aircon is 8 euros a day but well worth it if ure in a room full of girls usin hairdryers and straiteners! x

hey! me and my 4 mates just back from the fantasy, wat an amazin 2 weeks! been to zante before so kind of knew what to expect but th location of our hotel made it so much better. hotel is right in the strip, behind the "end" club,which wud have u thinkin it wud be dead noisy and dirty but it wasnt at all.only thing about the hotel is pocahontas boy on reception with his torch followin u about at 5am makin sure ure not causin any riots,and the other girls on reception who pretend they cant speak any english wen ure havin bother which isnt the best.also its a mission to get anyone in whos not stayin at the hotel!apart from that the hotel is amazin,lovely pool and altho the rooms are ded basic there clean.

just got bak frm fantasy and trust me it aint n e thin special, u cant take n e birds bak, the receptionist starts on u, and theres no where 2 go on the day that u leave. the greeks r so arrogant its unreal, u wont get a gd woird out of them, there horrible ppl. the nite life tho is fukin quality, u'll luv it. the only disappointment woz the hotel

OMG!!! Leave in 2 days time!!!!!!! group of 7 of us, all jordies or there about's!!! Staying between 3rd July and 16th July!!!!!! Leave newcastle airport at midnight :<!!! And arrive at 4 in the morning, i mean what crazy flight times are these!!!! Anyone else arriving at that time?????  Have got loads of mixed reviews about fantasy apartments!!! My freinds say that you get what you pay for, but the location is outstanding!!!!! See you there!! :>

when i first read a post about the fantasy apartments saying it was like faulty towers, and THE worst place to stay i thought it was an exaggeration. sure, for £240 for the week i wasnt expecting much but it couldnt have been that bad could it? yes it was. it was seriously THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!!!  apart from the pool, everything else is total crap. the rooms are a mess, we had no fridge and cooker for the whole week due to it being broke, and even though we asked the staff to help us, they are so incompetent it's unbelievable and they just ignored us. the reps don't help you, they just try to sell you these deals, making them sound so good, but when you actually experience them you realise they are complete  bollocks. seriously, unless you don't mind spending an extra 200 euros on special 18-30 rep deals, you are going to get ripped off! and watch out for the stupid male receptionist with long hair, he's like a neanderthal, absolute idiot, dont ask him for help, you won't get anything from him except a grunt.

we went to malia 2004 + 2005 and want to no is the resort anywhere near as lively.

I worked here at the pool bar all summer in 2004. You'll have a great time here, its in one of the best locations. Had a wicked time working here and also stayed here on holiday before taht and had no probs.

OH YEAH BABY as from the 10th of july for two weeks 12 lads from north wales are going to be avin it large, bring on the internal liver damage sessions. ps lock up your grandmothers its oap bashing time   

yaaaaaaaaaaaas 12 scottish bhoys comin to the fantasy apartments haha first two weeks in july 18-30 to go absolutely crazy haha hope everybodys well up for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

we didn't know what to expect from this club 18 - 30 holiday at all but it turned out to be a great week. we were there from the 11th to the 18th of august. the bars and clubs are decent, made wicked mates a had a lovely rep. its was unbeleiveable how amazing the people we met were. going to miss the hell out of them all! also our rep ryan hirons.. a gorgeous bloke with a great personality. can't say i even saw him much but bloody miss him too! couldn't even say goodbye to him at the airport!

the apartments are quite small but it has all you need. beds, a bathroom, wardrobe, kitchenette, desk and balcony with tables and chairs. its located in the middle of all of the action too. a couple of minute from the beach aswell. we were told that the beach was rubbish but it was fine.. it had the sea and sand! and aload of really tanned greek and italian people which made my whiteness stick out like a sore thumb!

go on a boat trip if you get the chance to. never seen anything like the scenery there. plus the 'main event' on the tuesday night is decent. alot of free drink and reps taking the p**s out of us and themselves. a strip too!

if you're off to laganas you'll be sure to have a wicked time.. take care.

The apartments were quite basic but had everything you need. Our balcony looked over the pool. It was great! I would defo go back there. The location was the best out of all the hotels. U walk out the front door onto the main strip of clubs. Perfect if u need to change ur shoes girls!! We went 1st to 8th August and it was great. Lots of lads that time of year!!! I've put the quietness as below par because we had a club next door. But that was the whole point for us. I wouldn't want it quiet!!!

Hiya Folks, We are 2 married 20 something birds from scotland going to stay at the marianus on the 03rd July......On a club 18 30......!!!!!!! Our hubbys are staying at home and will be going off there nuts......Hee hee hee hee!!!. Little do they know its a club 18 30 holiday!!!!., Anyway we will be arriving Early hrs of monday morning, so if anyones up for a bit of a laugh come and find us, we will prob be lazing around the pool all day.... you can spot us both easy we are the only women with wedding rings on!!!!! And yes we are up for a laugh!!!

Goin to the 'Hotel Diva' with the lads on 28th July for a week, anyone else there that time? i had mixed reports from Zante at first but i cant fookin wait now!

Me and my mates stayed here in August and it was amazing, yeah the hotels basic but it must have the best location on the islands you can stagger in and out of the hotel! The reps were brilliant and duncan behind the bar kept us all entertained during the day! its just ashame club 18-30 arent at the hotel this year!!!

Sorry forgot to add.... ALWAYS round by fantasy pool during the day!

I STAYED AT THE FANTASY APP 20 SEP TIL 27 SEP AND THOUGHT IT WAS BRILL,I STAYED WITH MY BOYFRIEND WHICH I WAS A BIT WORRIED ABOUT BUT TURNED OUT TO BE REALLY GOOD.I WAS REALLY WORRIED ABOUT THE APP BECAUSE OF THINGS I HAD READ ON THE SITE BUT THEY ARENT TRUE.APP WAS CLEAN AND IN A GREAT PART OF THE TOWN RIGHT NEAR THE BEACH.THE APP IS NEXT TO AL THE NIGHT LIFE BUT YOU CAN GET SLEEP BECAUSE THEY HAVE DOUBLE PATIO DOORS.OUR REPS WERE ACE,SI IS GREAT AND WILL HELP WITH ANY PROBLEMS.IF YOUR GOING TO BOOK ANY BOAT TRIPS OR ANYTHING SHOP AROUND WITH THE LOCALS COS YOU WILL GET A BETTER DEAL ONLY 15 EUROS FOR A 8 HOUR BOAT TRIP.ONE OF THE BEST BARS FOR A CHILL OUT IS BARCODE,GREAT BAR STAFF.THEY PLAY REALLY GOOD FILMS DURING THE DAY IF YOU JUST WANNA CHILL OUT.

fantasy apartments were ok but what can you expect from 18-30's you only want a place to sleep. the swimming pool was gr8 loadz of fit blokes! we stayed on the 19th august had a excellent week. si and kelly are f**king excellent reps. wish we were going to the reunion but have to go 2 a s**te wedding sorry si.

we were the loud scots who were there from 5/9 until 12/9. thnx kelly and si for being such good reps, simon you are the captain of our ship. when asked for quietness and i have put average but it is an 18 to 30's holiday so i would be upset if it was too quiet. we had a fantastic time and i would recomend the excursions organised by the reps.
i would not however recomend the apartments: we only had hot water for 2 day's out of 7, the guy on receptions thinks he is god and has the power to do whatever he wants(i think he just needs a good s**g) and they will try and fine you for as much as they possibly can.
we were unfortunate that while staying there our toilet broke. of course automatically we got the blame of malishasly damaging it, this cost us 370 euro's or we could of all been arrested! it was a bad ending to a fantastic holiday. si and kelly couldn't have done any more to help us they were fab, i just can't believe the apartments can get away with this.
we are not bitter, we would definatley go back to zante but just not to these apartments.

hi we stayed at the apartment last year about this time we got back on the 13th last year i have to say the weather was pretty sh*t including a flash flood storm so you'd better hope that your not on the ground floor coz if this does happen you WILL GET FLOODED and the reps dont really do much to help. apart from that Laganas is a gorgeous island and if you get the chance to hire out a car do so coz there are much nicer beaches around than laganas.

Fantasy Studios & Apartments, Laganas, Zante
We stayed at Fantasy from 19th Aug - 27th Aug 2004. If you are up for partying you cannot get a better location in Laganas, what do you expect it's an Club 18-30 apartment. Fantasy is actually Prestige bar, well at the back of it, but don't worry it is very quiet so you can sleep (if you want to). Accommodation is some of the newest and cleanest you will get in Greece. Just don't break anything or they will charge you for it. 40Euro damage deposit on your room when you get there. You may also want to take the safety deposit box option (they are located in reception) for 50Euros per week of which you will get back 35Euros when you return the key. Air conditioning is available in the room if you want it but we didn't feel the need. Fantasy has a massive pool with a bar at the side with plenty of free sun loungers. As I said earlier Fantasy is in the middle of the main strip. Rescues and Zeros are next door to the right as you leaving the building with Cocktail and Dreams across the road. McDonalds is about three doors down to the left. Super markets are across the road. Laganas beach is only two minutes gentle stroll away where you'll also find Cherry bay beach bar, Waikii and Bad boys. I'm going to post some pics on this site soon so that should give you a better idea. Hope this info is useful. Transfer time from the dreadful Zante airport is approximately 15minutes.

we wnt at the end of may great hotel alot cleaner than some other hotels stayed in room 109 i think whatch out for spiros bit misreble say hi to all speacially the mancs two doors down and of couse the nurses(dave & dave)for the mossy cream.but we manage to get some complaints for singing misreble t**ts whoever you was watch out for the light switch ours came off the wall thanks ti si(leeds t**t)for saving our deposit hi to vicky the best looking rep and of course kelly se you all at the reuion in skeegy rember if your going come to hull on the sunday were tring to get a big night planned

Think we are planning to go back next year for 3 weeks and hope to stay out the full season.

I read this website before I went on hols and was really worried about what to expect from Fantasy Apartments. So many bad things were said about the place, but on arrival I found no evidence to support them. The place is brilliant. Rooms are clean and well kitted out, the pool is great (no green water in sight) and the staff are really helpful. So if you are going out to stay there, fear not you'll have a great stay. You cannot beat it for location either.

I stayed in the fantasy in june 2002. It WAS brand new then as it had only been built the year before. Im a bit confused as to why people would say it was 10-15 years old because the Fantasy wasnt actually there when my friend stayed in laganas in 2000 so can people please stop whinging and complaining.

Ah the 18-30 brochure - what liars!!! They said this NEW hotel was top of the range..... Its about 10 - 15 years old give it a day! AND it smells seriously bad - especially if you have room 116 which is located next to a drain at the end of the corridor which smells seriously bad. The rooms were seriously dirty, cobwebs everywhere and the bathroom floor was seriously minging! I cant say the place was cleaned at all! Also the pool looks massive in the photo's its not that big at all! Having said that once u get used to the smell and the dirt the place is ok. Considering its next to 2 night clubs you can actually sleep until the gangs of lads and the slappers return from their night out yelling a waking up the entire hotel! Be warned there are no towels in the room you have to get a safety deposit box then they will begrudgingly give you some towels - for €15 plus €35 deposit. Also you have to pay €40 for the deposit. Whatever time you get into the hotel check the list of what you should have in your room and make a note of any item missing and any damage straight away - give this to your rep first thing at the meeting so that you have proof it wasnt you - they are not keen on giving the deposit
back! It costs €30 to keep your room on the last day we found out that for only €10 in another hotel down the strip you can get a room until you need to leave at 2am. As the fantasy kick you out at 6pm and you have to wait till your flight at 5am!! Nice!

All in all an ok holiday but we wont be returning in any hurry!

Just got back from Zante, stayed in the Fantasy Apartments. They were a bit minty but served there purpose, don't know if the cleaners there ever actually did anything though cos when we arrived we were greeted by a drissle of wee and a couple of pubes sitting on the toilet seat....nice!! Saw the cleaner once after this until she realised she was in the wrong room and scarpered!

Excellent location though, couldn't be any nearer to the nightlife if you tried. Best bars were Cocktails and Dreams and Kamikaze.

Fantasy was a bit of a let down for an 18-30, it was a bit tame n nothing much seemed to be goin on during the day...even the nite time events lacked a bit of bite. The corridor we were on stunk 2! But most of this could have been put down to my mate barry....anyway....overall it was ok, i'd give it a 7/10

We all thought it was a top place. Near all the bars and clubs. It had the best pool.......EVER, and i stand by that. Guy who you gave the key to was safe safe safe. Only problem was the fact that someone kept waking us up with the "p word" and pushing over our lilos, which we thought was the final straw.
Apart from these slight hiccups it was a great place. By the way the will we get it back/wont we get it back debate on the deposit is a good time killer if you get bored, which you wont, but just in case. We got ours back!!!

the fantasy appartments were fantasic they were clean modern and dead central to the whole resort absolutly fantasic would deffinatly stop again there's always someone on reception to hand you key in and get it back when you come in drunk after the night out which is another good thing as you don't have to worry about loosing your keys.
the staff are friendly and alway willing to help and fi you go with club 18-30s you always have the the really fun out rageous reps.

Stayed at Fantasy at the end of last summer. Not bad for 18 to 30s. No fit reps though-fat Heidi and ugly Russ. Very noisy and full of drunken teenagers. Expensive excursions and a lot of flooding on grounf floor and smells of sewage. A bad sickness bug went around too. You'll enjoy it if you have a lot of money to burn for the outings, drink a lot and want to pull loads.

I did not stay here but my friends did. The place was lovely very high quality for 18-30's . They make you feel more than welcome although it is true don't pi** off the security guy. Be aware of getting shot at as well it seemed to be drunken lads mainly staying there but they still hurt if you are shot . Grow Up Boys you know who you are! these apartments are very good. if i went back then i would pick these again. a lot of gun running here ! make sure you buy a "piece" from a supermarket for protection. dont go swimming at night cause the security guard goes mad (believe me). the fat little greek boy is a pain in the a**e though so shoot him at every opportunity. make sure you "pay" for the air conditioning as it is worth it. the rep russ is cool. have fun !
