Went here after reading good reviews, but was disappointed with the food, some of our party did enjoy their meal, but mine was overcooked. 

not impressed!  never eaten here before, and probably never will again.  i was immediatly put off when i asked if i could have a starter meal as my main course due to my lack of appetite (my friends were ordering 2 course meals) and was told that i couldn't and would have to order a main meal!  i found this very unreasonable since i have previously eaten only starters in other restaurants, without being scowled at for not spending enough money! when my meal did arrive it was huge, but i would much rather have had a small portion of decent food, then a large portion of mass produced rubbish which was just only just edible.  sorry, but these sites are all about honest opinions, otherwise what's the point!

We tried this place once during our holiday, we would of gone again if we would of had time. 

it is worth going to this resturant for the food (and also,depending on where u are sitting, the view of socratis standing outside hehe ) the prices were also reasonable compared to some other resturants in Argassi.

I really hated this place.  OK so I didn't order specifically from the vegetarian menu, but the pasta dish I asked for (forgotten what it was called) appeared to be veggie on the menu.  There was certainly no mention of any meat in the description.  However, it tasted beefy and left a coat of fat in my mouth (it may be that only other vegetarians would understand what I mean, but it's the main reason I stopped eating meat).  The sauce on my dish was exactly the same as that on my partner's food (a different dish altogether) and the same as the dip they brought with the unrequested bread at the start.  Do they just make the one sauce and use it for everything?  This was also one of the more expensive places we ate.

not the cheepest by any means and the staff seemed very miserable on the night we where there also my meal cant remember the name but beef with rice and cheese in a pot was very fatty also the kids didnt enjoy there's needles to say we didnt go back

We all ate here once and it was lovley, the staff were freindly and the menu gave you lots of choice.

Just Back from Zante 21.7.05 This restaurant is best on the strip.  So good we ate there the last 5 nights in a row.  Service good friendly staff.  Keep up the good work.

ate here twice in two weeks.both times had steak & was really nice.great if you have kids as thers a sup**vised play area.

Socrates is unbelievably gorgeous. Can't wait o see him next year!!!

This was probably the dearest place we ate at, overall we were quite happy, the kids loved the play area, not very good for people with wigs as it can get quite windy up there, food and service great especially the puddings.

Excellent food - very impressed with the service.

The meal was OK, and the spelling mistakes for some dishes eg "Scambi", kept us entertained!! Not worth going back a second time though

FOOD OK I HAD KLEFTICO OK BUT MY BOYFRIEND HAD DONNER MEAL NOT NICE AT ALL. VIEW NICE BUT PRICE WAS NOT 35 EURO FOR TWO 2 CORSE MEALS WITH SOFT DRINKS.MAN OUTSIDE NICE(WATCH OUT FOR HIM OUTSIDE THE FACTORY LATE ON IN BRIGHT RED GETTO GEAR)

My family and I had a great meal here. The service was very good and the kids loved the playroom.

Not overly impressed by this place. Had a large menu but they didn't seem to know what most of the dishes were supposed to be. Thier Ceaser salad consisted of Lettuce topped with thousand island dressing and cost 6 euos. The Greek Food was good though as you'd expect, paricularly the kleftico. Was highly entertained by the spelling mistakes on their menu as well, was very tempted to try "Chicken Gordon Blue".

My family and I loved this restaurant it had everything to offer. Great food, good service and the children really enjoyed the play area

Food Not Bad but the Waiter failed to crack a smile the whole time we were there. Spent his spare time propping himself up at the bar.

we ate here once the food was awful the only good thing about it was the childrens play area they had.
Really over priced and awful food do not go here really would recommend target on the hills.

This restaurant came recommended and we were very disappointed. The food was served immediately which means it was not freshly cooked!!! It was swimming in grease and not very palatable.

Food was good, service was sarcastic. One of the few places with a service/cover charge (18%).

A good one. It's very much stack 'em high and sell 'em cheap but it suits the place and you also don't have to hang for ages to eat. I had a nice kebab meal and it was massive with a lovely olive oil pitta and tons of chips and salads. My partner had a chicken dish in a creamy sauce, very tasty. The house wine was very reasonable and having downed one litre they gave us another litre free which seems a great deal to me. Total cost was a very fair £15 inc tip. P.S. Don't have young children ourselves so didn't use the kids room but we could see it from where we were sat and the kids in their were having a whale of a time! Worth a visit.

A plug for Zorbas - spent loads of eveings here as found it one of the best places. Very friendly good quick service, did not drag you off the street

Spent quite a few nights here, as they wern't trying to drag you in off the street, the food was excellent, the speedy service was the best, and there was actually somewhere for the kids to play, would recommend this place to anyone.

Food was overly salty and served with that horrible frozen mixed veg you used to get for school dinners. Having said that the location was good for people watching and the service was good.

They dont try so hard to get you in, and its well worth a try .. or several return visits! Excellent food, good prices, and fab service. Very polite staff - and a free drink on our second visit as a thank-you for returning!

Nice rooftop setting. Beef Stroganoff very good. Well worth eating in.

This place was OK but only if you managed to get one of the nice tables along the front. We sat nearer the back overlooking the square below and had music from all directions - not good. Food OK, prices good

It has a nice roof top location. There is a wide range of food available. The greek salad for a starter was huge!! The greek meals were very good, it was nice to try something different on holiday. Service was ok, but it was a busy night.

Had a nice meal here, especially liked the childrens menu selection which included things other than the usual burger/chicken nuggets. Would recommend it.

don't be fooled by the popularity of this restaurant! the food was really crap and i had the ropiest piece of meat ever! also the waiters are really p**vy!

Had 3 good meals there and if you like steak this is the place I had a 16oz fillet steak in a BBQ sauce and was one of the best steaks Ive had it was 4100drs but everything else was betwwen 2000drs and 3000drs It does get a bit full and the staff do seem a bit rushed, and on the last visit they calculated our bill wrong and even though I told them I had had 2 extra drinks they were still as confused as ever!

We had two lovely meals here and always managed to get a good seat. The staff were excellent.

We didn't like this one much, even though it always appears to be busy. Food was nothing great, This was one place I didn't mind being rushed out of. ok if you have a strong stomach.

We were in a partyy of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Service was a tad slow, but nothing to write home about!

Another great place to eat, really nice food, great pizzas and still good value to. staff were a bit slow when you wanted something but otherwise helpful when they did turn up. nicely situated just above street level which was different.
