decent hotel,the bloke,Alex, who owns it is a complete nutcase don't get on the wrong side of him believe me!! Definitely part of the Greek maffia!
Apart from that the rooms were ok once they were cleaned, good location try banannas for the best breakfast in town!
gota go cocktails and dreams then ykeekee as well for a great night out!!
feel sorry for future people who stay in rooms 24 and 27! you wouldn't wanna know what went on in those rooms!

14 of us have just got back after a week from the cactus apts in laganas and we had a wicked time! It's just around the corner from all the nitelife (most importantly) and the beach is only dowm the road. Zante is definitely the place to go. That's if you're young. Not really for the o.a.p's. If in doubt of where to go, chect out these niteclubs- 'Cocktails and dreams', 'ykikis' (best 4 the r&b), and 'cherry bay' if you like the old cheese! loads of gorg lads aswell! but Girls watch out for the sleazy locals. If you're going to the cactus apts you'l have a great time. we had a crack up! ENJOY!!!!!!!!

we dont know what its going to be like yet cos we havent been! There are 9 of us girls going on the 2nd september for a week, so if any ones got any tips on good bars, clubs, restuarants and bajingos etc.. let us know. Also if anyone else is staying in cactus at the same time! We cant wait...

me and my boyfriend (both 20)went to these apartments on 1st july for 2 weeks. We are regular visitors to zante however this was the first time we stayed here. Although the apartments themselves are nice, the problem is, as karen said below, the noise - when the twentys holiday lot come back at 4am, dont expect to sleep.We may sound like boring fuddy duddys but these lot have no respect for anyone else.Me and my boyfriend are used to going out late, drinking etc as he is a dj himself but when the noise starts at 4am and goes on till 7-8 in the morning it really can get quite annoying!we have stayed on apartments on the main strip various times and it was quiter.
Although the aparments were nice and a good location, we wont be staying here again thats for sure

we have just got back from these apartments and it was ok great location just around the corner from the nightlife,all the bars and resturants.
Apartment are far enough away not to hear the music.
There is how ever firstchoice heatwave (20twentys) at this apartments and when they get back there is NO pease and quite.As we was a family it was hard for us to sleep when people came back from the bars around 4am they would then played there music and messed around the pool.but these people did not a care about anyone but there selfs.there was also no air con so you can get very sweaty and hot in the nite.if it went to just familys or heatwave it would be a great place to go.

me and 12 of my friends are going to zante and these apartements on 19th of august for one week, we cant wait!!! we are a great laugh and sexy gals cant wait to get there and have fun!!! so whoever is going to zante from 19th of august see you there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just back from laganas, all i can say is, holy s**t!!!! being only 17 i thought it was going to be a big let down with everyone there much older than me, though there is enough crowds of people for everyone!!! visit zero's 'club' on a friday or saturday night place is pumping and then the house music comes on at 3 so u can keep dancing ur little feet off. other places to visit would be :black and white,rescues,argo,bad boys!!! excellent holiday il be back next year;)

Cactus was a great place to stay, I have to admit I didn't use the pool or the bar. Why would you when your so near to the beach, or the main street for bars.

Great placement, the minimart next door was handy. The staff were friendly too, when our fridge broke they got it fixed by the next morning (we didn't know till midnight the day before).

The lad below is still going out with his holiday romance from 2 years ago! What a loser!

Cactus Pool/Bar was fantastic, night life also fantastic you must go to G - Spot, Rescue, zeor's, Bad boyz, Cherry Bay & Black & White also Crocs bar was good.

NOW some sources say that this is a major blow for the tourism trade in Laganas. While others would say that Laganas has never been so lucky!!!!

is the location really close to all the bars and if so is it really loud,therefore inhibbiting sleep

Hi i went to the cactus apartments last year in july! It was amazing. Position was possibly the best, estimated 215 seconds from the beach and 184 seconds from the main strip of clubs. Everyone else we met had to pay 5 euros everytime to get to the main strip an to go home! I would advise everyone to go to bannas 1st cos the drinks r cheap and free shots available with sweet talk!! The clubs are good, cheesy music but sometimes you get lucky and they play some RnB. I went for 2 weeks an loved it all, met some good people that i still talk to today! i went 2 laganas last summer with 10 friends. has a wicked time. the cactus appartments are great. theyre really close to the beach and really close to the main strip of bars and clubs. you'll love it there! i'd advise going to cocktails and dreams and def go 2 zeros. also wana say thanks to our rep Daz- he was such a babe! have a great time to ne1 going!

We are going on holiday in August 03, can you tell us what it is like and also if you know where abouts the vivian apartments are in relation to the catus apartments. There are 10 of us going and only two are staying at the vivian.

I STAYED IN THE CACTUS IN MAY IT WAS PROBABLY THE BEST APPARTMENTS ON THE ISAND, DARREN THE REP WAS COOL AND THE STAFF WHERE GREAT!! DRINKS WERE CHEAP AND EFFECTIVE!!!!!! WILL BE GOING AGAIN NEXT WEEK AND CAN'T WAIT!!

Robert / Shazza - You are less than 3 mins walk to the centre of Laganas, with a large choice of bars and clubs. However you are both going in early May which is very low season, so don't expect it to be very lively!!!

Loved staying here........ perfectly placed for the nightlife and the beach, but also had an excellent pool in case you weren't up to walking all ooooooohhhhhhh 250 metres tot he beach!!! lol Believe me, a lot of the time you weren't!! Staff were great......... and a little tip, half of the Rescue bar staff spend most of their days at the pool there or at the internet cafe across the road!!! So you can always have a fix of what you want.... alcohol, fit blokes and sunshine!! sorry if that sounds a bit sexist, the lads get their fair share to look at here too!!! Overall, excellent accommodation and I would stay here again.

Just got back after a cracking week. 6 lads don't really expect a decent hotel but this one was just what the doctor ordered. We had two rooms with three in both Nos.8&9 (they ain't all the same size) and there was loads of room. No air-con but just open the door and let the breeze pass through was good enough for us. Safety deposit boxes are really cheap, so worth having. With a cracking 24hr pub just across the road and only a short 2min walk to the main strip with all the nitelife, it was in the best position for us. Most pool areas are open to everyone so you tend to get the locals coming down after work to use the pool. There is a shop next door which is part owned by the hotel owners so if you get your money changed there you don't need your passport, just your room number.

Oh yes you know.....what you can do....oh yes you know what you can do....you can take off your bra and knickers and let me shove my....... What a place. The perfect base in Laganas. Chill out by the pool during the day. Go get pissed at night and watch the sunrise through the windows of Chiellos bar across the road, during one of their lock-ins! The reps are spot on and everyone really friendly. Oh and it is true..the showers do work! If you do go with 2wenty's get yourself out on the trips. Its the best way of meeting people and anyone there during 2001 will know its the best way of seein Gillian the reps tits! Just go - NOW!!!

Cactus Apartments was with no doubt the best apartment on the island!! It was clean and had excellent service from staff!! If i was to book a twentys holiday again i would 100% make sure it was here!! The Reps at the Cactus made the holiday worth while and would reccommend it to anyone!!

We stayed here & it was fab. The staff r great and thanks to a certain person we went in the pool!!!

A great place to chill out during the day with friendly staff and plenty of sun beds...Food is good for those lunchtime munchies, and don't forget you must put your head under the water in the main pool. Great for people watching zombified 2wentys lads and lasses trying to get their act together!!!!!

Catus is a twentys hotel so dont expect it to b quiet, directly opposite Cheilos bar witch is open till the last person leaves. has a cool pool with under water music and there is plenty of life here and only a 2min walk from the beach and the same for the main bars and clubs.

I have booked for a two week holiday in May to go to the hotel cactus with Twentys and I would like to know more about it oif anybody can help me out?!
