you're up the hillside a little. Pool lovely and safe for kids of all ages. Good snacks, any drinks you like and shade cos you'll need it. 5-15 minutes to Tsivili depending or how far down the high street you want to go.
the best apartments that I have ever stayed in the rooms are very clean great pool great bar fantastic Greek hosts.
