hi we stayed in the mavrias apartments last year at the start of august. we had a studio room in the new block opposite from the pool and were the cars were parked.  we have booked this year to go back for two weeks the same time in a room which sleeps up to 3 people. Does anybody know if these are the same studio's we stayed in last year, as our travel details state our accomidation as 'mavrias complex 3'

Kylie F

Hi, my mums going into book to stay at this apartments next year..... only to read on trip advisor some people were disappointed where the apartments were located, a charge per night for the air con??? Has anyone got any recent pictures??? very much appreciated before wee book x

Nicola L

Kim, I'm so glad to hear that you've been to Zeus, I've just been reading that it wasn't opening this year which would have been a shame.

Kim G

Just came back from Zante after spending two glorious weeks there.Freddy was so lovely and the apartments were brilliant.Really enjoyed my stay there went to Zeus near planos Spiros and George such friendly guys the food was excellent and nikos and Jenny from Benicos I would say they are the best two places to eat.If you haven't been to Zante before I recommend it it was such a pretty place to visit with some lovely places to visit Shipreck island BlueCaves Keri Caves Turtle Island And looking for turtles I saw 2 it was lovely to see defiantly be goin back there again soon.

Bill O

Pauline,

I was told the Euro rate last weekend in Tsilivi was 1.06 to the pound

Pauline G

hi me and my hubby are coming in july, does anyone know if the exchange rate is better than in england.

Nicola L

Thanks Bill and Adrian. Sadly we couldn't get in with there being 6 of us it has made it rather difficult but I'm sure the 4 first timers (to Greece never mind Tsilivi) will enjoy it just the same. We've ended up in Mavrikos Aparthotel now and if it turns out to not fulfill what Mavrias has set as a standard I'm sure I could always upheave the group down to Mavrias for cocktails and Greek dancing around the pool on a night (Y).

Nicola x

Adrian M

Nicola Try the Olympic Holidays site and look for Katerina studios they are part of Mavrias Village best of luck Adrian

Bill O

Nicola, try going onto the Princess Hotel website as you can also book direct with them.

Nicola L

Wanting to come back this summer and bring friends but can't find the apartments to book anywhere

Just had a weeks stay at the Mavrias Apartments, great central location, very clean with excellent facilities, friendly people and complex kept very clean.  Only downside having to wait about 5 mins for hot water to come through, but got use to it after a few days. Would definately stay here again.  Lynn, Frank and Lisa White.

  Hi Ann

Glad to hear you are going back I know you will enjoy yourself.I would love to see you get your own back on Babis. I am going back in October for a week although who knows I might stay longer!!!!!

speak to you soon

Enjoy

Anne G          10/10

Hi Kath

Was laughing when I read your post - you eventually dragged yourself away then !!!!  Im still extremely jealous of you for managing to stay an extra 2 weeks.  Anyway - Im back there on 27th August - got some mega cheap flights from Manchester - it is worth the 2 hour drive to get the flight - the only ones from Newcastle were for 1 week and I just can't go for a week - it would be unthinkable lol.

It would be great to think we could meet up again next year - I still have your mail address so will email you and if we keep in touch we may just strike lucky.

Spoke to Kyriakos a couple of weeks ago and he is keeping it a secret that Im going in August - I still have that score to settle with Babis...lol...... I'm taking my partner with me this time so hopefully may just get some pics of the big 'splash' ...lol.

Anyway - pleased you got home safely - lovely to see you again - I'll tell the girls you have asked after them as im meeting Janice tomorrow

Roll on 27th August - this is the only place to stay in Tsilivi   !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kathleen D          10/10

Hi Ann

I did eventuallly leave although I could have stayed longer but had to come home to pay the blls.
I was glad to have met you again, say hello to the girls. I hope to see you next year as I enjoyed your company.

I could not agree more, the place and the people are lovely. I felt as if I was one of the family by the time I left.
I miss Freddie making me my coffee in the morning and having it delivered to my balcony what a Gem.!!!!!!!!!!

Hope to see you next year

Anne G          10/10

click to enlargeBack from aother fab 10 days at Mavrias.  Was great to see everyone again.  Freddy was his usual attentive self and waited on me hand and foot the whole time - just as he does for everyone - what a guy !!!!

Have just managed to get some decent flights for August - so am back again for more fun and frolics.

Was great to see some faces of last year again too - especially Kathy from Glasgow - jammy bugger that she is maaged to swap her home flight and stay another 2 weeks.  Hope you got home safely this weekend Kathy and really hope we meet up again in the future.

I took 2 friends this year - their first visit - they loved it - and one of them will definately be going again in May next year when I go.

Anyone who hasn't been here before - I can assure you that this place ( and Ive been going for 5 years now)  is one of the best places to stay - its economic without losing the element of quality and service we all seek these days.  The whole of the site is kept immaculate.  The apartments are cleaned every day.  Nothing is ever too much trouble for any of the staff and they are all so absolutely fabulous. Kyriakos ( owner of Mavrias apartments) and his wife are such lovely people and will do everything possible to make surue you enjoy a great holiday.  If you need car hire speak to Kyriakos - he does special deals for his guests - his cars are good ( better than the others on offer in Tsilivi) ad he is always happy to help.

The pool and Pool bar are lovely and the snacks avalable at the Pool Bar are fine - no dearer than eating anywhere else - but best of all Freddy waits on you personally and nothing s too much to ask for.

Must go places to eat are Family restaurant which is straight over the road from the driveway into Mavrias - see Peter or Stephen  - fab guys and the food is top notch.  Also Benikos - great people and great food.  If you fancy a stroll - go up the hill to Planos and go to Giorgios - see Billy - he is Freddies brother.  The food is fab, the service is excellent and Billy is a lovely guy - his girlfriend Emma waits on you at breakfast in the Princess Hotel - lovely english girl.

The beach is an easy 10 minute stroll - all level - and there are plenty of beach bars there too.

A trip across to kefalonia is good - thirty odd euros from the tour shop up the street - lovely island - a bit different in some respects to Zakynthos.

All in all you cant beat this place so get your cases packed and your flights booked - you don't know what you are missing.

For those who have enquired and not had a reply from Kyriakos - I know he has had problems with his PC but it seems to be working again so Im sure you will hear from him soon. But if in doubt just ring him - his english is good and he will be happy to help.

Roll on August......

Anne

Mellisa B

Thanks Bill

That is really helpfull thankyou,

Im still rather confused though. haha.

I have emailed the hotel direct but not heard anything back yet.

I read a post on here that said someone booked to go there and thought they had booked for hotel but got studios, or something along that line.

Just wondered, if for example, if complex 1 stood for hotel and complex 3 for studios etc.

On a lot of the websites complex 1 comes up the cheapest option so wasn't sure if that was for the studios and im wanting apartments. It doesnt really specify on the websites what you'd get.

Il wait for my response from the hotel, hopefully shouldn't be too long.

Thankyou though xx

Bill O          10/10

Looking forward to the great hospitality of Kyriakos, Freddy, Babbis, Sonia and all the wonderful crew at Mavrias.... Get the usual apartmet ready Kyriakos ( and the one next door) - the Girls are back..'again'...with more girls this time.....we keep spreading the infection !!!.

To anyone reading here who has not been to Mavrias before ...fear not - apartmets are great, pool is fab and all the crew there are just lovely, lovely people.  Its situated right in the heart of Tsilivi and on the doorstep to everything. Poolbar service is spot on - snacks/food all day.  Barbeque nights and allsorts. Great mix of all ages both at the apartments and in Tsilivi - something for everyone.

Beach is great - very clean;  For the wilder times you have to visit Paradise Bar which is over the road to the apartmets.  Yianis, Anna and Stavros will make sure you will never want to leave - its absobleedilutely fadabidozi.

Were off out there on 20th May for 10 days of 'Sheer Bliss' - Tsilivi Style - can't wait !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See you all soon

A few comments to help out with the recent posts below. To see where the Princess / Mavrias is go to the new Tsilivi street view, find the Family Restaurant and open the view (in the centre of Tsilivi on an S bend), pan round 180 deg. You will see the bakery in the foreground and down the road to the left behind it you can just see the pool bar of the Princess. It is about a ten minute stroll to the beach. The service is very friendly and it is an excellent place to stay. You do have to pay for air con and safes as you do in most places in Tsilivi. I have not stayed myself for some time but use the pool bar every year because of the welcome you always get.

Su M

Hi. Just booked for the Princess Mavrias Studio Apartments, does anyone know if you pay extra for the air-con or a safe box please?

Nicola L

Hey, just booked a week in the Mavrias Apartments Complex 3 at end of July with my boyfriend. I've been to Tsilivi twice but not for about 5 years jut wondering if anything has changed much? and what these apartments are like? and where they're situated?
Thanks
xXx

Laura W

Anyone give any comments on Mavrias Apartments what are the rooms like?? and the facilites?? and the service??

Kirsty M

hi just wondering if anyone has any info on the rooms  about the apartments in  complex 3 in the mavarias also  known as princess hotel tsilivi

Jane H          10/10

Lesley, i would say most age groups, we are mid 30's 2 children under 10 and found it just right, no kids club or anything but the girls made friends, although they don't feel the need to be constantly entertained, some kids like a club don't they. We found there was a real mix of age groups, not sure how well a group of rowdy travellers would go down though,

Lesley

What age group are these apartments suited for please? younger end, middle aged/older or just any age group.

Dawn K

Going to Mavrias for first time ....we travel 26th July until 8th August 2009 so you'll be going when we arrive xxx

Well, just returned from our 1st visit of this year.

We were fortunate to be able to chage our return flight and get an extra 3 days out there. As always a huge warm welcome from everyone when we arrived and the usual top class service during our stay.
We really did't want to come home. Its just one of those places you have to keep going back to. The weather was absolutely fab - 10 days of solid sunshine
We'll be back again before the season is out.....

Our love and thanks to Kyriakos, Freddie, Sonya , Babis and the rest of the crew out there for everything.

See you all again soon, if not sooner

Did you log onto the wrong page? Tsilivi is a great resort to stay in. You have all the watersports you could want on the beach which is a nice 10 to 15 minute stroll from centre of Tsilivi. If you want to see the Blue Caves and Shipwreck go with Captain Spiros on his very fast speedboat, by far the best way, you will find him on the beach or at the harbour when he returns early afternoon. The choice of good bars and tavernas is 'almost' unlimited.

Anne G          10/10

Hi Leah - Are you staying at Mavrikos or Mavrias.....   Mavrais is great, very central and couldn't be nearer everything if you were to camp in the middle of the road !

Mavrikos is over the road, round the corner and up a steep hill.  Still quite central but the hill can be a pain - especially after midight when you are a bit ''iffy''...  I stayed in Mavrikos back in 05 and it was great - apartments are nice and pool etc is great but I do stay in the Mavrias all the time now - its a bit more personal and all the staff are lovely.  The pool and pool bar are great and the apartments are very well laid out around the pool.

Whichever one you stay at you will have a fab holiday - Tsilivi is soooooo just the place to be but you MUST , MUST go to Paradise Bar - Once you go you will never leave !!!!

We are out there 18th - 28th May - maybe we'll bump into you in Paradise  or if you are staying at the Mavrias we'll see you round the pool - we'll be the two women with hangovers every morning, sleeping it off o the sunbeds all day !!! .....lol

You will have a brill holiday

Hi.  Have stayed at the Mavrias on four occasions now and going back again 18th May this year.  Kyriakos, Freddy and all the staff are the most lovely people and the apartments are just absolutely fine.  The location is fab too, as you are on the doorstep to everything. (Especially Paradise Bar, which is a 'Must visit' if you go to Tsilivi - you will never want to leave !!!)

Haven't done a package deal yet - just book our flights and ring Kyriakos to book an apartment- he is so helpful.

Roll on 18th May for the first of this years visits - we just can't wait.  Hoping to see some regular faces again .

Hello Samuel

I assume you have booked the Mavrias and not the Princess Hotel, as they are the same complex and enjoy all the same facilities. You do not need to go via the hotel reception to get to the apartments as they are built around the hotel.

Yes they are just down the road from Popeyes, by the new bakery just before Paradise Bar.

You will enjoy it here as all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Samuel C

Hello everyone, I'm going back to Tsilivi but never stayed here before. Is this the place just down the road from Popeyes restaurant and if so what it is it like and has it got 24 hour reception in case I come back late from drinking and partying.

Alan M

Hi Sophie,we were in Tsillivi Sept 07 we didn't stay here but i dont think you can go wrong where ever you go for a meal or a drink, the menus are all round about the same,we stayed at he Contessina hotel  which is at the other end of the main street from the Mavrias you could have a walk into the Contessina and try out the lovely pool,  we used a lot of the bars/restaurants the only one we thought was bad was the Mediterrane hotel the food was stone cold when they served it so we didn't go again the service wasn't to clever either. We ate at the Zeus/Menir/Popeyes/Giorgios pretty often we did use few more but as i say dont think you can go wrong where ever you go.Take a taxi to Zante town about 6-30 have a walk round till you see the restaurants getting busy then decide  where to eat, we went 3/4times for a meal some good places to eat there plus its a nice night out, i asked at the hotel where to eat in Zante town and they told us the best places to eat.Well i hope you have a great holiday i'am sure you will its a nice place Tsillivi.PS forgot to say we come to the Mavrias in Sept, you will have to post a comment for me to read when you come back.,

Sophie H

Me and my boyfriend have just booked a holiday with thomas cook to these apartments. Can anyone tell me if its any good? I have paid extra money as we booked the last room for july and its a studio for 3 for under occupancy. i hope they give us the right room!!

We have gone for self catering.
Just wanted to talk to someone who knows about the area and where are the best places to go?
Thanx Sophie

Alan M

Hi  Jane would just like to say thanks for your comments on these apartments, they have given us a good idea where they are,and what to expect when we arrive

in September seems a long way off till then but it will soon  be time to get on that plane at Manchester, thanks again.
Alan.

Jane H          10/10

Hi Alan,

a
yes they aren't far from popyes, 5 min walk or so. My parents loved it there too, they found their studio big enough for the 2 of them and they thought everyone was really friendly too. Have a great time!!

Jane H          10/10

we stayed here in May of this year and i think ours was classed as complex 3, with 1 being the hotel, 2 being the atudios/apts on right of pool, behind bakery and 3 being the newer block. We had the 2 bedroom apt at the top and it was excellent all round, size, facilities, cleanliness etc. My parents are there at the moment in a studio and i think they are in complex 3 too. they are having a great time just as we told them they would !! I can't imagine that you would be disapointed with this complex, just the right size, friendly, welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, situated in a great spot too. I have heard of people complaining about the noise from the road but i can't say that we heard anything (we live in a really quiet cul de sac so if if where noisy at night with passing traffic i'm sure we would have noticed) they are situated at the top end of Tsilivi, not Planos end. Next to warm & fresh bakery, just up from where they do the football penalties, by Marios. Just on the bend of the road. opposite Family reastaurant ( i think it was called that, yes i'm quite sure it was................I REALLY WISH WE WHERE THERE NOW!!!!

Alan M

Hi,we have just booked these apartments for September 09,we have been to Tsilivi before but we are not sure where these apartments are or what they are like,we have booked into complex 3 can anyone give us any idea what to expect as regards to size of rooms-how often the rooms are cleaned etc, are there any facilities to make a cup of tea or coffee etc. Thanks for any information.

Got home yesterday from the most amazing week in Tsilivi. Stayed at the Mavrias 1 (Princess Hotel). Lovely little apartment, very clean and had everything to make the stay comfortable.

Spent some great nights at the pool bar. Thanks to the great staff Freddie, Vanessa and Tony! So friendly and always up for a chat and a laugh! Their Greek night was AMAZING! But be warned the Greek dancers won't take no for an answer....ended up doing some very athletic dance moves!!
Will definetly be comming back, hope to do 2 weeks next time as 1 wasn't long enough!

I would highly recommend this place, its suitable for youngsters, couples old and young and families. It really was a lovely place to be. Lively but also quiet enough to relax and enjoy yourself!

Thanks to all the staff at the Mavrias/Princess Hotel hope to see you all again

Stayed at the Mavrias Complex in October but was disappointed with my room, it was not in the rooms shown in the Manos brochure in fact the interior of the rooms shown on the Manos on-line site are the ones in the actual Princess Hotel, so it is very misleading. I was in  no. 46 in an older buiding right on the main road so was very noisy as regards traffic.

click to enlargeclick to enlargeHi To Everyone at the Mavrias Apartments.  This was our sixth time in Tsilivi and first time staying here. Let me thank all the staff who were friendly and extremely helpful for a wonderful time. I would recommend these apartments to anyone, they are kept clean, the pool and bar are excellent and accommodaition is of a very high standard. Will definately be returning. The locality is right in the centre of Tsilvi and yet set back slightly so no noise at all. With the added benefit of a beautiful bakery right next to the complex what more could you ask for?  Once again would like to thank all the staff for a great time.

Love Julie, Natalie and Becky

Maria F

This is probably a bit late for your Stephen but you can book these through Cosmos.

Stephen H

Thanks Gerry for the info. Just out of curiousity, what tour operators go there. I've looked on all the main one's that I can think of, but no one seem to list these apartments.

Gerry I

Have stayed at Mavrias many times, and never been bothered by noise some rooms are near road but no noisy bars around this part of the village, most rooms are set back.Always good mix of guests not an18-30 small and friendly ,excellent location well kept by friendly owners and staff.Having visited Tsilivi many times and stayed in various parts and differnt accomadation The Mavrias in my opinion is second to none.

Stephen H

We have stayed in Tsilivi many times but never in the centre of town or at the Mavrias Village Apartments. Can any one tell me how quiet the area is at night. Can you hear  the bars and clubs near by into the early hours or is the complex set back far enough to block it out?

We enjoy the area like everyone but it's nice to be able to get some sleep at night

Also, what age group stay there. We are in our mid to late forties so don't want to end up somewhere that resembles club 18-30

Thanks for any info.

Mark W

Hi again!

Forgot to ask. One of my friends is in a wheelchair, can anyone give me more info on these apartments ie: are they wheelchair friendly etc??
Cheers!

Going on 8th July for two weeks, have stayed in Mavrias a few times and can assure you the complex is fantastic. The owners Babis and Dima have become friends,I am sure you  will enjoy these appartments,if you require any info please feel free to contact me.

Sheryl G

Got back from our stay at Mavrias Village on 5 October 2006, the apartments were lovely and very clean, kept that way by the daily maid service.  Kyriakos, the owner, picked us up from the airport and drove us straight to the apartment showing us the best places to go for hiring scooters etc along the way.  As soon as we reached Mavrias and the Princess Hotel we were greeted by Freddie who was an absolute diamond and soon were firm friends.  Tsilivi is a fantastic resort and without doubt I think Mavrias/Princess Hotel must be one of the best places to stay, right in the heart of everything.  The apartment was well insulated from the noise of the road and the only thing that woke us was the cockrel in the garden behind. Met some great people too. We would recommend Mavrias to anyone, it truly was a perfect holiday with no complaints whatsoever.  Was so sad to leave and whoever goes there next say hello to Freddie from Mr Gary and Sheryl, we will definitely be back!

Deborah G

had a good time at mavrias freddie behind the bar was really welcoming and we would go again its a nice place.

Bill O

Deborah, it's a nice 10 minute stroll to the beach. If you don't already know Mavrias is on the same complex as the Princess Hotel so you will also have all their facilities as well. Great place to stay.

If you remember say hello to Fredde for me (Billy) and I hope to be back in September.

Deborah G

going to mavrias in a week we usually go to lagana this will be our first time in tsilivi is it close to the beach?? I love zante so hope the mavrias don't let me down!!

Bill O

Liz. I was out there in June. What I believe was the oldest block had been completly renewed so you should be ok.

Susan T

hello all at princess hotel - especially our friend freddie.

paul and i stayed at the princess hotel in 2004 - wot a superb holiday - been to tsilivi several times and loved the laid back atmosphere, and greek hospitality.  (us brits should take notes on this)

the staff were excellent , customers service, cleansiness superb .

altohugh we would like to say that freddie is a friend we made and will never forget - unfortunately we were unable to visit the team in 2005 - although we are definately planning a visit 2006.

whilst we stayed at the princess hotel, freddie and the team were superb.  we enjoyed the greek way of life, they made you feel so welcome and relaxed.  they must think us brits as crazy - they way we always rush around.  for example: when you go for a meal they expect you stay and enjoy wine, or their famous ouzo.  they can't understand why we go for a meal, want to eat all 3 courses in 20 minutes then get up and leave.

also you must try the 7* metaxa - a must for you brandy lovers !! and a visit to traffic bar - those boys with the horns are mad - and very entertaining.

just 1 word of warning - when ordering shorts - their measures of a single are triples !! by my 3rd short - i was nearly plastered !! you have been warned

our only problem was when we got home we were sooooo chilled out - when we went to asda to do our shop we were nearly flattended by maniacs going 300mph with their trolley - (welcome home eh)

we would also recommend the majestic - their food was superb and delicious - plus they remembered us from 2 years earlier  (not sure if that was a good thing - lol   )

the staff on all the restaurants are never rude to you, should you decide not to eat in their taverna for the evening, they never pester you.

so a visit a tsilvi is a defniate if you enjoy the laid back holiday with no hussle and bussle.

finally, freddie should you be reading this - we hope you are well, and hope to see you in the summer - please get in touch again - miss you loads - sue & paul xxx

Miriam L

--To the last comment made by Mr shelley in Zante it is an tetonic movement zone surprisingly enough,  and the tremours can be triggered by temperature change which we did encounter late october. Maybe you should attend geography lessons and learn a little bit more about are world and what occurs in it, its not up to the rep or tour company to educate you in that, as it is a regular occurance in zante you should know your destination and were you are going you twit !.

Anyway I have been to the island for many years and think all of Greece is beautiful.

Hi babis, dimi and freddie see u nxt year!

Love us all in Buckinghamshire ( the loud lot!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Whilst the apartments, the staff (Hi Freddie) abd the pool were good,  the noise from the dogs barking all night is enought to put anyone off.

It's a pity I can't say the same about COSMOS or Richard the rep.  They were totally useless.  They need to warn people that it is an earthquake zone (about 4 in 2005), and to provide proper advice.  What we don't expect is to be in an earthquake that measured 6 on the Richter scale and then for the rep and the company to say it is down to a change in temperature. I can tell you standing on a balcony when the earth starts moving is something I do not want to go through again.

Greek hygeine leaves alot to be desired as well, you are told not to put toilet paper down the loo because the pipes are too small and you have to put them in a container, yuck.

Another bad point is the airport.  Make sure you buy drinks etc for the wait before you get to the airport, the cost inside is treble what you will pay at the resort.

Will I go back?  Not with COSMOS

Hi everybody at Mavrias , Freddie ,Dimi , Babis

What a brilliant holiday been to the island 5 times now, we were in room 20 in a 1 bed apt and my parents in rm 17 a studio excellent accommodation again with any rooms in Greece don't expect anything 5 star it is very basic the rooms we had were set in the back of the village where there is a large garden and play area. The village is set in the centre of tislivi and around 10 minutes away from the beach.

Richard (Cosmos Rep) was very helpful and provided us with plenty of information, the best rep I have had during any holiday. We hired a car and Richard circuled all the best places to visit, we also went on cowabunga the Cosmos exclusive day out to turstle island it was excellent a must do!! The only warning about tislivi is we went to smugglers and bought tickets from one of the shops on the road and it was really bad no room on the boat as they crammed everyone on to it and they left people on the beach you can tell the difference when booking between the rep and the shops defo that the only warning about tislivi!!

Anyway hope you all have a great holiday whenever your off

Recently returned from Mavrias Village in Tsilivi. Some of our party stayed in block 3 - 13, which were lovely.  Make sure you don't get put in block 15-19.  These are disgusting.  Dark dirty smelly and not cleaned.  Definately go again to Mavrias but certain apartments need knocking down.   (Apartment 9 probably nicest)People very friendly.  Definately go next year but would need recommendation from cosmos that we are not allocated in block 15-19 or they can stick it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!    Richard (COSMOS REP) very friendly...not his fault.... problem lies with reservations.... village was full and he had to put us somewhere...this must be his worst nightmare... feel very sorry for the bloke

Just got hame from a lovely holiday at the Mavrias Village in Tsilivi... Bar staff were wonderful.. First week unfortunately we were in apartment number 17.  It was small, dark, dirty and unlivable.  After complaining we were moved to apartment nunber 9 which was a different world.  Whover goes make sure you do not get put into apartments 14 to 19.  This is the only old block on site.  WE WOULD DEFINATELY GO BACK TO MAVRIAS VILLAGE AGAIN.. BUT WE WOULD NEED A GUARANTEE FROM COSMOS THAT WE WERE NOT PUT IN 'THAT' BLOCK

I got married in Tsilivi, Zante in June this year and was accompanied by 23 guests.  I think everyone who went would agree with me that it was one of the best holidays that we had ever experienced.  The resort was great, loads of great bars and restaurants, all full of atmosphere and offering great service.  There was great watersports at the beach and we enjoyed some lovely excursions around the island. Even better, was our choice to stay at the Mavrias Village.  We were all made so welcome and the staff were incredibly accomodating in their service, especially Freddie who we all just wanted to take home with us.

In fact, we felt so happy and comfortable around Mavrias, that we decided to hold the wedding ceremony and the celebration there.  And what a great choice, Babis and his staff did us so proud.  They decorated the gardens beautifully for the occasion and surprised us with many romantic touches.  The whole occasion was completely stress free and everyone agreed that it was the most beautiful and romantic wedding that they had ever attended.  I couldn't image why anyone would want to stay in England to marry after that.

Out of all the guests, my new hubby and myself, there was not one of us who didn't fully enjoy our stay.  We all agree that we would definitely revisit the resort of Tsilivi, and especially if we get to stay at the Mavrias.  Thanks to everyone there who helped to create the most happiest memories for me.

Just returned from a stay at the Mavias Village. If you like being woken up by shouting Greek families at 7am this is the place to stay. The Cosmos rep Richard waste of space god knows how he got his job. Loved Freddie in the bar he made it bearable but wouldn;t stay again and wouldn't mind a refund from Cosmos.
