 THIS WAS THE BEST HOLIDAY MAD DOG HAS EVER HAD... I LOVED THE HOTEL. ITS WAS MENTAL.. SO MANY COOL PEEPS HANGIN ROUND THE POOL IT WAS LIKE HAVIN MY FAMILY ABROAD. HEY CHANTELLE! U GT BK OK? what a mental two weeks, alright girls ali etc funny pics.  the second week was mad, booking to go back next year same hotel and dates as loved it too much.  seen dave pearce in rescue on the fri, cant remember much but the pics were funny.

HEEEYYYYYYY jus bak fae laganas...stayd in cactus...as the business!!!aprtmnts quite gd...cleaned every so often not bad tho...gd pool...gd bar...yiannis bein the bestest bar man about...(eh eh eh duff) (private joke) neways.....nytlife...rescue..place tae b...medusa is gd 2..hot staff bhoys and gurlszerso is gd 4 rnb bit of hip hopoceans is gd , thats 4 afta rescue..opens at 4 closes at 8, gd 4 late nyts/early mornins!!!!durin the day..the reps try there hardest 4 yoo to book trips with them but cost yoo a fortune...we bookd 2 outings...quite pants to b honest...beta doin yer own thing..that way yer not disapointed!!!as a sed am jus home afta 2 weeks of the place..but wud do nehin to go bak..best holiday so far..and av had a gd few nehoo if yer goin enjoy yersel n ye'l have a gd laff..i had a hoot of a time:) megan xxx

jst bak 4rm 2 weeks in laganas. 4th-18th june. 13 scotland guys n girls. had excellent time. stayed at cactus was not bad at first but maids didnt clean rooms after first day. yannis (wee duffs man) lol. was amazin top guy. met sum top ppl. wish we wer still ther. defo goin bak myb in august.

Stayed here! handy pool table in the lobby area. never got the pleasure of trying the food but hear the chesse toasties are excellent hangover cure.

Me and the girls stayed at the Cactus last summer, had a wicked time!! Petros was such a sweety, we luv him, (him and kat made the best cocktails eva)!!!

Oi Oi, hows it going everyone?  Cactus was great, best hol ever!  London lads had it large.  Dublin birds were great.  Nemo bloody drove me crazy on the first night, but grew to love her like a sis!  Slumber parties rocked -even without any music!!!  Irish accent very sexy!!!!  Cheers for letting us use your rooms on our last day girls, you know us, we need time getting ready (or is that just me!).  Depressed to be home, wanna be back at Cactus.  Yanni's legend!  Irish girls absolutely top birds, hope to see you all soon.

Got back from zante on Sunday, had an amazing time! Big it up for Yannis (best barman in the world!) Hopefully come back soon.

very good first time abroad holiday. A little to late in the season but a excellent holiday made alll the better by the staff at the cactus especially yannis. We stayed 20/10/04-28/10/04,a good time for the family.Some things a bit to basic not enough to spoil the holiday.

Question to anybody who went here summer 2004. How was it? 3 London lads looking to book up and go in summer 2005, worth it or not?

we went to Laganas this year and it was amazing!we had the best time.cactus apartments are really near the beach and bars.hi to yanni and everyone we met out there-jay etc, brian etc... The pr Russell is gorgeous! loving cocktails and dreams and dancing on the bar at madusa's-free shots!love milly, sunshine, maddy, katie, larry, monster, and hannah!

Great location - good food from the bar and great pool. Hi to Beth and Cathy the physio's from Peterboro.

I dont know why these first choice adverise free child placess for this apartment as it is no place for a child. Me and my freind are both 18 and enjoyed the livelyness of laganas but these apartments are beyond a joke. there is one guy who cleans up around the pool whilst everyone sits about there getting pissed and making a mess which btw is not cleaned up until the next day. plus our toilets bins were only changed after two days and our sheets were changed about the fourth day. to sum up in my opinion these apartments are dirty and too noisy.

perfect base for an excellent holiday. i'm still misssing it loads. the pool, bar and food are excellent. great for place for seeing all the sexy pr's during the day as they sun themselves. the yorkshire lads made staying by the pool a fun holiday - good p**ving spot on the sexy men!!!

not a bad place except for the trampy irish guys who spent 24/7 round the pool acting like t**ts! cactus is very noisy don't expect to sleep but then when you go to zante who does. the main strip is ok but like most places in greece it's a s**thole.

all us girls just got back from zante we stayed at cactus it was quality there!! we loved yannis he gave us free shots everynite and took all our pics for us.. pedro was a bit moody he always complained that we made to much mess round the pool. but if u r goin watch out for alex the security guard well so he says!!! he is so funny he rings the police about 10 times a nite if u dont b quite or u jump in the pool!! but u got to feel sorry 4 him cos he dont even get paid for doin it bless.... and whatever u do dont get any bikes out cos they r deadly!!!!!! south london girls xxx

i've been laganas before 2 years ago and i had a really good time so im going again this year on the 3rd of august. there are great clubs out there its not very clean but what can you expect from a clubbing 18-30 location! what else do you need in a holiday, sun , sea, alcohol and a bed to crash in at the end of the night! well anyway if anyone's going out there on the 3rd of august 2004 i'll c u there chicken!!

Just got back from Cactus yesterday (28/07/04) had a great time! Although some people have said their rooms were dirty ours were really clean when we arrived, however it was a different story after 2 weeks of heavy drinkin!. the people there are great, Yanni is the most enthusiastic person you will ever meet and he gave us loads of free drinks and made us feel at home from day 1. pedros is a bit grumpy but still an alright guy. i would not recommend this as a family destination as virtually everyone staying there is under 25. the nightlife is no more than 5 mins away and the beach is about the same. the pool is a decent size and is pretty clean. the food from the bar is delicious especially the full english! i really wish i was there, essex is such a dive in comparison to Laganas. If you are about to go you will love it!

Hey guys cheers for the 2 weeks it was good fun and you looked after us well! Any of the lads thats going look out for Kim our lovely barmaid from the Bananas Bar she live across the street. You can't miss her trust!! (coconuts!!)anyhoo pedro and the crew cheers for the hospitality and hope to see you next year! And mabey pedro would have stopped going on about the football! Hi Minx, well I think you should take us out on our first night and show us the ropes !!!!!!!how old are you lot then and where ya from ?!?!?

We have stayed at the Cactus apartments twice now, and although the location is probably the best, its very very noisey. 10 of us went last August and we were getting back from the nightlife around 3am every morning, the noise was going on till 6ish. I wouldn't recommend families to stay here but as a group of people you won't get any better. Beach 5 mins away and nightlife 10 mins away. The maids never took any of our stuff, but be aware of it.

Just spent a week in the cactus appt and i would say iwouldnt stay there again when we arrived at seven in the morning after travelling all night we had to wait another 2 hours for the manager to get out of bed to give us a key and when he finally arrived no apologise or nothing he was very arrogant and rude. The rooms didnt feel clean the sheets were stained the noise of the place was terribly appart from that it was ok....
One thing that was good was yannis the bar man who works from 6 in the evening till 3pm he was a star very friendly and a lovely bloke..

Thanks for the advise Kat we are going there on the 24th Aug (12 girlies) so we will hide our smalls from her....

Went to Zante last summer with 11 other mates and we loved it, cactus is probably one of the best hotels in laganas, close enough to all the action but not to close that it keeps u up all night, is about 2 minute walk from the beach which is ok, i advise people to hire out a boat and go and tour all the island as its real nice. clubs are great as well, and theres a Mcdonalds bout 5 minute walk from the hotel if u get fed up with the food after a day! You'll love it out there, wish i was going back!!!
