Did anyone else have a problem with things going missing from there rooms?  A girl I met out there called Natasha told me their group had money and pocessions taken from their room which amounted to about 500 euros worth stolen.

Alexander hotel was ok but not what we expected, to much noise in mornings!!!!!liked laganas but defenately not for couples, would defiately go back to laganas. especially to go in pink panther bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 just got back yesterday apart from the rubbish room the hotel is wicked the girls are all gorgeous! oh and ya gotta check out the blonde who works in the bar in the evenings anna kornikova look alike loving it oh yeah! me and all me ma out there checking out cocktails and dreams and zeros they really are the best places rescue is second best to zeros!hopefully come back to lagganas next year!!!!

 just returned from Zante, went the 6th-13th July! was best holiday honestly! i was apprehensive before we went due to some offputting comments but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is really nice and nightlife is fab....quite a few hotties in the hotel when i went with ym scouse friends! x

12 lads from northumberland just got back from alexander aprts. it was absolutely nutty! we would definately recommend anyone to go here. food was good and bar was open all hours and the women were gorgeous. best holiday ever!!!!! c u next year on zero's podium!

we arrived at the hotel 7am, were abit put off by the way the staff treated us,we since found out the had been at work since 6 o'clock the night before and were very tired. we were checked in as soon as we got there and taken straight to our rooms by the security guard.i was very worried before we arrived, as i had read some bad reviews on here. the rooms were abit small but we could live in them for 2weeks,we had air con(50euros a week),tv,fridge,and a nice bathroom so we wer very pleased,i was actually relieved :o) and the maid cleaned them and changed the bedding and towels everyday-as long as you leave your key at reception.we spent most of our days by the pool or at the beach as the weather was so hot! they had 2 big pools and 2 small pools which were nice and clean and we saw the pool man cleaning them every night.after a few nights out on the strip we decided to stay in the hotel bar one night which is where we became friends with dimitris he was very friendly and gave us loads of free drinks obviously we repaid him with drinks and cigarettes but he was very kind and saved us some money :o) we also made friends with another guy behind the bar - alex we all had a good laugh and we ended up having a few drinks before we went out and when we came in every night after that. they had a bbq every saturday(15euros each) with all you can eat and some entertainment which was a bellydancer it was quite good although 1 of the 3 dogs that the manager owns didnt take very nicely to her and kept barking at her which made everybody laugh.the manager was a very friendly guy he gave my boyfriend his cap when he had sunburn on his head and gave us some free drinks as we were lay at the poolside.although he could be very funny towards the end of the night but we put it down to tiredness.the day we were leaving we had to be out of the hotel at 10-we wernt sure if it was 10 or 12 but we left at 10 anyway,this was the only bad day we had as our flight wasnt till 7am the next morning.we stayed in the hotel all day in the bar area watching a film and reading are magazines we bought from the shop there. i have to say we were glad when the bar opened at 6pm as dimitris and alex cheered us up from our long tiring day.we will definatley be going again next year as we had such a fun time and i wouldnt listen to any of the bad reviews on here,it only makes you worry when i dont think ther is anthing to worry about at all.

myself steve, and brian stayed here at the alexander on the 15th june 2006, for 1 week we really enjoyed ourselves especially mingling in with the bar staff alex ( english girls beware!!) etc, the only cricitism or should i say future advice is dont book B/B as the rooms are like a prison cell, go self catering which means you will have a kitchen etc built in, the pool is great but dont get caught early hours of the morning taking a quick dip or you might find yourselves getting evicted on your first night like some guys next to us nearly did, met up with some really nice girls andrelina from wakefield + tracie from wales, and not forgetting anne-marie from manchester who left it a bit late in the holiday to decide to take me for a drink!!! will hopefully be back next year, anybody need anymore advice just drop me a email.

Hiya been to lagana the last 3 times and loved it.The hotel is just excellent,the barstaff are well friendly and so is the owner we got rather in with them all.the resort is the best place to be on the main strip the pubs are just well the bomb.rescue is the best id say the entertainment is outstanding.its nice that the guys that work out there realy look after u when ure out(if ure single lasses)any one feel free to ask me questions and i will try to answer them.dunno if we are going back this year...bye for now love em xxx

Stayed here 11-25th August this year and went back to Zante 25 of September for a week.  Although we did not stay in the Alexander the second time we were there most nights!  Loves the Alexander the first time and wasnt let down the second time, apart from the fact that Pollis and Vangelis had gone home  I did get to see Mike and Demetris again which was really good!  It was alot quieter this time around with more families but we met  few nice people.  The prices on drinks are very good and make sure you go to the happy hour!  I would also recomend the Greek Bar B Q for some good grub!!  I have been offered a job behind the bar next year by Costa the Owner so i will have to see what happens!!  Cant wait to go back again next year!! xx

hey got back last friday, i had a great time!!! bar was open till 8 in morning so never went to sleep til afternoon as had to get a spot of sunbathing first!!! bar staff was great especially vangelis (heart goes out to all his family at this time) bar were great reps were fun especially on the lucky 6 run.

Hey. me and my friend went to zante in july. it was proper good. the bars are well cheap especially if you get a sticker, because it gets you a free shot (they are watered down thou.) definatly go on the organised bar crawl, it's worth it just for the t-shirts. the sunkissed cruise is good, you get to see turtle island and the bbq is well good and you get a free drink. you have to try the doughnuts as well, they are proper nice. watch out for the fit guys who try to persuade you to go into their bars, they give you free shots and the one called stuart, who works at Flannigans is the hottest guy you will ever see. although the rest aren't too bad.watch out for the guy with the curly ponytail at the hotel, he has a habit of flashing to other lads,also i think he may be a drug dealer! me and my friend nicknamed the hotel owner, shady shady because he used to pop up everyway and anyway and our friends got chucked out on the last night for throwing umbrellas and sunlougers in the pool when they were waiting for the bus to take them back to the airport to fly home. you should definatly sit on the balcony's if you've got one, it's a great way to meet friends, we met soo many lads and we still talk to the ones we met in liverpool.

We have just come back from staying at the Alexander for two weeks, it was okay i wouldn't recomend it for couples as it can get quite noisey at night.  We actually moved rooms as we were by some stairs and all we could hear were people going in and out the hotel all night. The air conditioning, safe, and fridge cost £150 for two weeks.  Which i though was a bit expensive.  The swimming pools are claen and nice with plenty of sun beds.  The breakfast was not worth getting up for as it was cheese, ham, toast, selection of fruit & veg.  As a couple we would not stay here again and go for a hotel with a better star rating.

me and my mate, who i didnt really want to go on holiday with, had an absolutely fantastic time. we went for the purpose of relaxing by a nice pool and beach and tanning up, which we did, and of course the main attraction of going out and pulling, which we did a lot of. the staff at alexander are very friendly and welcoming, specially behind the bar, and mike the brazilian is a legend! very funny entertaining bloke who called me a b*****d on numerous occasions. i think i will be going again next year.

Just came back from there what a nightmare of a place to be in,it was just me and my partner wanting to enjoy our first holiday together its one ill never forget and not in a good way.  The noise that was going on in this hotel was loud as anything th emaids hardly changed ur towels it certainly wasnt every day, the bar stayed open till 7.00 the next morning there was no entertainment at night except at weekends when it was a greek bbq which u had to pay for and it made me and my partner spend a day on the pan,drinks prices were not very happy hour staff were discraceful diddnt give a f**k.We got our room broken into when we were sleeping in it i woke up and saw the guy at the bottom of my bed shouted on my partner to chase him and im sure i seen him in the hotel 3 days later talking to the guys that work there.they were not helpful at all and the securuty guard what the f**k can an old guy like that with a torch do come on.

hey nicola....we went in july for 2 weeks it was a fantastic holiday where going back on the 26th september for a week....i recomend the tweeties bar across the road from the hotel for food its gorgeous...the air con is 50 euros for 2 wks...but you will need it we stayed in a room with three lads and we needed it....anyway hope you have a good time maybe see you there....their is three of us coimg from leeds and up for a laugh with all the sexy ladies....

Just got back from the Alexander last week and had an amazing two weeks!  The appartments are nowhere near as bad as what people make them out to be.  Our room was tidy and was cleaned every day.  The only downside was the shower which was like a drizzle but we lived with it!

The bar in the hotel was open until 7 every night and drinks were cheap!  Was always there for the happy hour .  Hello to everyone we met - the Nottingham guys, the Glasgow lads and also the guys from Birmingham :)

Got back from the alexander hotel in laganas bout two weeks ago and it was a holiday to remember! All six of us essex girls rocked the place for two weeks! All i can say is if you love to party then the alex is the place for you. Vangelis is a legend (whatever you do dont let him challenge you to downing drinks for money...he'll beat you every time!!!)

Roll on next year, vangelis we'll be back!!!

there are loads of great bars and clubs defently go cevys its a well cheap for cocktails best club is zeros it has a really good music and eveyone is well funny there.

just came back from zante there was five 18 year old girls loved eveything about it. alexander hotel is bout 5 min work from main strip where all the bars and clubs are. dont go zante town nothing there waste of money.....

there were 5 of us geordie girls there in total from 17th to 25th july. alexander was fab, and i have to agree that mike has left us lot with many funny memories. 'water poolo'! the new pool was fab and so was the atmosphere, defo the best hotel to stay in, just dont get caught swimmin in the pool at 7am, but by all means party in the bar ! cant wait to go back next year, hello to everyone we met and who remembers us x

jus got bak from the alexander 2 days a go. its one of the best, cleanest, funniest etc hotels in laganas specially with mike the anamation bloke! sexy ladies!! if ur lukin 4 a place full of stuff to do the alexander is the best- 4 pools, water polo evry day, pool tables, 7am bar, happy hours, gr8 staff specially the bar man an dj, (jus dunt challenge him to a drink contest-he always wins!!!)
