What can i say? yer there was alot of cheese but there was a pole and showers at the back which i didn't venture into but would have liked to...they played my tune the first time i went so get my thumbs up. Being able to go on the beach made this club that little different!

Cherry Bay was the best club in Laganas!!!! Any one from newcastle or leeds will know what Baja Beach Club is like, and believe me this is Baja's identical twin!!!!!!!! Its fab Cheesy Pop all night and drinks are extremely cheap as is the drinks all over the island. Laganas is simply the best and i wil definately be back ASAP!!!!!!!

cherry bar was jolly good fun! playing a variety of mature cheddar tunes! its ideal for all those fun, pop loving party people! the bar staff are brill and often supplied us bar top dancers with free alcohol! particularly my friend miss byrne who happened to snog one of the beefcake boys behide the bar (he he!). to conclude the venue is great me n my friends highly recommend! it’s a crazy atmosphere and the toilet roll gun was the coolest weapon i have ever seen!big helloooo to all my holiday chums!! miss ya loads x

OK...so some people dont obviously no the meaning of having FUN!!! CherryBay was brilliant!! And as for Student Union well what do u expect Students no how to have FUN!! CherryBay is a MUST for people wanting to enjoy themselves and have a great time on their holidays!

Ok...so whats all the fuss about this place? Its like a local trip down to the student union with songs such as 'sweet child of mine' and the good old wedding classic 'come on arlene'!! Every one raves on about this place just because its open untill 8am, but we would advise organising an after party back at'The Divina Hotel'...Thanks Waikiki DJ's for coming along to that one...WILD!!!!!!!!

Despite gettin crushed by the crowd on the dancefloor somehow we always ended up in Cherry Bay at one point or another! I loved the man with the loo paper gun, who knew toilet paper could be so fun? Best bit was having our nightly chat with Emma who always recognised us and made sure we got our free drinks! Matt wants her babies!

Gutted to be back home Cherry Bay, cheesey pop with a mix of dance and oldies the plae to go for a laugh with your mates. The shower in cherry bay is one of the best things in a club/bar I have seen and the women behind the bar are stunnin. Drinks as usual are slightly pricey but if you get drunk before you go out and get to the main strip in laganas for around 12ish the nites still young.

Cherry Bay was the club we ended up in every night. we danced on the bar every night and got free cocktails and shots cos the bar men fancied my friends!! especially the one who gave them a great big snog! jodie Byrne! cheesy dance music all night, so much fun!! we got back this morning and im sooo depressed!x x

At first we thought cherry bay was good, it's where the whole of lagana's tourists go! but by the 4th night it gets a little bit boring, and the music repetative! One thing i liked about cherry bay was that you could go outside and chill by the beach, as it was so hot and packed in there, and as you can imagine, you see some funny old sights on the beach, including fat reps getting head!

Oh my lord, Cherry Bay rocks! Me and my best mate Shaz were in Laganas last week and we practically lived in Cherry Bay we loved it so much! The music was the best thing about it.... pure cheese, lovely! Also just out the back door, stumbling distance from the dance floor, is the beach....fantastic!! I wish there was a club in Fakirk where you can dance the night away on the bar!! Without a doubt the best club in town, it comes highly recommended! i have to say this is the best club in zante - right on the beach front so for all those hardened party goers can watch the sun rise. i speak on behalf of all the scottish girls that i was with when i say this - bring on chesney hawks and "i am the one and only" and all the other cheesy tunes that they play from dawn til dusk. we were there pratically every night and couldnt get enough of it in a week we only wish there were more clubs like it back home. excellent tunes hunky wet guys to take your pick from fresh out the shower and excellent entertainment from the dj's you will bring back more than photos from the place but many good memories. hello to julie, jaclyn, holly, emma, jennifer, holly & not forgetting my good mate zoe thanks you guys you made my week xx

We were there end of season and the place was always empty whenever we hit there not matter what time of night! Having said that it was a great place to chill out at the back sitting on the deck chairs watching the waves and listening to the funky music! Would have been a wicked place if it had been busy!

this place was nice, music was ok when drunk. very nice terrace on the beach, perfect for watchin the sunrise after a heavy night.

I went to Zante with my best friend Belinda 1 month ago and it was the craziest holiday in our life!!!Rescue club, ocean inn club, sex and the beach, callinico red wine, cherry bay beach club. it was madness for 14 nights!!! Cherry bay was the best place but sorry that we will never more hear that kind of song....!!

Laganas was fantastic - had a wicked holiday! Went to Cherry Bay almost every night! Music was pure cheese and the place was a good giggle for a dance every night! Cocktails were lovely, I recommend an Orgasm to everyone! I also fell in love with one of the bar men so I guess that's why I loved it soooo much! But the girls behind the bar are gorgeous aswell for all you blokes.....

only went there once with my mate and a guy i met out there wouldn't have gone there otherwise, the music waz ok if you like cheesy music, everyone is right the images shown on the tv are disgusting unless ur a p**v, the night we went the place got raided and the police came in and searched aload of people while the rest of us were made to sit and lay on the floor which woz covered in everything you could thing of. i know this sort of thing doesnt happen all the time but the way the staff handled it put me right off going back.

This place is wicked its a top laugh, the DJ plays some cheese but they bar staff sort you out with free drinks all night to keep you in, Gill and Leanne behind the bar phoarrrrr!!! Scotty as well mate how do you get any work done with them two!!

Wasn't anything very special. Music was repeated every night so only go a couple of times otherwise you will get very bored. The surf board type tables were lethal, I hit my arm on them a couple of times leading to poking myself in the eye once! The free tequila went down well though. Didn't see any of the porn on the couple of occassions we went (damn shame that!)unless you could call the sl*ts on the bar a porn show. The shower would have been a good idea had it ever been turned on (well, ok it was turned on, but how can a dribble of water be described as a shower?!). It was quite hard to find too if you didn't go to the beach at all. Not the best 'club' on the island.

I've heard of cheesey music but this really takes the biscuit. Not being funny, but Cotton Eye Joe, C'est la Vie by B*Witched and other awful songs were criminal. Quite a few little wallies jumping round with their tops off but a couple of girls dancing on the bar made the place a bit more bearable. Also packed and sweaty. Yeah, few Greeks in there too.

When i walked into to this place (and then straight back out!) i wasnt entirly sure i hadnt just switched islands an ended up in falaraki!! This place was just full of pure scum, 15 yr old horny boys who must av sneaked out from their hotels! an serious slags! There was a nude pole dancer stuttin her not so nice stuff round the poles, an porn on the t.vs. Definatly a place 2 stay away from me thinks! Oh yeah an it didnt help that one nite the place was raided by armed police an everyone locked inside, frisked an kept in half the nite! We only went on a recommendation from a mate but after hearing a particularly gruesome story about some girl who got hit on, we made a run for it and never looked back. I won't go in to details because it's too icky. However, we did go in the shower and that was a laugh cos it's such an original idea! This was just the best bar in laganas! every night there i had an ace time! cheesy tunes and crazy barmen (skutt & badger especially)! the best place for a laugh and a dance on the bar - watch out for ice & straws being thrown up your skirt though! You've gotta go!

This place was very much like Baja Beach Club in Newcastle upon Tyne. It is cool because it is situated on the beach. Music is fun but drinks more expensive than smaller bars.

Er - to quote "only having fun let them". The 16 year old girl with the baby probably conceived it after having some "fun" so can you really comment on morals if you say people are only out for a laugh? This place really is the lower end of the scale as far as class and self respect go!! Have a laugh by all means but groping in public, performing unprotected oral sex on perfect strangers ( you can catch all sorts you know, Herpes, warts, HIV, its a small risk but still there!!) and being passed around like a piece of meat really isn't fun - no matter who you are!

The music was Ok - think cheesy student night. It's just sooo tacky and full of diiiiiiiiirrrty people!!!! Can't they go to Falaraki - at least they'd be with their own kind!! Leave the rest of the people who like a good laugh and fun and drink to enjoy Zante!!

Cheesy, cheesy, cheesy!! But what a laugh, not to be missed, lots of comments about slags etc, but people were just having a good time and if that's what they want to do then let them!! I went with my partner and we had many hours of amusement!! The only comment I can make which reflects badly on the place was a young girl about 16 years old with a baby in a pushchair still living it up at 3.30 am in the morning, that shouldn't have been allowed the baby should have been tucked up in bed.

avoid this place if your not looking for an easy s**g! me and my mates walked in and walked straight out! there are tvs showing past nights there showing sick stuff! one woman masturbating and another sucking a lad's cock!!

i went to cherry bay one night and thought it was a bit cheesy for my liking - the place was full of male and female english slags out for nothing but a s**g at the end of the night - for me there is more to a holiday than making a complete s**t of yourself and s**gging as many blokes as possible.

Top place laganas, big respect to the massive DJ Donut and the Heavy Boyz Tour 2003. Best week of my life, all the clubs and bars are good when you are rockin' with the 11 diamond geyzors i have been away with. The one like Srek , Phat Shady , DJ Donut , Vanilla Slice , Heavy B, Busta Gut, just to name a few , gangster rappers night at cherry bay, top quality and big up to all the lovely ladies that made it all the more enjoyable and YOU know who you R!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, cheesy music was fine, like to have the old skool 80's and 90's to dance too. The only thing that ruined this place for me was the video playing above the bar showing previous nights at Cherry bay that featured young drunk girls sucking and t***ing off the male strippers, I knew places sunk low for the cheaper holiday market but this was disgusting!!I like to party with the best of them, but please girls keep some dignity.. public heavy petting, muff and boob flashing is not clever or pretty - just cheap!!

Ok people granted this is a cheesy place to be! But it is what you make of it! If you've had a few cocktails best ones in there are errect nipples! Try pole dancing if you dare they have the marilyn type fans underneath so watch your skirt! If your up for dsome real fun go in the shower at the back of the club but watch yourself i came tip toeing out stacked it and got concussion! Not good not fun! The bar staff are great just dont make this your first stop of the night

I hated it because the bloody dj kept talking over the music..sometimes fading back and forth in between words. Some drunk guy started throwing ice at the dj because he yapped so much over the tunes. Like everyone says...This is Cheesy bay!!! If you luv ya 80-90s stuff then you will have a blast! A real cool atmospere with loads of lovely girlies and everyone enjoying the party atmosphere!! This place was alright, but not somewhere you wanna spend every night. Actually one night in there will probably be too much! Yeh it has chnaged from last time.... i think we only liked it for the pole dancin n the cheese!!! What can we say?We loved it!!! A few to many sleazy Greeks but the cheesy music definitely makes up for it. You may get a bit pissed off with the DJs as they only have about 3 sayings which they repeat all night long. Didnt like this place ONE BIT! the music was crap and the bar service was pants. The barman always served the girls with the buggest cleavage first (even if you had been waiting there for 30mins waving the money in his face)! went there twice and both times were as bad as each other! Cheesy but a cracking laugh. It usually closes at about 4am, it's worth staying until the end for the slow dance with your missus or the pissed bird you've managed to pull. If you've been recently, you'll know what I mean ;)

I absoultely loved Cherry bay !!! so call me what you will but you cant visit Laganas and not go to Cherry Bay they do play the same music over and over but you dont notice that when you've downed 6 cocktails in 15 mins in Wild Cyote previously!!!!!!!!!

Cheery Bay is there for cheesy music, which is fine, However the DJ needs sorting out big time. He plays the same music everynite in EXACTLY the same order, he says EXACTLY the same stuff every nite (e.g. its pissing down in England, overcast in Corfu, snowing in Ibiza and 110 degrees on the beach in Zante!) and he has a fetish for Robbie Williams. He is hated by every other DJ in town. Hes been there for 9 years, its way past his time.

We Went to Zante last year and visited Cherry Bay every nite. I have never been anywhere that smells more strongly of sick!! theres puke everywhere!We also thought that they didn't have a big enough selection of music-it was the same bloody thing every nite-which is borin even when you R pissed. Also-the barmen who stripped off had nothing to be proud of-if you know what I mean!!

I have to agree with everyone else Cherry Bay is hyped up more than it deserves but thats part of its charm- you love to believe you're too cool for it but deep down you love it! Expected the showers to be more of a feature but we went there nearly every night for a fortnight and they were only on once. Good music not too hardcore and slightly cheesy which is always a good thing. Just watch the bar staff when 'The Lion Sleeps Tonight' comes on ....you have been warned!

Do not believe all the hype you read about this place cos its not as good as they make out! The music was ok but it is very expensive and its dead tiny so u can hardly move. Not too bad for just sitting and relaxing outside tho!

Hmmm not as good as id thought it would b - dont believe the hype! Pretty small n they play the same music over n over again. The outside bit with the chairs is good to chill out on....oooh n if ya lucky u will get guys shoutin ya over with the chatup line "OI!" - long story!!! hehe... anywayz i prefered Zeros! But was good on the Manos Bar crawl when we had an alcohol fight!

The first time i went there i thought it was excellent, might have something to do with the amount of drink i had before hand, be careful while doing the conga.... lol, u will get soaked when it goes under the shower. I think that it played the songs over and over agina too much, howver the bar staff were brill, and they made the best cocktails.

Cheese cheese and more cheese! But when you're 30 somethings... cheese is what you want! However, after 3 renditions of YMCA in an hour and a half... it was a bit cheddary even for us oldies! It's only saving grace was that it was different to all the other rave-y places in Laganas... perhaps it should just cater for the 30 somethings (as nowhere else does) and skip the foam spraying and pole dancing!

I used to hate cheesy music but after going to this club, i love it!!! The place has a great, fun atmosphere, and the poles are laugh. Cute barmen too!!! (from what i can vagely remember!!!) went in here after the england/albania game. everyone in the place was wearing a union jack or george cross of some description. this can quite safely be described as an english bar/club! it was quite a fun/cheesy place, with reasonably priced drinks (â£3 cocktails). the only downside was that each song was only on for about 50 seconds before it was mixed with another, so don't get carried away with daydream believer, because it will soon turn into the rainbow theme song!! as for the tv's showing porn, well, yes, if you can call a typical 18-30's night porn. all they have done is filmed a previous 18-30's night out at cherry bay and are now exploiting the poor pissed up individuals who felt it necessary to strip off and reveal their non-existent peni or huge a**es at the time, and who would probably now die with shame if they could see themsleves!

This place is the best place to go to dance to cheesy music if you like that sort of thing (which I do!!).

HIYA! Well, what can I say? Cherry Bay, for us you are the One and Only. Take it from me if there's one bar you should go to when in Zante if you want a wild and debaucherous time, then Cherry Bay is it. The music is fantastic and the staff are second to none. From the darling, delightful Danny the DJ, to the cheeky, cute Chicco, to the manly, macho Mark and last but definitely not least the delectable, devilish Doug (cheques in the post guys and apologies to the other barmen whose names I did not know - you were fantastic too!). Don't get me wrong, the drinks aren't any cheaper than the other bars and there aren't loads of freebies given out (more's the pity), but you get what you pay for the atmosphere is worth every drachma. okay here goes. i have just got back from laganas, and overall had a great time, until my girlfriend and i spent our last night at cherry bay. i got a little drunk (admittedly) and i smashed a glass on the beach (at the back of the club). for doing this, two of the bouncers came out, threw me to the sand and proceeded t kick the living s**t out of me. i am still bruised very badly now. they did not stop even when my girlfriend was screaming. it hurt very badly as they had metal caps on their toes. this is the worst part. when my girlfriend went to grab one of them to stop them kicking me, they punched her in the stomach and she fell to the floor in pain. we only didnt ring the police because we saw how arrogant the greeks were and they would probably arrest me for causing trouble. i beg you please do not go to this heell hole, cherry bay, the bouncers hit women. i have already posted this but i think they removed it - i will make sure people find out.

Cherry Bay was cool if you wanted to drink and dance to cheesy, non dance-music. Best mixed in with Zero, Rescue bar and club for a wicked night (and early morning) out. a strange place. the barmen are 100% pure sleaze and the shower at the back is just a lame excuse for a grope. i went on a JMC organised nite - 'free beer and wine' for two and a half hours. wine tasted like vinegar, beer was like piss. music is pure cheese - good if you like that stuff. cocktails were dire - go to ghetto bar - the best barmen and the best cocktails in lagana.

the showers were a different touch, and there was a f**king big speedboat beside the dancefloor that the dj played in. although most people used it as a place to go for a few drinks before heading to the bigger clubs. thumbs up anyhoo!

We went here almost every night on holiday my friend was a nightmare but the staff just aughed. They were really easy going and just teased her when we came back!!! The music is great and the atmosphere is fantasic. I would recomend any one to go here. It is the best. Tell Doug he is gorgeous!! x x x

well put it this way guys! 1st night there i was in one bundle on the toilet floor,what a laugh! the staff are great, im one of the army girls (and claire you forgot to add the traffic lights) your not allowed in until the traffic lights are on green, one thing though, you need to change the video tape every now and again! yvonne xxxx Tell Doug Tanya says Hi!

Happy hour from 11 until 12 had to be the best and we were always sure to be there. I went there with two of my mates and we were nicknamed the army because we walked in at the same time every night ordered the same drink and got another one free requested our sone, either Reach or Who let the dogs out danced to it and walked out never to be seen again until the same time next night. It was a great atmosphere and we were always g'teed to have a laugh as the staff were so easy going. If you ever go ask Freddie to do his Turkish dance for you because he will have you in stiches and remember guys that the jet ski outside doesnt go anywhere however hard you try!
